Bought glasses from this location about two years ago. One of screws on my glasses fell out I went in today and they quickly fixed my issue with a new screw. Great customer service first when I went to buy my glasses and today when they fixed them. Also didnt charge for fixing my glasses!! Id recommend them for your next pair of glasses!!

Sat with me the whole time and explained the pros and cons of each lens and bonus features to make the right financial decisions. They even shipped them to my house. The young lady I dealt with Sharrie was awesome. She was so very kind and patient with me. She fixed my glasses and went out of her way to try and fix them the way they should have been. Im from California, and I needed my glasses adjusted. When I walked in I was greeted by a very pleasant woman named Alysia. Alysia promptly asked me how she could help me, I told her I needed my glasses adjusted, she took my glasses and adjusted them with a couple of moves and I was literally out of there in less than 5 minutes, free of charge.for your excellent customer service!!!Thank you Alysia

My experience at this location was great! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful to not only me, but every customer that came in. The location is very clean and I felt safe with their mask requirements and sanitization between each customer. There was also a great selection of glasses to choose from. Sharrie personally helped me choose the best lenses for my needs. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy any extras I don’t really need.

I lost my glasses while on vacation, I am not able to do much without them. Eyeglass World got me in next day, on a Saturday. Drove down, got there a little early, they got me right in and had me picking out frames in no time! Within 2.5 hours I had two new pair of glasses!! She walked us through the process and pulled lenses to be ready for us to choose frames the next day. I currently live in Atlanta Ga but in the past got my glasses from here at Eyeglass World. An moral of the story my glasses was somewhat broke on one side so I mailed it to them worried if they are going to fix it or replace it and mail it back soon. They are amazing they popped my old lenses and put it into the same frames but new ones and mailed them back to me only in a few days! And their manager is really nice I think her name is Shannon🤗

I went in and asked for nose clips to go on my glasses that were hurting my nose and leaving marks and Shannon and Tonya were so super sweet and nice about everything and made good causal conversation to really make the customer feel welcome. I went in looking for new glasses with no idea of the style I wanted. I picked out 4 pairs and was directed to an associate, Meme. She had me try to the glasses on to see what I was working with. In the end none of the glasses fit my face and she went to look for me. She came back with tons of glasses!!! In her picks I found TWO perfect pairs. Meme was very nice and patient. I am glad she did not let me walk out the choices I had selected knowing they did not fit my face. The atmosphere was clean and everyone was nice. As always before, I will be returning to Eye Glass World for glasses services.

The ladies at the front of the store were amazing and extremely nice. However, I cannot say the same for the ladies in the eye exam area. While I was waiting for my appointment, I listened to them talk badly about another employee, whisper amongst themselves, then continue to talk in a vulgar manner. When it came time for payment, I regretfully realized I forgot my wallet. I tried to pay with the cash I had and asked what could be done with the remaining $8 owed so they would not think I was trying to walk out without paying. Instead of trying to help and offering solutions, they were very unpleasant with me. I definitely will not recommend eyeglass world to others.

I had an appointment at this place at 12:30pm. I called to let them know I will be a little late. I was told I had to be there by 12:41pm. I was there by 12:41pm and was told I will have to reschedule because they went to lunch. What kind of place sets you up for an appointment minutes before they go to lunch?

I was referred to EyeGlass World by America’s Best Eyeglasses etc. Unfortunately, I broke my glasses and needed repair and Eyeglass World is definitely the place to go. I was in Savannah and my glasses broke, I went to eyeglass world and as soon as I walked in the door, I was helped right away, Tanya greeted me, told her my glasses had broken and she immediately stated that she could have my glasses repaired in 5 to 10 minutes, which really didnt take 10 minutes at all, She was Nice and Professional as well as very good Customer Service Skills, I would really recommend this store to anyone seeking new eyeglasses or eyeglass repair.

We had a very bad experience at eye lab and I called to see if they could see us and they squeezed the 2 of us in at last minute. The staff is very nice and the prices are good too. They have a great selection of eye wear and ours was ready in 2 days. Best service I have had in a long time. Definitely recommend to all! They are very busy tho so making an apt is the best.

When I was told to get a pair of executive bifocals (Ben Franklin) I had no idea that they really havent been made for many years. I wanted this style specifically for working in tight places where trifocals are useless. After striking out with several retailers I called Eye Glass World and fortunately Gary answered and immediately knew what I wanted and made a concerted effort to find a company that still could manufacture them.When I went there with my prescription Gary was very thorough getting the correct measurements as its not the same procedure as normal bifocals.When they came in they fit absolutely perfect and the location to the reading lens was right on. Gary wasnt on duty that day, but the staff that helped me were super and even repaired the temple on my other glasses that I did not purchase there.I highly recommend Eye Glass World on Abercorn St in Savannah.Oh, did I mention that they are very reasonable?

They were very badly there is a young man is called Berlin she is very rudate I looked out several people mad at the lack of service and in addition I was waiting. Called over 4 times before anyone acrually picked up to find out if my insurance was accepted at eyesglass world, female finally answered the phone and asked for my information to call me back as soon as she was done with a customer. 5 hours later still no call, i decided to call again 5 more times and than when someone finally answered she said my insurance was not accpeted there. If i could give 0 stars I would.

It seems all of the negative reviews have paid off. My husband and I walked in to this store purely because of the giant signs on the front of the building screaming that my pocket book would thank me if we purchased his new glasses there.We walked in and were promptly greeted by a very nice man behind the counter. He immediately answered all questions we had thoroughly and respectfully. We then walked back to the optometrist, and were seen within ten minutes by a very nice man. He gave my husband his prescription, and we went to the frame finding process. We had two more people greet us and ask if there was anything they could do to help. Soon after finding the perfect frames, we sat down for the ordering process (that is normally VERY painful on the pocket). Obviously, they tried to up-sell to the best of their ability, however they were not pushy! The price came out VERY reasonable, and we were told that my husbands frames would be ready the next morning.This is now the next morning, well see how everything turned out. But, contrary to what the other reviews here are saying, their customer service is on point now!

My appointments, as well as glasses and contacts orders, have been made pretty easy and pleasant. The obstetricians are not the friendliest, but, the outcome was what I wanted. I initially started going here based on the flexible hours and my work schedule, but I will very likely switch to a different facility soon.

Went for glasses and contacts. It was on the forms and I told the eye doctor. Got into the appointment and completed glasses apt. She tells me in done and gives me glasses percription. I ask when Im doing my contacts and she tells me it wouldnt be happening today because I didnt remind her and she had more customers. I said no, I did tell you, its on the sheet and the exam I scheduled. She tells me no again and says come back a different day

Robert in Savannah Eyeglass world was by far the best employee. It was about to close and he treated me as I was the first customer of the day. He did not rush me or feel anxious like most people do when they are about to close and go home. He was so patience and very friendly to me and my family. I would highly recommend seeing Robert, well done more employees should take your lead.
