Wonderful experience when ordering our new bed. Cindi was so knowledgeable, quick and to the point which was perfect because we already own a sleep number bed. This visit was for a 2nd bed system for our home.

After meeting Cindi and seeing your product both my wife and I as well as our daughter bought the Flex top King with bedding, bed frame and headboard. I have not received my Sleep Number bed yet and I do believe Im purchasing a good product Im hoping it will help with back pain and sleep issues. My dissatisfaction is with their rules in delivery and set-up. I am a senior Widow who lives alone with no children or family in the area. Sleep Number will not dismantle my bed before they install the new Sleep Number bed. I cannot tug drag and pull mattress and box springs so that I can get to the bed frame and dismantle it. So in addition to a $200 delivery charge I will need to pay to hire some people to come in and do this for me. I truly believe that this is an unfair, unjust rip-off!SLEEP NUMBER responded and gave me a phone number to call. I called the number and began talking with a representative and she placed me on a brief hold (NOT) while she spoke to a supervisor. 48 minutes later a different representative answered and I had to retell all the information again. She also asked if she could put me on hold for a second and I said yes of course. After 1 hour and 2 minutes I was hung up on. DEFINITELY NOT QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
Very nice store, pleasant salesman, many types of beds to try. I had done my homework before going to store and statements online were same as salesman told me. I did ask about returns and found out that base is not returnable but when i asked he was very good at explaining why. Very pleased. arrives in 4 days. Cant wait to give it the overnight try out. I actually felt better by the time I left the store. Have back, hip, upper thigh pain.
Hunter was very patient with my husband and me trying to chose which bed to buy. The Scottsdale store doesnt have the capability to try the i8 mattress on an adjustable base and we had to go to another store for this to compare mattresses.
Great experience at the Scottsdale Sleep Number store. Michael our salesperson was knowledgable, not pushy and ensured we made the correct decision. This is our 2nd Sleep Number bed. Our 1st one 28 years old is still great and going to a new home. We wanted to upgrade to the newer greater features and excited to receive our bed. Thank you Michael.

Last spring, we dropped into the store and spoke to Mountain (his real name). We essentially settled on what we wanted, Mountain did the necessary paperwork, then we said wed call just as soon as we made up our minds. At home, we dithered, and we dithered for months. About once a month, Mountain would call to see how we were doing, what we were thinking, what questions we might have. We began to look forward to his calls, they were that pleasant. Well, the months stacked up until recently when we called to order our new bed which will be delivered the day after Christmas so while everyone else is taking gifts back where they came from, we will be resting in bliss on our new Sleep Number bed.
No high pressure sales, just a lot of great information that allowed me to make the choices that fit my needs the best.

This was one of the best, low pressure, high quality sales I have ever been experienced to. We went into sleep number fully intending on purchasing the bed, however the amazing lady that took us on the experience, made it very enjoyable and instilled confidence in us that this was the right bed to choose. Every step including the final choice was completely our move, and she educated us during the whole process.

Sleep Number asked me to post a review. OK, I will. Although, after my negative response to their direct questionnaire, Im surprised. Ill keep it short.I have had a Sleep Number bed for several years and am fully satisfied. Nevertheless, the Scottsdale store is to be avoided. I purchased replacement sheets. I had a coupon which was glibly rejected by the clerk. When I got home I found the brochure that the coupon came from and determined that I should have gotten an additional discount. A call to Sleep Numbers help line straightened out the situation and I was issued a credit. So, go to one of their other stores where, hopefully, the clerks will not be in so much of a hurry to make a sale that they short you financially.
Was a very incredible experience. Now that I own and sleep on a sleep number bed Im glad I didnt listen to other reviews. It may be one persons view but doesnt reflect how incredible their product and services actually are. Carol was a true professional and delivered as promised. Thanks your Awesome.

We bought our sleep number bed about 3 months ago and we decided against it. We think that it is a glorified air mattress. It was comfy in the store for the few minutes that you try it out but it is just an air mattress. Watch out. They charge $199 for delt and $199 for pick up. We were told in the store that returning it was free but nope, $199. So, we have now spent $400 on a mattress that we hate and are returning. So much for the 100 night free trial. Dont get sucked into it. We now have our perfect bed. This company is a rip off.
After going in the Scottsdale store for a 50% off sale only to find that was a ploy to get you in, (50% only applied to part of the bed), we were presented with options. We said we wanted to walk around the store and consider those options. We were very specific in that our credit should not be run until we had made a decision. Those instructions were not followed and our credit was run while we walked and thought. We are very dissatisfied with that fact. Aside from the other bad reviews weve read about quality, this experience will assure we NEVER purchase from this company. Totally unprofessional!!

Paid $8000 for sleep number bed. Within A fewmonths the two mattresses had a four to six inch gap between them. Customer service determined that we needed new mattress covers. The product is under warranty as it is only a few months old. In order to get the bed repaired (a $8000 product) we’d have to pay an additional $100. When I said just mail the mattress covers to me that I’ll change them, I was told company policy is to charge $100. New, but defected expensive bed, and an additional $100 to honor a four month old warranty.Store manager was to call me back with about my complaint.......one week later no call back. So much for service and qualityMORE REASONABLY PRICED BEDS ARE AVAILABLE ELSEWHERE

Overpriced beds
We didnt know what to expect from the shopping experience here. We knew we were pretty interested in getting a Sleep Number bed due to ratings we saw in Consumer Reports. Barry took great care of us and guided us thru the best choices based on what we needed. It was a little like a guided tour of an art gallery. But in a good way. Each bed was made a little differently. #ArtOfSleep
Knowledge is great but beds are pricy
Very misleading and expensive. $6500.00 for. Bed we were told we had a trial on. We couldn’t return the moving frame of $3000.most places $1500, $200 delivery charge, most places have free. After 90 days you can’t return anything, we were told by sales person it was all returnable. He forgot to mention the frame is not. We wouldn’t of ordered this mattress if it wasn’t returnable. As the sales person said. A total rip off, do not buy!Debbie😫

Great service. Very helpful. Bought a mattress and cant wait for our daughter to hopefully start getting some better rest...well, lets add to this now. We ended up returning our daughters mattress, it wasnt comfortable for her. She pretty much tested every mattress in the store. We decided to go with a sleep number bed. Anyway...we were told when we bought her mattress that the first time either returning or exchanging there would be no problem. Exact words were no harm, no foul. We specifically asked about it because it was a large purchase and it was her social security money that was being used to buy her bed. Thats what pushed us that day to go ahead and try it and see how it went. Long story short, it was too hard. Found out in order to return it they were charging a 10% restocking fee and another $79.00 charge to pick it up. We told the store manager that that is not what we were told. He was very polite but said there was nothing he could do, its corporate policy. He was not the one that sold us the mattress, we never saw him again? My husband and daughter were back in the store 2 more times before we finally made the decision to go with another mattress, they kept telling us to give it more time, so we did. Actually did the return on the last day of the eligiblity. Was supposed to be no penalties for the first time. Just because of our experience with the salesman lying to us we went with another company to get her mattress.I Do NOT Recommend Mattress Firm! 😡
