We took a test drive today and committed to purchase. The test drive was setup online and Aaron reached out quickly via text to answer any preliminary questions. We arrived for the drive about 15 minutes early, had a discussion, asked questions then followed Aaron out to the car for a quick primer. After that we went for a drive and loved the car! We didnt feel rushed at all and there were zero high pressure sales tactics. We finally went through the ordering process and were on our way. Thanks again Aaron for all the help and patience with our questions. We cant wait to pickup our new Tesla model Y!

Not all impressed.Was not all helped by the staff. I had questions about the solar panels but never got the chance to ask.The cars are not impressive at all. Way over priced. I’d rather put down a down payment on a house than pay for one of these cars.Maybe if I’d been able to test drive I might have a different option, but again no help.

Only the guy that let me test drive one of the Model 3s was friendly. The other employees there were kind of standoffish. The employee that took me for a test drive was nice and seemed knowledgeable but misquoted the details of the package I reserved for a Model 3. Later, he pretended like he never misquoted anything. After waiting over a month to hear back from Tesla customer service, they said this location would reach out to me to try to address my concern, which they never did. REALLY fun, nice car and I havent had many issues with it but realistically it was a waste of money and my experience with this location was less than satisfactory.

I was contacted for test drive as a day 1 reservation holder for Model 3. When I asked questions about base model which wont be delivered until next year rep assumed that was what I am interested in and he said that test drives were only if looking to buy in the near future. However I let him know that I am in the market for a new car and would need to test drive to even determine if I would keep my reservation all together. He agreed to schedule test drive. I made it to test drive appointment and was assigned someone different than the person that originally called me. She offered great customer service and took me on test drive. I wished that test drive was on freeway. However, local streets did not take away from showcasing car. I appreciate the no pressure approach to car selling. I was able to go home to think through my options and returned a week later for a second test drive. This second test drive was scheduled on the way to the location so I appreciated that it was able to be accommodated so quickly. I was even allowed to share test drive with my guest. Rep from first test drive even contacted me during the week after first test drive and I was able to text her with questions especially as options were changing. Rep did a great job of answering all questions. I was so impressed with test drive and service that I placed order after second test drive. Rep even helped me submit off menu option order. Now just waiting for update on order status. I will update review as I continue with the buying process.

The people that work at this location are very friendly and helpful with whatever you may need. I’ve been considering purchasing a Tesla and drove down there they were more than helpful. They offered to even help me build a car if I really want to and they’re not pushy like normal car salesman they seem like a genuinely care. The employees are all pretty happy to watch tells me that the company in the management treat them right.

Loved the experience here at Tesla. They don’t judge or push for sales. Went for a fun test drive and it’s certainly worth doing! Our guy was excellent, informative and good company from Scottsdale. I would recommend the name, but forgotten. Make sure to visit showroom. Doesn’t matter if you don’t have the finances. It’s important to learn about this car and the tech involved, which is shaping the future. Beautiful. We tried the Model S

Great people, definitely know what they’re talking about, definitely recommend except the only thing is that they don’t have a gas model which was a bummer but I guess electric are a new thing.

They used to have a model s here but now they only have a model x. Disappointed to not see any of the newer, more affordable options here, but it is Scottsdale fashion square where nothing is affordable so I shouldnt be surprised. Coming here is apparently an option for scheduling solar support calls instead of waiting forever on the phone.

I was very impressed when I came down to my test drive and bought a car on the spot. My salesman Justin was super helpful and patient with me. I’ve tried to do the same, but I’m running out of patience. The wrong phone number auto-filled on my account as we filled out the purchase order. We corrected it. I texted Justin with a couple of questions and never heard back. Then when my account set my delivery would happen within the next few days I never heard anything from anyone. Finally some random stranger figured out who I was and let me know that Tesla was telling them that my car had been ready for several days for pick up. The scheduling center kept pushing my pick up date out further because they didn’t hear back from me because they didn’t have the correct phone number. It was really difficult to get hold of a real person to sort out the situation. When I finally picked up my car a week after it was ready, Hunter was very helpful, but I still hadn’t heard back from Justin. I finally got an apology text from Justin that said he would be available whenever I needed him with questions. Since I’ve owned the car for 12 days, I discovered that a reflector is missing from the driver side door. I’ve texted Justin twice with no response. I tried to set up a service call but they want me to drive to Phoenix and I live in Flagstaff to pick up the reflector. I thought they did service calls in Flagstaff. If I have to drive to Phoenix for every little thing, I’m taking taking the car back tomorrow. I guess that’s why they give you two weeks to figure out that their service isn’t what they said it was.I love driving it, but I feel like there’s no in-person help available.

We wanted to buy a Tesla but have heard the main problem with these cars is the service. We didn’t believe it because we have heard great things about the product until we called ourselves. We were grilled on weather we could afford the car, and then trying to make an appointment was nearly impossible. We are a customer who needs a new car and ready to buy.I can’t imagine if it’s this hard to buy a car how hard it would be to get a service on a car. My recommendation to you Tesla is to get some customer service. Good bye Tesla- Hello Mercedes!

I ordered my Model 3 at this Tesla store and I test drove the car twice to make sure I really liked it. The employees were kind and very helpful at answering my questions about the car. I would highly recommend to those who are actually interested in buying one of the cars to not go during the weekend. I waited a while before I could sit inside the cars and choose which one I wanted.

