The worse experience ever. I bought a 2011 335 I and have paid them over 1000 in repairs and never given a receipt. Currently I am trying to locate the dealership that mysteriously went out of business and I have reported the dealership to the finance company. I am awaiting a response before I take further action and I am looking into taking legal action. After reviewing the reviews online it is a common trend for the company to lie. I paid them to change out my radiator fan and its been a month since I paid for the service only to find that their mechanic glued a broken part. Not only did their mechanic leave loose tools in the engine, neglected to finish a repair, but now I am having more issues. I would never buy from this dealership. I am waiting for a response from the finance company to locate the dealership and if my issues are not resolved I will take legal action against them. Verbal agreements are law binding and Chase never fulfilled his agreement there for is in breach of contract!! I regret giving them my business
Kinda torn and have mixed emotions.. Got my second BMW here, but half the things in my car were broke. And considering I paid 13k I would think it would be in a little better condition than what it was. Motors been great and had to fix a few regular things here and there.When I first got the car my driver headlight went out. If you know anything about adaptive headlights you know how expensive they are and how much you miss on the headlights not turning when you turn. 2 door actuators went out (they replaced one) and both cup holders were broken.It was my first time getting a car so I definitely missed on a few things.. But with that being said I did give them cash and 3 months to find me something I wanted and ended up with something different and just went with it because I was over waiting and the color of the car was super dope (Dark Green).I brought a few different people including my mother up there to look at cars.. And honestly felt like the were kinda trying to take advantage and selling cars way over what they were worth..A bit of advice, shop here if you want. But only if you know what to look for and have cash to negotiate incase they have some blah there. I can say more negative but no point. Honestly might go look again because unlike the place down the street they do have better customer service. Even if it is a little fake.
Weve purchased a vehicle for our son. This was a special graduation gift for his great effort throughout his high school career. We searched online and found the right vehicle we were looking for- great condition, low mileage, four wheel drive, great interior and at a great price. We found Auto Market and were pleasantly surprised. After a test drive- we were literally in and out of the dealership within 40 minutes! We called the bigger dealers- called some of them and never got a return call. We also looked at a vehicle we really wanted at one of the bigger dealers but was mislead with a different price when we arrived. Victoria Ahern at Auto Market in Scottsdale was a delight to work with. Professional and detailed- she was courteous and answered all of our questions. Well you have to pick a star to write a review. If it was up to me I would not give them anything.I purchased a BMW from Auto Market AZ in December of 2018 as a birthday present to myself and a nice upgrade from the Jeep that I had. In less then a week that had my jeep sold to someone else. That is not the issue. The issue that I have is that they have still not paid off my jeep loan.I was told the GM would contact me, 2 days have passed and nothing. This is now hurting my credit. I am a single mom and just wanted a nice car and a lower payment. I got that, but now my credit stinks thanks to Automarket AZ. If they dont pay off my car today, I will be contacting the local Sheriff.
These guys went the extra mile, figuratively and literally! I found the car on their website, but when I got to the lot it I found out they had just gotten it themselves and had not yet cleaned or serviced it. So needless to say that, as well as a few issues needed to be dealt with.However, I needed to have the car the next day, so as my husband and I were trying to navigate our schedules/rides for the next day in order to arrange drop off for service, the sales manager offered to provide me a ride home after drop off. We arent terribly far, but probably a bit further than most dealers would drive. So I drop it off, and was told to pick it up the next evening.When I arrived, the cleaning wasnt completed. They apologized profusely and offered drop the car off at my work the next day once the work was completed. My work was much further from them than even my house...so that I thought was a great thing for them to do.It wasnt a perfectly flawless experience, but for me personally it is more important to assess a company less by the mistakes made and more by how those mistakes are handled. And this car dealer put the customer above all else.
