They had a great price for an eye examination. So I was scheduled for a 2pm appointment .I arrived 10 minutes early, as requested. Even though I had already filled out forms on line earlier. They said there was an optional $15dollar charge for a part of the exam, which i agreed to. The minutes ticked away, 2:15, 2:30. I finally inquired after a half hour waitwhats theproblem. The lady said the doctor is running behind. 2:45PM arrived and still no doctor. At 2:50 PM I had it. Went home and scheduled my eye examination with a company that honors their schedules. I learned a lesson, penny wise Pound foolish. Forget eye exams with Walmart Vision Center

First appointment took over 2 hours for my son. He’s been in contacts for years but they would not let us order contacts until the trial pair came in. We arrived for our appointment and had to wait past it for my son just to put them in. After they stated we had to wait 30-60 minutes after his scheduled time for the dr to see him. I have never had to do this at other offices. We waited over a month for just his trail contacts and they would not give me his script until they came in. So now he will be without again due to the wait time. If you do not have to stick to a schedule come here but if you have to balance every day life do not come here.

So far, great customer care by Ben. Lenses will be ready for pickup in about 10 days and then I will update this review with the quality of the product.Update: Picked up new glasses. They work as intended. Plus their price is unbeatable.
