You can not go wrong with MyEyeDr as your vision care! All the ladies at the front were kind and welcomed me with smiles. Logan at the front desk is such a joy to talk with. She made checking in a little less horrible. Thank you to the staff and the manager Katie for being so nice!

It seems in todays society that the good doesnt get shared enough. I was in this office recently and had a pleasant experience. Ms. Katie and staff were courteous and professional. I was in and out in a timely fashion.. Dr. Johansen took great care of me. Thank you! I will return for future services.

I have been a patient of Dr Donald Watson for several years and have always been treated great. Dr. Watson has always taken his time with me and has never seemed to be rushed or in a hurry. Katie and all the girls are wonderful to work with and they have always gone overboard to take care of mine and my wifes optical needs.

Went there once. Glasses prices were insane. Zero patience to get my rx right. It’s a or b and if you need a second look you’re rushed. Their automated spam call that I have a new appointment coming up is ferocious. They have zero respect for family time and call after 8pm on weekends with non stop automated spam.If you do go, give them a fake number

I definitely enjoyed my visit with the my eye doctor staff everyone there had a great Spirit! The girls at the front desk did an awesome job with getting everyone where they needed to be during a very busy time. Mrs.Nyiasia at the front desk definitely can bring joy to a room. I loved my visit I will definitely be a loyal Myeyedr patient keep up the great work!

Unfortunate that Google does not allow a rating of Zero, otherwise that is what I would have given them. the eye doctors that check you vision are good, friendly, and courteous. it is AFTER you leave their office and go to My Eye Doctors optical shop that the steep drop occurs. Staff QUICK to sell you the eye glasses you wish for, but if they dont fit well, need the pads adjusted or twee-eked, too bad, so sad. After two visits to the place to get glasses adjusted, I asked about replacement pads. Technician hemmed and hawed about replacing pads, when I asked to speak to the manager, she was not available, but would call.....5 days later, NOT a ring, no VM, nothing. Finally, my wife called the eyeglass manufacturer and THEY are SENDING US replacement pads; something the techs at the store REFUSED to. They were real quick to ask how long we had the glasses and quick to tell us that it would take longer than the 30 day warranty to get them working....translation...we will run the clock out on the warranty and you are screwed. So avoid the eye wear store, shop elsewhere!

My eye dr staff was very professional and friendly. The staff and doctor are very sweet and they don’t have you in all day long. I was in and out within an hour. The EC was very knowledgeable of the products and glasses and put me in what we felt was best for my vision needs.

The two dead plants as you enter the building are probably the best things about this place. I was bumped twice because they double booked my appointment- waited a month to the appointment- waited another month to get my contacts and they still arent right- am waiting for a callback from the manager who is totally inept. Dr. Watson sold this practice and tells me is now just an employee. What a pity it has gone downhill so fast. I just spent $500 for nothing.

We love Dr. Watson and his staff! My 86 year old Mother has been a patient of Dr. Watsons over twenty years. We were in there recently and my Mom was fitted for some new glasses and Arden was absolutely amazing with her. Arden was very patient and kind. My Mom said she felt like she was family. She has such a great personality and knows what looks best and what suits the customer. My Mom wont take her glasses off she says she looks younger. She has so many compliments. We went back about three weeks later to get an adjustment on her eye glasses. They were very busy so I ran in and explained that my mom was in car and she needed an adjustment. Katie said she could come to our car and adjust them. I was very appreciative so was my Mom. Katie went that extra mile to help us. Her dedication and kindness made us feel special. We would not go anywhere else. Its a visit we look forward to...they have grown and are very busy, but the customer service hasnt changed they continue to take care of their customers! After having a the worst customer experience with My eye Lab, I turned to My Eye Dr. I spoke to Katie (GM) on the phone, not only did she listen and calmed me down from my bad experience with My Eye Lab, she then gave me an appointment for the same day. The office has a very nice setup, Katie and her team has the best customer service Ive experience in a while. They were courteous as well as professional. Dr. Jo-Hansen, was the Dr. that attended me. He was very courteous and professional. He explained things to me that I needed to know about my eyes in terms of my age and my health conditions. I was also able to ask him any questions that I might have of my own. Oh, and I saw a real person not a virtual one as in My Eye Lab. I give Dr. Jo-Hansen,Katie and her team members 5 thumbs up, 2 back-flips, and 2 hugs for helping me so much. Keep up the good work.

My experience here was never bad until yesterday. Keep in mind I brought my broken glasses in. They had no tape and didnt even bother to see if they can pop my lenses into other frames. I get checked in and wait then the dr sees me. The dr repeats over 50 times it’s against the law to drive without glasses( again I have mine in my hand they are just broke). He also was snappy which really upset me. I have had an eye issue since birth and asked him to see if anything could help and again the attitude came out. When it was time to pick out myGlasses, I had no help, hell I had to squint so hard and I had a migraine for the rest of the day. It didn’t help I got my eyes dilated too. The only thing they were talking about was food opening at 11 am( my appt was 8:40 in the morning). I get food is an necessity, however my appointment is too so I can see.