A little over a week (May 7, 2016) I step into the Auto Market Dealer in search of a car. I was greeted by Beatriz Hernandez, she was really helpful and was determined to make the sell happen, after much thinking and car tryouts, I decided to go for a 2005, BMW, X5, with 95,000 miles and with a price tag of $10,000 dollars. All that information was provided or mentioned on a document that every car has on a window. Breatriz finally got a financial response from a bank and started to prepared the rest of the documents. Fortunately for me, I like to read and review even the smallest information on a document, and so I did so. She was a little nervous of me doing this, and at one point she even ask me why do you want to see or read these documents when I asked that I wanted to review and read the most important documents (Car Price, Fees, interest changes and so forth). Then I started to review them, and it turn out that she had altered the price of car, it was $10, 000 as the document on the car stated, but she had input a price of $11,999, and on top of that, of course, the fees and finance changes. When I asked why was that, she got even nervous, at that point the owner/manager stepped in, and I asked him, why was she giving me a higher price that the one stated and for which I got interested. He did not know, but she started telling him that it was because I was not paying it with cash. We went out and look for the original document on the car, and as we all knew, it said $10,000 and it did not mention that it was cash price or I was never told. I of course declined doing business, because it was more that obvious that it was a fraud. Beware of this if you are thinking to buy a car at this place.
After visiting a couple of local dealers looking for a car for my teenage son and being disappointed in the service, I came across a BMW at AutoMarket AZ that he loved. Pretty apprehensive since I knew NOTHING about the dealer or the area. (We just moved here). I’m glad I took the chance on this dealership. Chayse has been phenomenal to work with! He is honest and even fixed some issues that an independent mechanic found on the car-at his expense. He’s responsive, respectful, and an all-around good guy! I just recently met their mechanic Chris and he was a cool guy and addressed my issues promptly. I would recommend these guys to ANYONE. Near or far. I wish the google reviews better reflected who they are TODAY vs a few years ago. Top notch! Thanks for taking such good care of my son, Gertrude, and this mom! They’ve got a lifetime customer in me!
I took my car to The Auto Clinic after I realized my dealership service shop was trying to take advantage, I guess they figured I wouldnt know better. Anyway the folks (especially Russell) at the auto clinic were knowledgeable, helpful, and fixed my car for less than expected. I have since recommended them to friends, and will continue to do so. Going back to them for my next car service, for sure.
I really owe it to Auto Market. I was in need of getting rid of my old car...and like most of us,we hate dealing with buying a car. Ro, the finance manager, made it painless from start to finish. My credit isnt stellar but it was enough to get me into the vehicle I have always wanted. She made the payments very affordable and her customer service was stellar. The other employee there, Steve, he showed me the auto facts with my asking...just printed it off and handed it to me!! Very few do that but their confidence in their cars shows.I am very happy...I wish I could give more than 5 stars but thats the most I can give! I recently purchased a truck from Auto Market and have never been more satisfied. The employees went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. The have really good low interest rates and I will definitely be sending anybody I know to them!
I have never reviewed any business before but I was terribly mistreated by this car dealership. I traveled from Prescott and purchased a used truck with under 100k miles however within 2 days of leaving the lot the vehicle had evidence of multiple leaks, and after taking the vehicle to a certified ford dealership they informed me that roughly $4,000 dollars in immediate repairs needed to be made to the motor and cooling system (which was under warranty) as well as an additional $2,000 in other repairs such as ball joints, tie rods, hydraulic issues, etc... which was not under warranty. After informing auto market that the vehicle was in need of repairs and STILL UNDER WARRANTY they told me I would need to drive the vehicle 1 1/2 hours back to Scottsdale (with the truck leaking) and pay an additional $1,000 for their mechanic to repair it. I then informed them I did not trust their mechanics due to the condition the truck was sold to me in, to which they told me they would not pay to have it repaired and I would need to take them to court. I have paid roughly $10,000 for a vehicle that I have driven less than 1,000 miles and had less than a year. Again this is the very first review I have ever done.

