My Eye Lab exam was performed remotely, so thats a little different. However, Ashlee and the rest of the on-site team are professional, friendly, and welcoming. I can recommend without hesitation. As it turns out, I had something not quite right with my glasses, and they handled the situation very responsibly. Sometimes you can tell the most about a business when they handle the imperfect situations. Also, during my visit I heard other customers express how happy they were with their glasses and experience. Nice job.

Ive not been to an optometrist in probably 20 years. On top of that, Ive been in isolation for a year and a half, so going into this appointment I was absolutely petrified. I scheduled very last minute at 4 oclock on a Saturday and when I went in, it was almost empty and I was immediately greeted and helped by an amazing young lady named Anna, who quickly put all my fears to rest with her incredibly friendly and warm demeanor. She talked me through everything, answered every question I had, took the time to explain everything in detail so by the time I was sticking my head into a machine, I was completely relaxed. She was professional and informative and definitely knew what she was talking about, but most importantly, she made me feel at ease and thats not an easily accomplished task. Her manager, Ashley, helped me choose the right frames and processed my payment and she was also amazing and made me feel very comfortable. Both of these ladies deserve very high praise for their spectacular customer service and if their bosses read this--those girls deserve a raise! Ive spent my whole life in customer service and for me to leave such a rave review is unheard of, but they deserve the recognition. Keep doing what you do, ladies! I so appreciate you and will highly recommend you specifically to anyone and everyone.

The technicians were very friendly and made the visit great. There is a good selection of glasses that span from affordable to expensive. They had a lot of good deals as well. Would have given them five stars if it was not for the ophthalmologist.The problem I had with my visit (and the reason I will not be returning) is with the ophthalmologist. I don’t mind telehealth at all; however, I do mind feeling like I’m being rushed and not being given a thorough exam. The lady did not give my eyes time to adjust and I felt like I struggled to choose between which one was better and she did not give me the time. Left hoping that my prescription is correct - my eyes have been getting a little worse every year and the strength is a lot lower than my last rx.

My daughter and I visited today for the first time and it was exceptional! We met Briana, Ashlee, and Emma (?) and I cant say enough about the service, cleanliness and overall good feeling. Thank you so much for the hospitality, we have found our new Eye Dr.I am changing my score. This above was September 8th, and while the staff was very nice, I have not received my contacts now for 2 weeks. Its impossible to get a hold of someone, no one contacted me about the delay. I even asked about expedited shipping and was told no, but theyll only take 7 days at most. Today I was told they received only one box and waiting for the other. I will not be returning to here.

Great customer from Ashley, Briana, and Sherry… wait was less than 10 minutes. Sherry did my eye exam and Ashley and Briana made sure everything else was taken care of!

I have been trying to cancel my order for days now. I had 24 hours to cancel and I did it in less than 12 hours. I was told the manager will reach out to me the next day (Saturday) and I heard nothing. I called yesterday (Monday) morning and was told the manager was with a customer and will call me when they are done. I called back at about 3pm and was told the manager went to lunch but will call me back when they get back. It is now Tuesday and I have heard nothing. I do not appreciate the company wasting my time. I don’t have the time to go back to the store as I work 6 days a week and my only day off is when they are closed. I tried to get a hold of someone above the manager but customer service says they don’t have the information. I will never go here again and will not recommend them.

I would not recommend this store for any of your glasses needs. I booked my mother an eye exam for my mother for mothers day. She was able to pick up her glasses a few days later. When she went to pick up he glasses, one of the lenses fell out of the frames. My mother immediately took the glasses back to the store to have them replaced. A whole month went by, and not one phone called was received from anyone at the store regarding my mothers glasses. She went to the store only to be disrespected by one of the employees name Ashley. This lady had a whole argument with my mom about her glasses not being ready. Not to mention Ashley never even sent my mothers glasses off (CRAZY). I would never argue with a customer, especially when I know I am in the wrong. They really need to get rid of her. I contacted corporate for a refund. I would rather pay more money elsewhere.

Quick and easy, the telemed eye exam was so easy. They took us sooner than our appointment and they had great pricing as well.

