Well what can I say, my husband and I we’re in Arizona visiting my mom. On a Monday, a holiday I might add, we walked into the Thomasville store in Arizona with three minutes before closing. When we realized this we said; “oh it’s OK we’re just looking”and Linda approached us and said ‘no this is fine I will stay with you guys feel free to look around’. No pressure from Linda at all. I pulled out the plans to our home we’re having built in Tennessee and approached Linda to ask her advice, as she is a designer. Linda went into action! We walked out two hours later with a fully furnished, from rugs to lamps, our new TN home!Linda was so professional and helpful.I highly recommend if you are in Arizona, Scottsdale, visit Thomasville furniture and ask for Linda you will not be disappointed!FYI: I invited Linda to visit us when we are settled in TN to see her great work!

I ordered a Bernhard bedroom set (axiom)from Thomasville, Scottsdale. Though it took a few months to get it as expected, it was well worth the wait. It is absolutely gorgeous. The quality is outstanding and it Was delivered in perfect condition. My sales person Yelena Wilkinson was extremely helpful and informative through the entire process. Buyer beware! Stay away from this furniture store! They have horrible customer service and don’t stand by their products. Our furniture was delivered in mid-December 2020. I immediately called the Corporate office because the material looked cheap and it was loose and bunched up. According to Thomasville Home Furnishings it was “acceptable” except for the ottoman. We were stuck with the chairs, but they would replace the ottoman. Here it is June3rd 2021 and we still haven’t received our new ottoman. I have spoken to the Corporate office customer service several times and they have been rude and discourteous every time. There are many furniture stores in this area, stay away from this one!
We purchased a living room sofa, Italian made, all leather, which is nice. It has a USB port built in to it but it did not work when it was delivered. Also, two of the supporting legs were too short to reach the floor. It’s taken months for either of these things to be fixed, and still waiting. We also purchased a full bedroom set (made in America) but it took 7 months for two of 5 pieces to arrive. The bed, dresser and small table were lost and they had no clue where they went. They held the rest of the items for weeks until the missing items could be found but after pushing, they agreed to deliver what they had (e paid full delivery fees). I had initially asked If we could take the floor model items for the rest since was taking so long, but I was told there was no way they could sell those. After weeks of calling the manager of the store, trying to push him to find our missing items, he finally agreed to let us take the floor models. There was no discount or anything else offered but by that time we were done with Thomasvill so we didn’t care. It turned out one of the items had some dings and scratches on it so I called to see if they could replace it and found out that our original new items were found a few days later but they never called us to offer to replace the floor models with the new stuff. The whole ordeal was less than positive. I understand about Covid causing shortages in many areas, but there’s no excuse for never contacting us proactively to keep us posted on status and what they were doing to find our missing furniture. I will say that the salesman did call us a couple of times early on. There is also no excuse to let us pay full price for floor models, this furniture is not at all cheap, we paid thousands of dollars. We won’t be shopping there again.
AgoNEWI purchased an $8000.00 leather sofa 8 months ago and the dye is coming off and a piece of wood sticks you in the back when reclined. I spoke with the owner Shupei Chiao of the AZ Thomasville stores and he refuses to make this right. Before speaking with the owner, customer service has been giving me the runaround for the last 8 months. I thought I was dealing with a reputable company but I was wrong.
Thomasville in Scottsdale AZ is our go to for furniture. The selection is wonderful, as are the employees. One in particular, Bernie Keene, is our designer, and his knowledge of products available is outstanding. Just tell him, or show him, what you’re looking for, and he takes you right to it. He even came to our house and made suggestions. He measured and then he had ideas to show us. We got constant compliments on “our” design.Not us, it was Bernie. If you go to Thomasville, be sure to ask for Bernie!
Manager is very rude. If you need to change anything they will do nothing to help you out! Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else!Reply to your response:Your response sounded like you tried to work with us but that was not the case. I was never given the option to contact the vendors to see if they could work with us on canceling parts of our order since we didn’t want to cancel the full order. I don’t believe that they are already procuring products when the orders are 4-6 months out and we just placed the order two weeks ago. I would understand if it was a month or two after we placed the order. Again I don’t agree with your unwillingness to work with us.
I had a wonderful experience at Thomasville Furniture . Yelena did an excellent job with customer service. She was very informative about the console table I was interested in. She asked about the setup of the room and other thought provoking questions as to where the table is gonna be on display in my house. She mentioned that it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery, but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in 3 weeks. They had an excellent show room for all types of furniture, outdoor and indoor. My family and I were extremely satisfied!!

