I expected more from the employees. Yes they were present and would answer questions, but they werent concerned with selling a car or going out of their way to impress upon you to buy it. Theyre like un enthused, our cars are the best, the fastest Ill be over here sitting at my desk. So I bought my car at another McLaren dealer ship with awesome employees that same day. I think it was because I was dressed casually and pulled up in a rental car, a Kia if I remember correctly. Will never go to Scottsdale McLaren again.

The work that they did was quick and simple, they even gave my girl a bath! Fantastic team all around, quality and professionalism is what they gave me! I’d highly recommend their team for hassle free help and service

Wish I could rate it negative starts. Was the worst dealership experience ever and rates among one of the worst with another human. We went on a Saturday as we were just cruising and exploring. The second we entered we were greeted with a poor attitude and awful tone. As we were just exploring we would ask questions and they would respond with extremely passive aggressive and snotty remarks that were dehumanizing.

My husband and I had just gotten our McLaren and only been for 1 short ride when a packrat had made a home in it and caused a lot of damage.Izzy and the crew at McLaren Scottsdale were absolutely great!They went above and beyond to get our car repaired and returned to us quickly. They updated me every step of the way and there were no surprises! Really a pleasure working with them.

Service center is great. Ralph is extremely knowledgeable and takes care of their customers at the McLaren HQ level. Always a worry with exotic car dealers / service centers but not McLaren Scottsdale.

I was in there with my brother and this guy seemed like he was looking at us as if it was a problem to be in there. He was a bald guy and my brother and I were looking at a car and looked nice and he asked the guy “can we take a look inside?” And the gu responds with “Ehhh not really”. The way he said it made it seem like if we were a problem being there tbh that guy seemed like a real a hole. Haven’t gone back in a long time and probably won’t anyway.

Jared in sales is the best! I just got my new 720s spider delivered and I couldnt be more pleased with the service and treatment I received. Everything went flawlessly. Highly recommend Jared thank you again!

Best service I have ever experienced! Izzy at Scottsdale Mclaren is an absolute genius when it comes to knowledge about Mclaren’s. He went way above and beyond by replacing a missing blade in one of my keys and changing the batteries in each key fob. The down pipes and tune are out of this world! My 2020 720s is truly one of the best super cars! Paul, one of their high end transporters took incredible care of my car and of my wife and I. Paul reached out and helped us get several of our cars up and running. He has become a family friend. I cannot say enough great things about Scottsdale Mclaren! Definitely shop there.

Honestly the best group of people around. Bought my 570s from them and they were the best group of people. Their technician Nick was fantastic when I took delivery of the car and if I had questions he was always quick to answer even after the fact! They always went above and beyond! Cant recommend them enough!

Just picked up my McLaren 720s for its annual service and must say the service department is always on point. The Service Manager, Ralph, and Lead Tech, Nick, who did the actual service, walked me through the annual service and invoice. The attention to detail at this dealership has been amazing! This is my second McLaren I have purchased from the dealership. Jared and Eilon in sales/Management have always gone out of their way to make sure I knew of every option for the car and even some special MSO options to tailor each car to my wants and needs. They offer to pick up/drop off my car, etc. An overall excellent experience!

Worst showroom and worst costumer service ever. We were basically kicked out of the showroom just as we entered. Showroom was empty with no one other than the salesman and my friend and I, he said that theres a maximum capactiy of people that can be inside and we cannot stay.

The most friendly, fun, and exciting dealership in all of Scottsdale. Always a beautiful showroom, the salespeople are happy to take the time to chat about the cars and show you around. Love this place, I visit often.

I shopped nearly every dealership in the country, before deciding to buy from Gina. What I found during my search was that there were a couple of stores that really stood above the rest. In the end, the Scottsdale store had what I was looking for, but more importantly, I was impressed with both Gina and Carlos.Since my purchase, Ive had a couple of questions, and have been pleased about the level of responsiveness. Wow! Complete 180! I had the worst experience with Mclaren of Scottsdale. I didn’t think it was possible to turn it into a decent experience. But then I got a call from Ralph who explained that there was a new owner and Ralph was now in charge of service. Not only did he take care of me and my car, but he went out of his way to make up for all the lies and broken promises from the previous service manager. I even bought a service plan and look forward to taking my Mclaren back for everything it needs in the future. Thank you Ralph!

I purchased a 2015 Mclaren P1 VIN #SBM12ABB6FW000097 color: Volcano yellow on Nov.10 2016 for 2.3 mil full in cash from McLaren Scottsdale and dealt with Jared Lowell, the general manager. It was a European car and they needed to convert to US specs. They said the process would take 3 months. I have been calling every month to check on progress and they keep telling me “next month”. After 7 months I wanted to see paperwork proof that they purchased the car from the previous owner and also to prove from Mclaren MSO that they are doing the conversion. They never sent me any paperwork to prove they purchased the car or did any conversions. So, I am starting a lawsuit against them for fraud and selling a car they do not own. If anyone else is dealing with this dealership, be careful about how you do business with them. I would not recommend them to anyone.

This dealership is great! I bought a 650S 2015 with 7000 miles from Carlo Quiroga. He assured me a flawless car. He delivered in a big way. I love this car. Its insane! Customer service awesome including walkthrough of the cars functions on the phone. I bought the car sight unseen and was great. Carlo encouraged me to fly to Arizona and see the car but i couldnt get time off work. Hoped that Carlo was trustworthy and he was. I would recommend Mclaren Scottsdale and specifically Carl Quiroga. Neither he nor your new Mclaren will disappoint!!!