Love the customer service..also so many nice options..the stars have changed on my review because Im still waiting on my contacts that were ordered in mid April..Ive gotten no satisfaction from reaching out to eye lab to resolve my issues..I had to take a very important test with foggy glasses from having to wear a mask with glasses for this 2hr test!!!! I was told I would get a call back to give me temp contacts and received not 1 call back...no money back nothing 😒 so dissatisfied and disappointed I really felt I found a new and great opt Dr. BTW where are my contacts or money so I can take my business elsewhere and receive what I need and want. 2 stars ..I did also purchase 2 pair of glasses in which 1 pair that are transitions I cant use because the line and prescription is off.

The company as a whole has been disappointing, however at this location I have been helped by individuals that have done their absolute best to help me. The salesperson Sharrie was the absolute best that I’ve ever encountered. She needs a raise ASAP, the customer care that she showed was unmatched and kept me calm despite the circumstance that was beyond her control. She would make a great manager. The sales manager Dee was also great the previous visit. The five stars are because of them personally, not the company.

Their prices are very good as well. My overall experience was a good one. I have no complaints and highly recommend their store if you’re looking for or to get some glasses!!

As always, fast and efficient. Everyone is friendly and are able to answer any questions without hesitation. Only thing I would suggest is sanitizing all of the equipment after every person. My face is too close to the eye equipment for it to not be sanitized properly. I used my own sanitizer.

I went here a few days ago for an eye exam and to order some contacts. This place was great. Both ladies working were professional, courteous and friendly. Easy in easy out. Plus the girl who gave me the eye exam was absolutely adorable. Super cute. Kicking myself for not getting her name.

Exam and service was awesome. Five stars for them BUT I was not notified when my glasses came in. When I tried them on, BOTH pairs of glasses had 90% bifocal and 10% distance. Now have to wait ANOTHER 10-14 days to get them back. Im very disappointed.

I recently had an eye exam done. New prescription safety lens in my existing safety frames. Long story shortened: took over 5 weeks for installed new lens to arrive, but they lost old prescription lens that needed to be returned. I payed $200 for this botched mess. But, now I have to replace my lost lens for another $150. Ill get them replaced, but, not here. Very incompetent service! Very good lesson learned!

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. The parking lot is a mess, but inside is very accommodating. Dee and Masud were very kind and helpful! Good selection on frames.

I had a wonderful experience at My Eyelab today. The staff were very helpful, attentive, and safe, disinfecting all of the test frames and making sure social distancing is being followed. Sharrie was my licensed Optician and she was so kind and prompt with my eye exam. Stephanie and Alex were training, but I couldnt even tell with how knowledgeable they were on all of the products that My Eyelab offered. I will definitely be returning!

Worst eyeglass experience ever! Sign on the wall says buy one get one free, any glasses over $50. My daughter picks 2 pair then we are told it is only for $50 glasses. I read the sign to the lady and was told that was just a gimmick to get you in the door. Then I was charged $95 for what was said to be a free eye exam with glasses. Cant get in touch with the manager without going there because you call and get sent to call center somewhere. They were suppose to call by Thursday, nothing as of Monday afternoon. Contacted again Monday afternoon waiting again. Had great experience at Americas Best, dont know why I didnt stick with them. Will definitely be back to them next time.Update - still no response from my eyelab, but I did get to talk with Ashley the store manager who was very sweet and she said I was correct and will take care of the situation. We shall wait and see.

Best location of My Eye Lab! Ask for Ashley or Bri. We only came to change a frame for my husband and they offer us a new exam at the moment, without having an scheduled appointment. It was Fast and easy. They even offer a doctor in Spanish to help my husband understand better his exam. Amazing prices!...but Ashley got us a super special deal! If I could give zero stars that would be it. I called to check on the price of progressive lenses. I was quoted the same price 2 different days. Made my appointment and quoted the same price. I go in the next day and when I go to pay Im told we dont have that promotion. After arguing I get that price quoted. Problem with the paperwork going through, payment finally made. One pair of glasses comes in. Two months later second pair still delayed. I cant use the one pair that I do have

The only reason why I am giving this location one star is so that I could say that I got hung up on by asking a simple question about ordering contact lenses. I have never in my life had any issues with aquirining glasses for me and family ever until I came here, horrible service, never again.
