I purchased a car through Alex it was a mess, he lied about the condition and 900 miles later the transmission failed, the engine is also a mess. Alex assured me the car was in great condition and I didnt need an inspection. Total liar and dishonest businessman.

I just bought a great car from this dealership, at an incredible price. I flew in from out of town based on how the car i saw online was described, mint condition inside and out, and drives great. Alex came and pick me up at the airport in the car and i drove it back to the dealer. Great treatment, quick paperwork and i was out of there in no time. Drove the car back home, 1500 miles, no problem.

Alex is working on finding me my next dream car and has been in constant contact with me. He has listened to my every whim for what I want to see in my next car. I have very discerning taste when it comes to cars and service and he has hit it out of the park! He definitely knows the business.

Worked with Alex trying to buy their nice accord for just over 3 grand and he was just terrible. Typical used car dealership for customer service. Tells me in the AM that I can bring 2000 cash and he should be able to finance the rest. Then tells me three times throughout the day hell call me back and doesnt, I had to call back every time. Finally when 4 o clock rolls around and Im headed out to see it there he tells me Oh yeah actually we can only finance like up to $1000 sorry. Like really??? Typical sleezebag used car dealer, shop elsewhere.

I recently bought a car from West Coast Motors in Scottsdale. After the sale I discovered that West Coast and owner Alex Houpis had made many misrepresentations on their website, in email correspondence and orally about the cars service history, the documents in their possession, and the work they claimed they had done to the car, among other things. I am an experienced business person and 66 years old. Alex Houpis is the most dishonest person I have ever done business with. If you have had a problem with this dealership due to misrepresentations and lost money as a result, do as I have, report them to the Arizona Attorney Generals Office Fraud Unit.

Alex has been a great pleasure to work with, would definitely do business with him again!

Unless west coast motors LLC has a hidden garage i didnt see any cars in there lot for sale. Besides place closes at 5 pm so there wasnt much to see. Bummer