I stopped by just to see what the pricing would be and Jeez Loueeez! They really get you on the interest and the tax! It seemed like they managed to sneak on an extra 1500 to the price!!! I talked with some guy named Chase and he seemed friendly and I’d hope that he is but I’m not sure with the business of this place. Seems very shady!!!

Horrible dealership. They lie about condition of vehicles over the web and phone so you can drive down to see it in person. Cracked window shield, HUGE engine issues, paint chipping, wrap was torn and emblems were scratched and/or ripped off. But listed in AMAZING CONDITION with nothing wrong.

At the end of a long day (all weekend), exhausted from looking at dozens of cars at some of the big name lots, we stopped at this little unassuming.g clean little corner lot and our lives were changed.All the staff are friendly and professional however, in our case Beatriz H. came through for us beyond what we could ever have dreamed. She found us amazing financing, worked with us on the price of the car, through in some little extras and just made the whole experience pleasant and dignified. There was never any back room secret meetings, she worked the deal with the owner openly within earshot. I have already recommended Auto Market to friends and family or anyone that I know is in the market.We are already planning our second purchase from them. They promise to fix my seatbelt on my car. Months later and they never fixed it and my airbag light is on all safety things that are pretty dang important.DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE.i should of know better.also did certian thing with the loan which where shady. We bought a car from here and our time on the lot was good. Easy going staff and a good price on the car. We signed our paperwork and went on our way. We were happy with our interaction with Auto Market AZ, UNTIL we had an issue with getting our plates. Haydee kept telling us that the plates would be in soon, but they werent. We had to ask repeatedly for her to issue an extension on the temporary plates.We contacted the DMV and found out that she hadnt filed the paperwork yet and the plates would NOT be in soon. She was not available when we called back and we couldnt get anyone to help us. I finally called and threatened to call the office of the investigator general (which is what you should do if youre being given a hard time by a dealer), I was then told that they would send me temporary plates that day.I was treated so poorly that I immediately went online and started leaving 1 star reviews on any platform I could find. I got a phone call from Chayse in less than 15 minutes from posting poor google, facebook & yelp reviews. Suddenly, they were very concerned about our satisfaction as customers. To his credit, Chayse took care of our issue within a few hours and got us permanent plates the same day. Why couldnt anyone else on the staff treat us this well?If not for the issue with the plates, I would have been very satisfied with our experience with Auto Market AZ. Trying to mislead customers that something is being done when it isnt is deceptive. My advice is if you ever deal with them, only deal with Chayse and ask questions to verify everything they tell you.
I bought a BMW 528i from Chayse here back in Feb of this year and I just have to say I absolutely love my car. The car was listed at a higher cash price then I wanted to pay but Chayse negotiated the price with me and got me a great deal. Steve has been so helpful every time I have called with questions and even did my oil change for me recently and fixed my headlight bulb for me when I needed it replaced. Everyone in the office is always so friendly when I call or come by and even though I am not leasing from them, they are still willing to help with service and maintenance at low prices. If i could rate negative stars I would. Do not buy a car from them under any circumstance. They say they inspect vehicle, they do not! The vehicle purchased had worn belts, tires that had the steel belts showing on inside, electrical issues, improperly adhusted suspension, bad clutch etc. When asked for inspection report they sent one that was posted on google images! They had vehicle for several weeks and nothing was fixed! Their mechanic admitted he knew nothibg about subarus and did not perform inspection. Money was spent out of pocket for repairs and no remedy has happened. They had trade vehicle for more than 2 months before it was paid off so 2 payments were deducted from bank account. This has to be the lowest form of a bad scam oriented dealership there is. Do not buy from them!!.
