I am tired of Used Car sales tactics that most mattress stores employ. Saw a couple reviews of Brooklyn Bedding online so I thought I would stop by and play the game but get out of there with my wallet still intact. Walked in and began with the normal take a look around, what are you looking for. The sales guy was Brett. After a few minutes of humorous banter we really connected. He spent as much time as we needed to answer our questions, test the beds, and show us how an adjustable platform might be the answer to a number of our sleeping problems. It was lunchtime so we told him we were going to get something to eat and make a decision. I promised him either way we go I would come back and tell him. I am sure he thought there was a good chance we would not return. We came back after lunch, and bought the bed we were looking for and a bed for our daughter. I recently contacted Brett at Brooklyn Bedding regarding the bed we purchased a few years ago. I am happy to say Brett and the crew at BB handled our warranty claim as BEST they possibly could. Looked at a couple places and liked what we saw at Brooklyn best. Their product quality was better than the competition. Prices were lower for comparable products; in many cases much less expensive. I like the fact that they are a local company and manufacture their products Here in Phoenix. The sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable but without any sales pressure. My wife and I stopped in to the Brooklyn Bedding store in Scottsdale to get an idea about a new bed. We read the reviews and heard Ron Wolfley on the radio raving about Brooklyn Bedding. We were greeted immediately by Anna who was great. She explained the benefits of each model as we tried each one out. She never attempted to push us into a purchase we werent ready to make. In a large part because of Anna and how much we liked the bed, we purchased the Sedona model. It is comfortable and will meet our needs. I didnt know when I entered the store that they are veteran friendly, extending a very nice discount. We want to thank Anna as we look forward to enjoying our new bed.

Super easy and smooth transaction from the purchase of the bed to the delivery. We worked with Ana who was very knowledgeable and not pushy whatsoever. We went with the Spartan mattress and the adjustable base. The mattress and base were both delivered the next day, which was amazing news! A competitor company quoted us a 3-6 week timeline to order a similar mattress and base. We’re excited for bed time tonight to get our first full night’s rest on our new bed. If for some reason the mattress doesn’t work out, I love the 120 night sleep trial they offer as well.

We had the best experience purchasing a bed today!!! Ana explain all the types of beds and helped us narrow down the right firmness. We decided on the Bloom Plus. We bought the Aurora model from Brooklyn Bedding last fall for our home in Scottsdale. My wife and I went shopping with our daughter yesterday for a bedroom mattress and bottom unit. She found what she wanted talking with Brett. We just listened, but learned a lot about the product. We first heard about Brooklyn Bedding from our chiropractor and researched online from there. Was pretty confident after reading countless reviews and comparing companies/products that we wanted to go with the Brooklyn “Aurora” model. I picked up a great Addison mattress, at a great price during the Presidents Day sale. The mattress was scheduled for next day delivery.The next day, when I started taking apart the old bed, I found my current box springs and frame were in much worse shape than I remembered. I really could not use them with the new mattress - due to be delivered later in the day.Brett at Brooklyn Bedding was able to sell me new box springs to match the mattress - and a heavy-duty bed frame. All at the same super-great discounted sales price as I received on the mattress. The quality of the mattress was much better than the other stores. Brett was great to work with and answered my questions before I asked them. The prices were on par with all the others. I knew this was the place and the bed I wanted. It was a very easy process. I’m looking forward to it’s delivery!
