Worked with Tyler at Courtesy Volvo to purchase a certified used 2018 XC60. Tyler was a pleasure to work with and coordinate an “out of town” sale. He provided details and a video of a vehicle we found online and we worked with him over the phone and email for most details before we drove up to see it in person and seal the deal. This is how car buying should be. I was looking for a used car. Courtesy Volvo was one of my first stops so early on in my process. I test drove a car with Mitch Gable. He was kind, but most importantly direct. I said I needed to leave and didn’t have a lot of time but if he could run numbers and get back with me. He respected my time and did just that. The numbers were not exactly where I needed them to be at first - which he also respected. However, he kept me in mind and 3 days later he called me back and got the car to where I needed it to be. No time wasted. No sitting around haggling. Mitch knew my number and didn’t waste my time until he could get it there. When I came to sign paperwork, everything was filled out and waiting for me as well as the car - washed and with gas. I was in and out in 45 minutes. As a comparison, I went down the 101 to Van Chevy and I thought some of them were going to unzip their skin to reveal they were really bloodsucking trolls…..so this was a bit better! I would highly recommend Courtesy Volvo and Mitch Gable in particular.

I came in to the dealership a little skeptical about working with a sales person and not knowing much about the brand. I happened to end up working with Karina Reagan. To call it an amazing experience is an understatement. She was able to identify my needs being a parent and find the vehicle that best suites my needs while not being pushy or the stereotypical sales person. Knowledgeable, kind and considerate. I left the Volvo store knowing exactly what I will be purchasing and a sales associate that I trust. I look forward to working with her here in the near future. When we were new to the area we brought our car to get service here because it was close to our home. Our service advisor, Michael, was amazing! A few months( and a move) later, we had an issue with our car and it was towed here for service. We could have gone somewhere closer to our new home, but went here because of Michael. After delivery of our new to us used vehicle, we noticed something wrong with the paint that we hadn’t noticed before we signed the papers. We worked with Mitch, Michael and Tim to rectify the problem. All of these gentlemen are professional and seem to be “straight shooters”. They deliver on their promises and treat their customers with care and respect! I’ll definitely continue to do business here. I have been fielding SO MANY calls from dealerships, but Diegos kindness and down-to-earth nature on the phone, his willingness to answer any question I had, walking directly to the lot to verify in person the vehicle I was looking for was actually there, and taking a personal video of the vehicle for me is the reason I went to Courtesy Volvo. I just bought an absolutely amazing car: 2022 Volvo XC 60. The safety and style of the Volvo SUV won out for me over any other car on the market. Everytime I try and get in touch with service I get the run around and no help. Transfer after transfer, message after message with no response. Im over it. Michael never calls me back even the operator sounded like she knew why I was asking for a new service advisor. Will not be upgrading my car here like I thought.

Been to 7-8 different dealerships in the past few months, this was probably the best experience. We Scandinavian folks have always made safe and sturdy automobiles. The Volvo XC90 I recently purchased drives like a dream. Not only is it amongst the safest vehicles on the road, but the 2021 model spares nothing when it comes to a luxury factor. Again, safe and just aesthetically pleasing. The staff here are thoroughly informed about each model and I was especially impressed to see that everyone I encountered seemed to be a subject matter expert. Update: I have shifted this to a 4* experience. We can’t take back what happened initially but they not only responded, they reached out and got things taken care of very timely. Working with Jud in service was smooth and built a lot more confidence in the dealership. I didn’t purchase a Volvo but talking with one of the guys in service today brought more insight to looking into Volvo for my next purchase.I’m giving this two stars, not because of the amazing service I received from Karina because she was incredible (she deserves all the stars!) and so easy to work with and the car was overall what I was looking for.I am leaving this because I am rather disappointed with the finance and service departments. I came in with my own financing. I just needed the sales contract. I was there for over 5 hours while they were trying to process an application and hitting my credit. Telling me so many excuses about drawing up the sales contract. My banker had even tried contacting them. I had a unique situation and wouldn’t have been able to utilize their financing. I was upfront about that and it went ignored so they could “make a buck”. I was also sent home without any of the copies of the signed purchase docs. That was a first for me, and I still haven’t been able to obtain copies.When I test drove the vehicle I noticed the driver’s side visor was missing. They gave me a “we owe” notice. The car matched everything else I was looking for so I was ok with the purchase. I didn’t think it would take over 3 weeks for a visor that is still not replaced or fixed and I still haven’t had a call back, when my last vehicle (tragically smashed to pieces in an accident) had a whole engine ordered and replaced in less time. I have called and reached out multiple times to the service manager and have received nothing in response. The original visor was in the trunk of the car. It’s a safety liability during certain hours of the day, especially living in Arizona. The lack of communication and follow up - even when several messages were left - is highly disappointing.

We just purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. It was priced well below blue book and they offered us more for our trade than any other dealer. Overall very easy buying experience and we were in and out in less than an hour.

My husband and I went to Courtesy Volvo to purchase a vehicle. We made an appointment with Jacob Kannada, and when we arrived, he was waiting for us. Jacob was super friendly and relaxed, and it was easy to talk to him. He is informative, but also an excellent listener. He helped us to find the exact model and features we were looking for. Even the negotiation was a comfortable process. He wasn’t pushy at all. We will definitely be back for future vehicles and recommend that you ask for Jacob.

I have always loved Volvos; the cars sell themselves. However, from the time I called Nick to see if the car I noticed on the website was still available until today (nearly two weeks after driving my new car off the lot), he has been professional, courteous, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and the list goes on. Car shopping is not my favorite thing to do and yet Nick made this experience quite pleasant! As a matter of fact, he helped me earlier today (via text) with a feature I couldnt quite figure out - - and that is significant: the sale has been made - he couldve easily passed me off to service by now. I have been extremely happy with my car so far (which is not unexpected) but Im equally as happy with the customer service Ive experienced from Nick and the Courtesy team: THANK YOU, Nick and Courtesy Volvo.

Took my car in for the 10k maintenance. Friendly fast service. I was having problems with the back lift door and they we’re very helpful in getting my issue solved.

Start to finish Nick was efficient and knowledgeable. I hate buying cars but this wasn’t bad. No pressure selling. Easy in and easy out. The car looks great in our driveway.Just had my car serviced. The courtesy valet was impeccable. Service department was efficient and thorough. My complaint is when I called with a question the front desk attendant interrupted me and was rude.