The absolute WORST customer service. I literally called them after walking out the door to reschedule my appointment and not a single soul answered the phone. The place was EMPTY but the phone just rang until the automated messaging system picked up.

This place has the worst customer service! Period!!! They never return phone calls. I was charged a $40 co pay which my insurance paided. I have been trying to get my refund. I tried dealing with the office for 3 weeks but NO one would ever return my phone call! So then I contacted corporate and they have been working on this for 2 weeks have promised to get back with me but No one has returned my calls from coporate either!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with this company! When I was waiting for my eye exams witch took 2 1/2 hours, several people came in complaining about glass perscription being wrong, phone calls not being returned. Etc Etc... when I questioned why no one returned my phone calls they told me they were having problems with phone line, 3 weeks of phone problems!!

My experience was absolutely nothing but horrible. I booked a appointment 28 days ago today for my appointment to be This coming Monday 9/14/2020 @1/40. Just to be told by voicemail today 9/11/2020 that the Dr. don’t accept my insurance. I was told to contact another store to make an appointment. I called backed the return call and I spoke with Tiffany and asked is there a way if she can call since she’s just calling me right Before my appointment that I waited over a month for she said no I’m already doing my job which was rude because if you knew that why Inform me a few days before my scheduled appointment when I’ve booked this appointment a month ago. Tiffany was very rude she actually hung up in my face. I would never recommend this particular location just because they don’t care how they treat their customers and the help is so hard to find. So the next available appointment for another location isn’t until November 2nd thank you so very much Tiffany and dr Watson you for not helping your patient and Tiffany thanks for going out your way to be exceptional rude to your patients when you’ve could’ve been just helpful instead you choose to be the total opposite. You guys suck and I wouldn’t recommend my dog to go there.

Fraud is what was committed. Absolutely incompetent. After insurance I spent $170 placed the order for my glasses. They ordered the wrong frame then tell you its the manufacturers fault because they couldnt place the order correctly. They play stupid so youre stuck with glasses that you would have NEVER ordered for yourself. Oops oh well I guess youre stuck with them. DO NOT GO HERE. INCOMPETENCE IS THE RULE OF THE DAY.

Originally I lived closer to the Pooler location so that is where I went for my eye exams, ordered glasses and that location was a pleasure to deal with. I moved and the Pooler location is way out of the way so I decided on this location because its closer. I figured it was the same franchise so I just assumed the experience would be at least similar. THIS location is NOT a pleasure to deal with. I had to wait over a month for an appointment, BUT I never had to wait more than a week in Pooler. And I checked Poolers appointment availability and they had many more openings much sooner but still its far. On the day of my appointment I arrived 10 minutes early. I waited...and waited...and waited. I was called in, after nearly an hour of waiting. I was brought into a room with the nurse where she performed a quick exam, asked a few questions and then typically once she is done you are brought into see the doctor. Instead I was told to go back to the waiting room because the doctor wasnt ready. So I waited...and waited. And after waiting for another 20 minutes I was called into see the doctor. He was very nice and the exam was fairly quick, maybe 15-20 minutes (much quicker than my time in the waiting room). Then out to see someone to pick out glasses and pay. I had to wait another 10 minutes for her because she was no where to be found. Once she got there it was quick, about 10 minutes and I was on my way. Its now been a month and 2 phone calls later and still no glasses. I had them print a copy of my prescription, ordered glasses online and received them 3 weeks ago! My husband went to the Pooler location because he works near there and decided to get glasses through that location (this was about a week after my initial visit -so 3 weeks ago) and he got his new glasses last week (1 week after his appointment). And I am still waiting...for my glasses...for a call back. I will absolutely NEVER go to this place EVER again...until my glasses come in...which I am certain they will...eventually.UPDATE: 10/21/20 - I was contacted by the corporate office and they did try to be helpful and coincidentally my glasses were ready for pickup the very next day. But still waited over a month. I went to pick them up and they couldnt find them...icing on the cake. Eventually they did but just status quo for the overall experience with this office. Corporate offered me a credit towards a future purchase but I explained there would be no future purchase. They told me they would reach out to the office to see about some sort of refund. I received a call the next day and they left a message stating to call them back so they can refund me a very SMALL amount in my opinion considering how much I paid. I called her back, no one answered (which has always been my experience) and I left a message with two numbers to reach me on and I have heard nothing thus far. So I stand by my original review that this office is horrendous and because of the experience there I will take my business elsewhere. Its a shame because the Pooler location is exceptional.

I’ve gone to dr watson for years and everyone on staff is great but since they joined my eye doctor, it is impossible to reach them. The call center is impossible to get on the line and they don’t answer emails. It’s ridiculous. I had an appt in mar which cancelled and was rescheduled to may 26 at 9:00. I called the number on the door and no one answered so i left a voicemail and no one ever called me back so I left. I’ve changed to a new eye doctor who actually answers the phone. I hated to leave but not happy at all with “my eye doctor”