We scheduled a test drive to see what all the hype was about. MAN!!! I have never wanted to buy a car so bad after a test drive!!We drive the cheapest model they had and holy cow, it was FAST!! But even more impressive was when it was driving by itself and doing lane changes and the whole shebang, Ive never seen a car so anything like it!!And let me tell you about Megan, boy was she great. She was our driving guide and was super friendly and personable. This place isnt your topical dealership; the typical dealership would have not treated us this good! No trying to make us buy today, no but wait, lets talk about financing for an hour, everyone there knew everything about all of their cars (and the companys history!), and everyone was extremely friendly and polite!! ZERO PRESSURE, I honestly dont even know if you can even buy a car there or it its just to learn, have fun, and drive their cars haha!This isnt your typical dealership, you HAVE to drive a Tesla to see for yourself why everyone loves them now. This company is going places and I was blown away by how amazing the experience was.Thank you!!

It was nice sitting in the various models. The 3 is theyre entry level at 40k. The floor of the back seat sounds cheap. You can knock on it and hear loose sheet metal. The SUV one was the coolest. The windshield come up over your head. Kinda like a sunroof

The store is fantastic with wonderful hands-on models that you can actually get in and do stuff with. They have the actual Model S and Model X with a bare-bones undercarriage for a standard Tesla that you can experiment with. They also have some t-shirts and jackets you can buy with the Tesla Logo as well as some build your own screen where you can design your own Tesla. Pretty fun store to visit, even if youre not planning on buying one.

Horrible experience! Went to look at the car and schedule a test drive, but the saleswoman refused to meet with me and my partner because we didnt fit the norm. Its cool, so we scheduled a test drive and never showed but because we felt profiled. We make plenty of money to buy 1, but we only spend money if we feel respected and acknowledged. Sadly, I taught the scheduling lady more about the Tesla then she knew. Thanks but Ill take a hard pass on one & Ill get the new Audi e-tron electric car that drops Sept 17th!

I left the physical store with a lot of question. They are knowledgeable when it comes to the automobile, but they lack the finance portion. I think that if they wanted to sell the vehicle they should have a finance employee at work at all time. This will eliminate people thinking it over night and giving up. I most definitely will get the vehicle since I have research it a lot. They have show vehicles and they are incredible. You should check it out and see all the different designs that they have.

Its Tesla Cars inside an air-conditioned mall. The outside temperature was 107. I stayed all day. The Tesla cars are fantastic!

Arrogant sales team, but knowledgeable. Unfortunately its the only dealership at the moment with the game changer technology of the future. Company is going in a better direction, so if you are in the market for this product you will have to suffer them.

Very frustrating as a Tesla owner of going to Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall where you are supposed to be able to use the Tesla Super Chargers but Tesla has all their Test Vehicles taking up all the spots and are not plugged into the chargers. This has happened multiple times. Today we asked someone if they could move one of the cars so we could charge ours. Two people said they would see what they could do but they didn’t do anything. I could understand if they were busy but they werent at the time. We were there for two hours and the same vehicles were parked in the same spots. Why have the chargers, if your Tesla owners are unable to use them?

I own one of these cars and love it. The one star review unfortunately does not understand the Tesla approach. My service center is amazing and the car is a rocket ship.

Bought the x then traded it in for the S model. I make the trip to Scottsdale almost every other week and I shouldnt be stopping to charge so much. Car isnt good when its hot outside either, seems like it runs out faster, then you have to shutdown everything that can be draining juice. Had to drive one way without a/c in blistering heat across desert. Lots of perks inside the car but ready to go back to a Mercedes. Finding stations is a hassle in the desert.

I am not a review type of person, but I just felt the Tesla rep had a take it or leave it attitude. They assumed I was there for the Model 3, but I was actually there for a Model S. I love the car, and think the technology is outstanding, especially for my commute. I wanted a 24 month lease, and they only offer a 36 month. That is a deal breaker for me, as I actually would prefer a 12 month (at a much higher payment). I suppose I am just not ready to line up and wait to buy a car from them, 100% on their terms. I like the flexibility I got from the Audi dealer, and I felt they actually wanted me as a customer versus the take it or leave it attitude. Mr. Musk needs to give Penske a Tesla dealership, and let them handle selling his magnificent vehicles.

Had a test drive scheduled. Tesla canceled it because I was not buying within a month. I have driven most every German and Italian brand, and could basically walk in and put cash down but their loss. Good work Grant, whoever this guy is. Way to deter future car buyers from even considering Tesla in the future. Your loss.

Worked with 2 members of the sales staff. Both were either incompetent or deceitful. I literally walked away form the pick up location today as the terms presented were not inline with expectation that sales agent set. I highly recommend dealing straight the website to avoid the frustration.

This dealership is great and they talked to my 10 year old son about all the Tesla models and shared his enthusiasm and excitement about the doors on the Model X. He has been to this dealership a few times and he always loves it and cant wait to go back.

I walked in with 100% intent on leasing a new Model S. I have leased 4 Mercedes S class vehicles in a row, and wanted to trade my CTS in. They never asked my name, and had no interest in taking a trade other than to say we will call some wholesalers. They wont budge on the price either unless I wanted a demo unit. I ended up getting another S class from the MB dealer. I just dont think they cared to work for my business at all. It was the buy the Model S (at sticker price), and sell your trade on your own philosophy. Love the car, hated the sales process.

Lol cheap and Tesla dont belong in the same sentence. Place was a beautiful little showroom, showcasing two fully built s models and the lil skateboard looking undercarriage or power train I guess youd call it. Whatever. Lots of cool little items for sale like shirts, hats, and baby clothes. Great place to get up close with the car and really check it out. Staff are there to only answer questions and offer test drives so there is no pressure. Much different feeling than any other kind of car dealer. Thank you Jordan for being a kind and informative sales person. Ill be pursuing a purchase real soon!
