This was probably one of the best experiences I have ever had at a mechanic.Tim was exceptional at helping me get exactly what I needed done and at an affordable price. I would absolutely recommend this shop to all my friends.

When my van started stuttering in the middle of a long road trip, Tim was able to get the diagnostics done AND fit in the required repair! He was great about telling me all the things I could fix on the van and which few were actually necessary to safely complete my trip!

Tim and his crew have been taking care of my truck now for a few years and they have always been nothing short of professional and courteous. There has even been a few times when they went to bat against our warranty policy holder and got them to cover repair work that they were initially going to deny. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality mechanic.

Not impressed by having a business card shoved in my driver side window especially when I live in a community that states there is no solicitation. I do not appreciate my car being touched by a stranger.

Great job on our old XTerra! Adding some text to my review after a year... Weve been taking our XTerra to this shop since we purchased it about four years ago; it was supposed to be a temporary vehicle. Tim has always gone to bat for us and his shop comes through on finding parts and keeping it going for us. We recently started having serious transmission issues and they were able to take care of it and fix the issue with the check engine light. Theyve done a great job keeping this temporary vehicle up and running and as such, were planning on keeping it as long as possible. Its a bit of a drive for us, but worth it.

These guys are 1st class, honest and wonderful to interact with. Highly recommended for any/all of your service needs. The attached car detailing shop is also my favorite in town. Been using them for years and i am always more than satisfied when I bring my vehicles here. TWO THUMBS UP!

Tim is the best in reviewing my cars issues, identifying the least costly route and finish the repair quickly. Been going here forover20 years. You will not be disappointed here.

Worst care EVER!! Our car had no blemishes and was well cared for. Rayco was supposed to fix the convertible top. Rayco had the car for a week and could not figure out out to fix it. We got the run around everyday! Then when we got our car back.....there were several scratches and damage to the paint ant the plastic to the convertible top! Who does this?!! Called the GM Tim. Tim gave me attitude and did not take any accountability for the damage. The company we bought the car from felt bad about how Rayco treated our car and is paying for the damage even though they had nothing to do with the damage. I called Tim the Rayco GM to make him aware so he can prevent someone else having the nightmare had. Tim pointed the finger at the company the car was transferred to even though we saw the car there and damage was already done. Rayco has no clue what they are doing and your car is NOT safe with them! They also could care less!Attached are photos of the damage. My husband is very particular about the car and the car did not have any blemishes! It wasnt out in rain so it is very dirty,but the damage is clear and extensive!

The Quality of the work done at Rayco Car Service is without a doubt the best in this state. Bill and Tim, Ive known them for almost 25 years or longer, and you wont find a more honest and professional person like these two are, they are there for you, they are the 2 people you can trust for everything ! When they say your vehicle is fixed and ready to go, IT IS !!!!

Did a good job with the oil change.Wanted to charge me $125 to look at why my gas light was malfunctioning.. my dealership was happy to take a look for free.Seems like really good service here, maybe not a totally honest price.
