Johnny is the man. He was really patient, fun, and explained the science behind our bodies and what type of bed is ideal for each person. He’s really knowledgeable having been in the bed industry for most of his life. I’m not surprised that he has a ton of 5 star reviews. He helped pick out a bed for my friend who’s really excited about it.

We have been shopping for a mattress off and on for a while. Today we went to Bed DRS.Johnny Garland was absolutely fantastic. While I tried out mattresses, him and my husband had a great conversation. I was able to take my time and finally narrowed it down to 3. He explained the differences between the 3. I then chose and he gave me an amazing price. He was not pushy whatsoever, just real down to earth. I highly recommend Bed DRS. It was a great mattress buying experience from start to finish.

My girlfriend and I bought a Nectar mattress from Bed DRS. We live in Prescott and so I made some calls to see if they had the mattress we wanted and had some other questions. Anthony was extremely responsive, gave me his cell phone number and even responded to me after hours. I liked him immediately. However, when we went to the store to pay for our mattress, and pick it up( which we ended up not doing), we dealt with Johnny whom we found to be rude and dismissive. Anthony more than made up forthis bad experience. He took the EXTRAORDINARY step of driving himself all the way to Prescott just to deliver the mattress!!! And he didnt charge a nickel for that.. I was totally blown away. And he apologized profusely for our negative experience at the store. All I can say is that Anthony will go to the ends of the earth to make a customer happy, and it meant a great deal to us. THANK YOU Anthony for what you did for us!!!

Very happy with my purchase here. Got a Tempur-Pedic Luxebreeze Soft and some 2 inch Tempur Pedic base platforms for a good price. Delivery estimate was accurate within 1 day of the estimated date. I only called once after a week and a half from my original purchase date to make sure the delivery timeframe was still correct, and what I was told by whoever answered my phone call was accurate.I went to a few other local retailers and big chains and glad I went with Bed Drs since no one could beat the price. VERY happy and sleeping well on my mattress!

I was researching adjustable beds online. I decided to purchase the Rize Aviada. I found Bed DRS with a very reasonable price. I called and spoke with Anthony who was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions and get me a great price. I would definitely recommend Bed DRS to anyone looking for a new bed. Ill update on the Aviada after delivery.Update on the Aviada. Its a really nice adjustable frame. The best feature is the head and feet being able to go below flat. I have a bad back and it feels great for stretching. I was disappointed when it showed up with made in taiwan on the box. I try hard to purchase made in the USA. I was led to believe it was made in the USA. I called Manuata (the manufacturer) and was told all of their adjustable beds are made in Taiwan. Their steel bed frames are made in the USA. They should be a lot more transparent about this fact. I would not have spent that kind of money on it if I would have known. I dont blame Bed DRS, they also seem to have been mislead.

This was a five star experience. My wife and I were bed shopping and went here upon the recommendation of a friend. Johnny was the salesman at the store when we went in. He knew the products, was very personable and took excellent care of us. We bought a TempurPedic that day and paid half up front. We set up the delivery day for about three weeks later by our choice. Three days prior to delivery, we paid in full and confirmed the day. The day prior to delivery, Anthony called to inform us that TempurPedic had sent the wrong mattress. Long story short, he called with an acceptable solution that would get us our mattress and make up for the inconvenience.That is what makes this FIVE STAR service. The owner spotted the problem, became involved and remedied the problem. Kudos to Team Bed DRS for a demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service.

We needed to get a mattress for my child, but due to the pandemic we are not going to stores and therefore could not try out a mattress. Anthony, the co-owner, was amazing and worked with me to make the process so easy! We got exactly what we needed for our child in such a timely manner, within our budget, and with a no contact payment and delivery. I have personally slept on the mattress and it is very comfortable and my child is sleeping like a rock!! I really wanted to buy from a smaller business with more personal customer service and Bed Drs did not disappoint. These guys are just fantastic. They are extremely knowledgeable and provide excellent service. I used them to help me find a bed solution for my elderly mother in Scottsdale. I live in New York City, so really relied on them for their expertise and customer care to assist my mother. The owner of the firm did a great job in personally selecting the right box spring and frame to fit the mattress my mom already had in the house. The delivery person was incredibly kind and patient with my mother (and my father who was very cranky) when installing the items and removing the old bed frame. Dont know what I would have done without these guys. They are talented and caring professionals and they really helped me out. Very grateful and recommend them highly.

The entire experience of buying a bed from Bed Doctors was outstanding! From the moment we walked in, Anthony Acosta began by asking what we were looking for, showing different bed manufacturers’ products, from memory foam to conventional mattresses to adjustable air mattresses from a company called Instant Comfort. We chose the Instant Comfort Q9 with an adjustable frame from the Leggett & Platt. Almost as soon as the bed arrived I ended up bed-ridden for a few days. The ability to adjust the firmness of the bed and the lumbar support option resulted in a dramatic and instant reduction of my back pain. Now, after six months of having the bed, my personal opinion is ”why would anyone buy a conventional or memory foam bed if one can have the Instant Comfort Q9”. We are so impressed with this product that we want to get a second one. I highly recommend Bed Doctors for their outstanding service, superb product offerings and their very competitive pricing. If you’re in the market for a new bed, you might want to give them a call. You will not be disappointed! My back certainly appreciates it!

I appreciated Johnny and Wes for their help and consistency in following up on questions, ordering, and delivery of the mattress and base Inourchased. The delivery was the only reason I wouldn’t have rated them a 5 and this was likely beyond their control as Serta sent the wrong mattress and the delivery company was just a bit slow in scheduling. But in both cases Johnny was totally on top of it and advocated for me and took care of matters. I’m thrilled with the mattress and am more comfortable sleeping than I have been in years. And nobody pressured me to buy—they presented options and let me choose. The pricing was excellent. I highly recommend Bed Drs and Johnny and Wes in particular.

The bed I purchased from is really great. He gave me a great deal on the bed. Is more comfortable than my Tempur-Pedic. And the adjustable frame has come in very very handy. As someone who suffers from sleep apnea and is a licensed massage therapist I would highly recommend them.

This review is way overdue. I cant say enough good things about my experience with Bed Drs. My husband and I decided to take the plunge and invest in a really good mattress. We were drawn to Bed Drs because they do a full analysis of how you sleep and what mattress might best suit your needs.After finding out what type of mattress would work best for us, Anthony walked us through the store explaining what our options were and why. He took his time with us and didnt try to sell us up into a more expensive option. We felt like he truly wanted us to be happy with our purchase. We picked a foam mattress and they delivered it within days. Delivery and set up was super easy and convenient.At first we loved the new mattress...but then we started to feel like we made the wrong choice. We realized were spring mattress people...not foam. My husband called Anthony and he couldnt have been nicer. He went above and beyond to accommodate us again. He didnt make us feel bad or that we were inconveniencing him.I truly cant say enough good things about these guys. I have already recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so. I bought a cal king beauty rest from bed drs several months ago. I searched all over looking for a bed like my sisters mattress 1st she bought in lk havasu some years back. It happens that bed drs is the only place that sold these...years ago. But Anthony invited me to visit and I found a beautiful bed more comfy than my sisters. I trusted him immediately. Ive been all over the east valley looking and it was destined finding this place so far awAy but worth it. I cant feel my husband flipping and flopping on his side nor do I slide off when I sit on the edge. The plastic protector is a waste of money I hated it but I love love my bed. Go there. See Anthony.