They want to be viewed as honest, just cant quite pull it off. Our initial experience with them was quite good - even gave me a loaner car while they worked on repairs to the car we purchased. Had our personal mechanic look over the car and he gave us several items needing repair. When we sent this list to Auto Market and they suggested they would make the repairs if we would pay a portion, which we did. Despite asking numerous times for a written work order of completed repairs, the best I could get was text from the GM of completed items. When we got the car back, my mechanic verified that a number of the repairs were not completed (repairs specifically listed in a text of completed items from Auto Market GM). Not sure why they thought we wouldnt get these repairs verified - after all the car is for our son, a new teen driver. Items such as headlight alignment, spare tire (large hole), trunk struts and fasteners were all left unprepared. These were items we specifically paid Auto Market to fix. GM stated he was told his employee made repairs, but I find that hard to believe as they would have needed to order parts; did they just put these parts on a shelf and forget about them? Needless to say, we had to pay our personal mechanic to fix these, so weve now paid for the same repairs twice. GM at Auto Market has texted me several times regarding a credit, yet it never gets processed. This has been going on since August and its now the end of November. I guess they are thinking we will eventually forget about it. If you live in PHX and can stay on top of repairs (definitely have an outside mechanic check the car over) you may be OK. We live two hours from PHX, which may be why they felt they could get away with being dishonest. It is unfortunate that they put $ over safety and honesty.
I just got a 2011 bmw 335i and my experiance was awsome. They were able to get me approved and I was able to pick up my bmw the same day! Steve helped us through the process and was great. I will definitely recommend to everyone.
BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Long story short, they sold me a car with a bad engine. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! The owner is a scam artist!!!! This place should be under review by the BBB!!! I gave them multiple opportunities to make this right which they did not. Once, I showed up and the owner ran out the back door. I literally saw him walk out the back door into his car and left. They said my car was covered under warranty but at the end of the day they told me to get lost. This car left me stranded in the middle of Colorado the day after I picked up. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!In response, they did NOT replace the engine, did NOT give me a rental car much less pay my insurance. Post the invoices to show proof if you say you did (Wow some people would say anything to cover up). And stay away from their extended warranty its a joke just like the owner and his business (probably wont stay in business much longer with this customer service).Jeez, no wonder they have 12 one-star reviews.

I am an out of statecustomer and reached out to them because they hada vehicle you cant find often and Chayse calls meand says the vehicle is great so they drive it outto my state. Within days the clutch goes out so wecall the dealer and speak to Sadir who happens tobe the Sales Manager, but apparently according toChayse he is also the Service technician. Theynever made sure the vehicle was right for resale.We had to tow the vehicle to a Subaru dealershipand the service techs there said that clutch hadbeen bad for a while. So Sadir the sales manager /service technician says he will call Subaru backand pay for the diagnostics and clutch.. butinstead he waits all day, then he calls Subaru totell them he is not paying for anything, not eventhe diagnostic. And 10 minutes later texts us totell us he is still waiting on Subaru to respond.This dealership is shady and since the SalesManager is the same person as the ServiceTechnician I would not be surprised if they do notservice any vehicles before they resale.
Good day, I just wanted to tell everybody how great of an experience, and experiences I have had with auto market!! I have purchased 4 vehicles from them, Widely ranging in type. First I bought a 2008 BMW 335i from them many years ago. I loved the car so much!! I never had an issue with it. I traded it in later for a Chevy Silverado because I needed a truck for work. I still have the truck to this day and love it!! Thirdly I bought a rare, 04 Cadillac CTS-V from them. Obviously, if you know cars, that car explains itself. I recently traded it in for my 2013 Subaru WRX. I couldn’t be happier with my choice!! It’s a very strong vehicle even after I started putting the aftermarket mods on it!! They give me reasonable money for my cars I trade and always the best financing options. Chayse has always treated me right as well as the rest of the Auto Market team!! I will not ever go to another place to buy a vehicle in my entire life. HIGHLY RECOMMENED.
