Cos Bar is THE BEST spot to shop for cosmetics and skincare in the Valley. Everyone who works there is so friendly and knowledgeable...and they have been around for years and years which I appreciate. What sets them apart is they truly know the products in the store and aren’t into just selling you one brand and sticking to it. They will guide you to the best product, from any line, to remedy whatever it is you’re looking for. Catherine is my personal favorite and my go-to; she got me hooked on Cos Bar 8 years ago and I’ll never leave!

Cosbar employees give the best customer service and and a fantastic array of high-end quality cosmetics and fragrances. I came to Scottsdale on a trip and was with other people in the car. I called Cosbar, to place an order for cosmetic. The employee processed my order, and told me to call her when I arrived at their Scottsdale location. She brought the package out to the curbside and handed it to me. I did not even have to get out of the car. 5 stars for going above and beyond in customer service.

I really enjoyed the location of this beauty shop. I purchased a perfume. The guy helping me was very friendly. I just wish they gave out samples with purchases like at other beauty shops.

I cant imagine buying my cosmetics anywhere else. I know that if Catherine chooses colors for me they will be perfect. She never makes a mistake. She also has tremendous knowledge when it comes to the right product for me. She is a delightful person and sincerely cares about the right product for each of her customers. Cos Bar has a great selection to choose from and the reception is always warm and friendly when I shop.

I shop at Cos Bar in Kierland for high end, specialty make up brands such as Chanel and Tom Ford. I called to inquire if they carried Sisley foundation in a particular shade. Spoke with Kimberly, who was very helpful. She promptly found my product and set it aside. I headed right over and as I walked in she called me by name. This was 5 star service and I will ask for her every time. Unfortunately, the time before, a blonde lady sold me the wrong Chanel mascara, after looking it up in my profile. I purchased it there before but couldnt remember which one. Very dishonest and annoying, and worse I was headed on vacation with no time to purchase the right one. They eventually exchanged it. In light of this, 4 stars is generous, but I like Kimberly and will see her again.

I have been shopping here for years now. They have a first class team that you just cannot find anywhere else. Every product they have ever recommended to me, I have loved. Nuria and Cathy are wonderful!!

An exceptional beauty bar thats just the right size with well informed staff to direct you to the potions and makeup that will work best for you. Lovely candles and gift items too!

Cos Bar in Kieralnd is my go to fo all makeup and skincare. They carry all my favorite brands and Catherine is one of my favorite people to work with. Kierland has lots of parking so its easy and convenient to run in and pick up what I need. Its also a great place to have my makeup done for special occasions.

I was very disappointed in the service and rude behavior of a certain person that worked here. Very rude and I will never go back.