We were furnishing our entire new home and she was so helpful and full of great ideas. I was lucky enough to have met Adrienne Brandstetter on on my first visit and she remembered me when I came back in. In a very short time she was able to get a feel for the style I was looking for and led me to so many great choices that all work so perfectly together. With her knowledge of everything that could be customized to get the right look and her willingness to find just what we were looking for made for a great experience. I will definitely be back as I continue to furnish my new home and look forward to continuing to work with Adrienne. She has a great sense of style and was able to put together presentation boards that reflected my familys style, taste, and budget. She was able to do it effectively because she knows her products, materials, and pricings well.I had some post purchase warranty issues and Linda took care of the issues with only 1 call. Hello - we have worked with Linda Gigliotti for about a year now. She has helped us redo and decorate many of the rooms in our new house. You must ask for Linda Gigliotti. I came in with some ideas, but I was very discouraged after being at several retailers, online and in person. My attitude was poor, but Linda could see I needed help. She was patient, kind, looked at pictures of my home and got me through to open up. She put together exactly what I wanted. A full Kitchen and custom leather couches, with custom pillows for the living room.... She went above and beyond. A true professional. I could not be happier with how she helped us. She listened and executed, and was encouraging. Buying today is so different, retailers are showing basics, but the professional(Linda) knows how the furniture can be custom fit to your liking. I suggest, go in with an open mind, share with her your ideas, and she will make them come true. I wish I had known this service existed. I would have saved a lot of time, money and aggravation... OH and by the way.. this furniture is made to last... It is so hard to find good quality. Thank you Linda and Thomasville.

We have had an absolutely awesome experience with Adrienne Brandstetter at Thomasville in Scottsdale. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the different brands they carry, but was quick to suggest items that would work with each other in our great room and dining room. She also gave us guidance and ideas for other rooms in our home. She is not just a sales person, but actually a interior designer which made a huge difference in putting things together and making suggestions while being conscious of our budget.Adrienne came to our home when the furniture was delivered to make sure it was placed correctly and that we were happy with everything. She also went above and beyond what we expected by giving up a morning on her day off to go shopping with us for accessories! I had a great purchasing experience with this store and spent over $10K. When I needed assistance with getting a piece of furniture repaired, their repair department was not helpful. I am now contacting the furniture company directly to get help.

Needed new brackets in order to hang my mirror over my dresser in my master bedroom that All My Sons Moving & Storage lost, (and lost other items of mine & damaged my Thomasville furniture & have not fixed!)Thomasville was able to order these brackets, even though they dont make my dresser anymore. It cost me $27
My wife bought a leather chair and brought it home in our SUV. When we got it in the house, I noticed an arm was loose, but it had a bolt on the bottom. When I tightened the bolt, it just spun? So I got up and went to the loose Arn, grabbed it and it fell off in my hand. The connection points were totally messed up. Took it back, complained about selling us broken furniture, endured the manager suggesting I broke it ( it was destroyed) and asked for our money back. Manager wanted to fix it, I only wanted to be skrewed once by this company, so I said give me my money back. My wife later called and ordered a same make chair, it just got delivered, and guess what. It fell apart in the truck. Same arm, probably same unfixed chair. One star is one too many.