We purchased a used vehicle from AZ Automarket in Scottsdale and have had problems ever since. We paid $10300 cash for it. The GM, Sadir offered his help as our vehicle stopped again and we were told by another mechanic that it was the fuel pump. Sadir had our car towed to the dealership. They sent it to a BMW Specialist, Babbit motor werks in Scottsdale. They did a diagnostic and advised that the fuel pump is bad. I have the diagnostic. Sadir did not replace the fuel pump as the diagnostic states. He gave me a receipt over a week later after he charged me $325. My car is now at another mechanic shop as the fuel pump is bad and them not replacing it caused the fuel line to go. Now we have to pay $1100. I have been calling and calling to get my $325 back but no return call. Please avoid this place! Terrible service and shady GM
Scammers. Wanted a certain car that was already overpriced. They then told me I could only qualify for a more expensive car. Whats which is total BS. All they want is a profit.

My daughter is a first time car buyer. There are many challenges with getting financing and so forth for a first timer. Auto Market made the experience work for us and they did a great job!We had found my daughters dream car on Craigslist listed at Auto Market. We went down to Scottsdale from our home 4 1/2 hours away not knowing what to expect. These folks went way above and beyond the call to make this experience a good one!There were challenges in getting financing for my daughter even though I had agreed to co-sign. The staff at Auto Market was determined to find a lender who would work for us. One of the ladies stayed long after hours working on it.I cannot say enough good things about Victoria, Ro, and Suzanne! Not only did they find someone who would finance us; they found a rate far better than anything we could have reasonably expected! The staff was bound and determined to help my daughter get into this car!This was Victorias first time to take the lead in a sale. She was wonderful! We could not have asked for a better person to help us.If I ever need to look at getting another quality used vehicle again, I would not hesitate to use Auto Market again. BUYERS BEWARE, they are scam artists.They dont have qualified mechanics to check out the cars they sell. When they break down 48 HOURS LATER, they put band aids to get you out of the lot, then your screwed. After awhile the sales man does not even return your calls or texts. My son had to pay $1,600 to a independent mechanic to repair his 3 week old car after the mechanic at Auto Market AZ told him he really did not know how to work in his car. Then they refused to reimburse him the full amount, only 125.00. I get its a business, but if you have a do unto others and run business plan, the public needs to know. Also we found out the lemon law does not apply for used cars. WITH THIS COMPANY YOU TAKE ALL THE RESPONSIBILITY. They dont care and dont want to hear from you.

As we all know, buying a car can be a very stressful, intimidating and downright annoying chore. After looking through my USAA car buying service, I found what was looking for at Auto Market AZ. The test drive went great and after staying much later (thank you for doing that) than their closing time, I drove my new car home. The next day I found a large oil puddle beneath the car and brought it to their attention. After a couple of trips back and forth to the dealership they finally figured out what the problem was - and it wasnt pretty. At this point I was very worried because I know that any work on a Porsche can be very expensive. Sadir, the general manager, was in constant contact with me and assured me that the issue would be fixed at the dealerships expense. I couldn’t believe my ears – what a great guy with a wonderfully helpful attitude. Thank you again Sadir!
I have never had a experience so disgusting ever, ever before. Not so much with the process of the purchase but with what they sold me. I have never suffered so much in my life and granted( I am a strong man), the piece of garbage that these people sold to me has no worst words to describe other than rubbish, trash. A Mini Cooper with swapped parts, missing bolts, missing brackets, a defective battery, catalytic converter and bad brakes which they replaced due to my aggressiveness pursuing the repair request and my conversations with the finance company they used to finance my car. The car lasted a few months and it started leaking oil, making rattling noises, stalling, etc. I had to replace, the high pressure fuel pump, the thermostat, the fuel pump and spark plugs on 3 different occasions. For some reason the spark plugs kept igniting the wrong amount of mixture and decreased fuel efficiency. This followed by the sunroof mechanism that broke, the interior view mirror that fell off, the interior sun visor courtesy lights covers which fell off out of the blue, the remote control to unlock the doors failure, front spoiler paint that was washed away because the dealer threw a little shade of pain before they sold it to me to mask the blemishes. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT trust this dealer.
