Best customer service ever! Jeff is ten stars in customer service and knowledge! Great experience buying my mattress. Helpful, knowledgeable and it went so easily, smoothly and successfully I went back to buy new mattresses for the entire house. It’s very hard to find good customer service these days. Every time I have been in their store it has been the same fantastic service.

Jeff was OUTSTANDING! We had a representative from Ladlows constantly pushing off our appointments and we needed to get a guest room finished for family visiting ASAP. He got us a great mattress and box spring and scheduled delivery 2 days out. We are so appreciative and thankful we stopped in. We will be back if we need any mattresses or box springs. I dont know why I waited so long! Finally walked into this local store just to start getting some information about a new bed. No pressure at all. Just good info from this family owned business. Wound up buying a bed the next day and within a week, the bed was delivered and installed and my old bed hauled away - all included in the already good price. 5 stars all the way.

Needed a new mattress after my 12 year old one just isnt doing it anymore, and one of my friends suggested Sleep Source. I decided to give them a shot, and boy I could not be happier. They are very friendly and upfront about everything, and were awesome to work with. Ive had the mattress for nearly 6 months now and I genuinely have never slept better in my life. I will he telling everyone I know to check these guys out!

We bought two extra long twins as part of our king bed in 2002 and for 13 years bragged we had the best bed in the world. By 2018 we were not sleeping well and figured our beds were just worn out. We went in and bought two new mattresses. The only complaint my wife had was our old beds were too hot. Thus we were assured they had a new material that was cooler but all else was exactly the same. Boy was that a mistake. We bought the new mattresses and both of us have been uncomfortable every since. Worse than our 15 year old original tempurpedic mattresses we got rid of. We called the store after about 4 months and were told too bad, they only had a 60 day guarantee, but they would check with the manager and get back to us and they never did. Most other stores offer at least 90 day guarantee and some even offer 120 day. Last tempurpedic we will ever buy and be sure to avoid Sleep Source. We have wasted $4,370 to find out the cooler mattress is not the same bed and this store will not stand behind their representations or their products.

I stopped by to purchase a mattress and the website hours said 7pm.The door posted hours till 6pm.I was at the door at 5:25pm and doors are already locked up tight.Very bad for business.I am happy to go somewhere else.

Wonderful store. Highly recommend. Wed spent the day mattress shopping and was starting to think wed just wait another year. The stores all had such predatory sales people it was hard to even shop, unreasonable prices, high delivery fees...we couldnt get out of the stores fast enough. This store was perfect. Nice showroom, free delivery, great product, great price and excellent staff. Such a pleasant surprise, will be go to mattress store in future.

The Sleep Source should be studied by the Harvard Business School as the reference for customer service and shopping experience. I hate walking into mattress stores so much that I have not done so in 20 years. From the moment my husband and I walked into the Sleep Source thru the skillfully executed difficult install, everything made us smile. The store just feels good, there is no hard nor silly sell, and the products are great. The owner was is the definition of helpful, sorting thru our needs and matching us with a mattress system we love. The delivery process, scheduling, on time delivery (in the rain), return policies, discounts... everything explained and executed exactly as described. I was even delighted with the price tag. I went from dread to delighted from one Saturday (walked into the Scottsdale location) to the next (delivery and install).