We placed a custom order 10/15/17 for a Stickley dining table and Lexington chairs (6 side, 2 captain) after assurance that the stains for the table and chair would be complimentary. We based this on sample boards in the store, making sure the wood types were the same (different stain take up by different species of wood) and matching to an existing piece of furniture in the dining room. Order arrived the 1st time 1/19/18 and the table and chairs were completely different shades (one very mahogany toned and one very honey toned). Chairs were picked up 2/02/18 and redelivered after a professional reportedly re-stained them. The arms and legs had many dents and scrapes on them and the stain was only partially on some of the legs and some of the arms, and still did not match - it appeared to be a wipe on over the top of the existing stain and did not come close to a complimentary shade. Chairs were picked up again 2/28/18 and I went to the store to speak with the saleswoman and the manager. I asked for full refund of the nearly $16K table and chairs and was told no, that the table had nothing wrong with it and the store manager Brad asked for another chance to make it right and that he would personally track and facilitate this. I spoke with Lexington who informed me that at no point would they have EVER stained the chairs the color I ordered them in and that the line only came in the color delivered so the store made the error. Part of making it right was choosing another brand of chairs and a stain (again wood species was matched and sample boards were used to ensure the table and the existing furniture would all be complimentary), and the store was to purchase the same material from Lexington that was on the original order. The chairs were to be made and delivered to an expert restoration professional who would re-cover the chairs in the new material and redelivered. A delivery was ATTEMPTED and REFUSED 6/16/18 because the chairs arrived at my home without the fabric upholstery. Again, contact with the manager Brad resulted in his promise that he would personally walk this through to completion to my satisfaction and it was arranged that the chairs would be picked up at Thomasvilles location by this restoration professional and never touched by the Thomasville delivery people again but rather delivered personally by the professional restoration expert to mitigate any further damage to the chairs. They were delivered to my home by the restoration professional Jose on 6/27/18 and the silver lining on this black cloud was Joses expert job on the re-upholstering of the chairs and his white glove service packing and moving the chairs in his own truck. I did not receive any discount or compensation for the lost time at work to be present for these deliveries, for the extra 6 months waiting to have a functional dining room, or for all of the errors that occurred. When I asked for consideration for the expenses and inconveniences, Brad told me that he personally has invested much time and many store dollars into making the issue right and did not see how he could do anything more. This is an exceptionally distasteful experience with this store from management to the rough handling of the furniture by the delivery personnel. I expect better service from a high end store. Large brands like Stickley and Lexington should be worried about affiliation with this particular Independent Dealer and the store has lost the business of my family, extended family and any acquaintances that hear my story.
Ive had multiple sales experiences at the Scottsdale store, and found the manager, Brad, to be extremely helpful each time. I will always go there to shop for furniture first.
Very pricey furniture but for what it has to go thru to get to the store i understand, home delivery is the only way to go. Still expect alot of expences or as is .

Good furniture salesperson was helpful
Ordered several pieces of furniture including a very expensive bed. (Over $4,000) The bed was delivered and the workmanship was very poor plus the leather headboard was damaged. I refused the bed as I was presented with this option. I was disappointed that I had to first ask the delivery personnel to please put booties on and should have asked them to also put gloves on prior to touching my mattress. I learned after speaking with customer service that both the booties and gloves are supposed to be standard procedure not that the customer service person really seemed to care.Well, a second bed was delivered that also showed very poor workmanship and the bed had so much dust on it, it looked as though it had been sitting in the warehouse for some time.The second bed was delivered on a Friday and I was told that the bed would be inspected and I would be contacted on Monday, guess I should have confirmed the Monday they were referring to, as I have still not received a call. I also left a VM for one of the owners, again with no response.I would absolutely rate their customer service as poor and in that area they deserve 0 stars!
Worst customer service ever. Have purchased nearly everything in our house from Ladlows, and tried to give Thomasville a chance. Absolutely terrible service from the Customer Service branch. Store promised things, but customer service couldnt deliver on it. Total mixed message
My husband and I purchased a second sofa at Thomasville. It was delivered three months later. Upon delivery, we noticed it wasnt right. The pieces didnt fit together properly and it was poorly made. Not what youd expect for a custom piece piece that took 3 months to make.We immediately contacted Thomasville and were told to call the claims/repairs department, which we did same day . Two weeks went by, no call. We called Thomasville again and were told the same. Yet again, we received no call.We decided to dispute the charge with American Express. Thomasville flat out LIED to Amex and told them we waited 15 days after delivery to call them. We called ten minutes after the sofa was delivered.Long story short... this company does not stand behind their product or their customers. Shame on you, Thomasville.
