Phenomenal team of great professionals who know how to make customers happy! Special shout out to Kohl, Danny and Chris who wowed our family with many perks and features included in our car package. Danny was kind and understanding, expediting paperwork process as our curious toddler was making her way around the dealership. Thank you for not kicking us out when we started messing around and pretty much “gardening” a la “I want to snap all flower blossoms” style! Courtesy toddler:)Chris was particularly careful with numbers and signatures, attentive to details. Kohl made sure we understand how the car operates and walked us through important perks. Thank you for a follow up the next day!Overall, a very wholesome experience and a great team work!One thing though, I would like to suggest is perhaps bottled water and some tea for customers who don’t like coffee.Thank you guys!We will be back for the next car!

I have bought from here before and my latest car recently. With low inventories all around i was excited to find A car with An affordable price. I spoke with Christian who worked with me to find A deal that fit my budget. We did everything electronically which was best for me working during the day. I brought my car to Premier Hyundai of Seaside.I was out and about running errands yesterday afternoon. I was getting ready to leave the parking lot and somebody pulled into the parking lot beside me and told me that fluid was leaking underneath my car. I didn’t know what it was so I immediately took my car to the dealership. I didn’t have an appointment and told Marvin, the service advisor my situation. He said that they would try their best to look into my car the next day and provide any services my car needed. I received a call back that my cars service was complete. I was happy with the customer service, the service I received at The Hyundai dealership. In addition, they gave my car a complimentary car wash!!!Thank you to Marvin and the staff at Premier Hyundai !!!

Absolutely terrible experience from beginning to end.Had to call 5+ times at various days and times to FINALLY get someone to give me an appointment. I asked for an estimate on the work and Im told Ill get a call back by the end of day. Absolutely nothing. Never got a call. I called back again two weeks later asking for a service manager, the operator directs my call to them and goes straight to voicemail. As a dealership a good portion of your work relies on phone calls yet I can never get ahold of anyone except the operator.Checking my car in at service was probably the only acceptable part of my experience. However after I went home, once again it took 3 calls just to have my questions answered.The car was barely washed and parked somewhat far away from the service center. After a few miles I hear a scraping plastic noise coming from my car. Turns out they didnt properly tighten down the skid plate and a huge chunk of it was dragging. At this point I didnt want anything to do with this dealership and I fixed the problem myself.If you value your time or car at all do not come here. Between clearly incompetent technicians, lackluster customer service, and the inability to do something as simple as picking up the phone, youre better off going somewhere else.

My car suddenly would not would in reverse. I contacted Marvin at the service department and he was awesome. He got me in right away and went to work on the problem. When it turned out I needed a new transmission and there were issues regarding whether or not it was under warranty, he argued on my behalf! Once he got the ok, he looked for a new one and got it there asap for me. I got my car back today, not only fixed and running great, it was clean as a whistle, inside and out! I cannot say enough about the service I received at Premier Hyundai in Seaside, and especially the outstanding customer service from Marvin-he way above and beyond! This is a great dealership. They gave me honest help getting out of bad deals from other dealerships and getting out from under water.Now, the service department is just as good. Having a 2:00 appointment meant I was out by 3:30, with a comp car wash and free water and coffee to enjoy while watching the SF Giants on a big screen in the customer lounge!

The service department at Hyundai is excellent. Better than any other one I’ve been to. They only do what has to be done, consult with you before doing a service, and then charge righteous prices. Had four new tires put on the vehicle the week before bringing the car here. Hyundai caught the poor job of balancing and aligning, and corrected it.

Wonderful customer service. Took my car in for an oil change and asked that they check it over. They did find a couple of issues and drove me home so I could leave my car overnight. When I picked up my car the next morning it had been washed and upon driving it home (about 20 mins away ) I marveled at how well itdrove. So happy!!

After the total loss of my Venue I was feeling pretty down. I went to Premier Hyundai of Seaside to get a new car. I felt totally taken care of, respected, and listened to. Avoid this dealership. In order to get my credit pulled I had to unfreeze 2 accounts. I hadnt done this before so I wasnt sure how to do it. The sales manager gave me 2 numbers to call. However neither worked as I spent almost an hour and a half on hold or trying to navigate confusing menu choices. The sales manager informed me that many other customers were able to do this quickly with no issues. Of course this was very unhelpful. Finally I figured out how to do it online which took almost another hour because the verification process for each credit reporting bureau. During negotiations I requested that they provide the roller rear compartment cover that was mysteriously missing. They agreed to have one shipped to me but 3 weeks later I am still waiting with no follow-up from the dealership.

Every time I go to a scheduled or non-scheduled service for my Elantra, Ms. Amanda is always there which is a good thing, because her attitude is what most dealerships need. She is always in a good mood whether I’m the only person in the shop or they’re multiple, she makes sure that she addresses everyone by reassuring us that she hasn’t forgotten about the people in the back. Also, she remembers my name and vehicle and I got the car over 1 year ago Almost, that says a lot about a person . Whether I may come in a lot that she remembers, or she just likes to put a Dave to the names of her vehicle owner’s. . Please keep her forever working at the desk!!

I have had my car serviced at Premiere Hyundai twice since I found out that a new Hyundai dealership had opened in the spring of 2019 after the previous one had closed down. I had already had one service done at the Gilroy dealership, which is about 30 minutes away, so I didnt want to have to go that far everytime I needed a service done or parts. Premiere Hyundai has provided me with great customer service, and their service manager, Marvin, is top-notch. He kept me updated on the status of my car, and ensured that everything was done to my satisfaction. Thus far, Ive been very pleased with Premiere Hyundai.

I wanted a pretty quick buying experience. In the past I’ve spent 6+ hours at a dealership & still walked out unhappy. This time was way different! I texted ahead of time w/ my trade in info, set an appointment & told Amber (my lovely sales person) that I would be coming after work & didn’t want to keep us there all night. The entire staff was really welcoming while I waited. I think we started at almost 6 & I was driving home in my new car by around 8:30. In addition to Amber, I also worked with Chris (i’m pretty positive that’s his name!) in finance & he made the money part fun instead of overwhelming which was really nice. Buying a car is no small purchase and the entire team made it an enjoyable and easy experience.

BUYER BEWARE! I bought a used car from this place about a month ago, within the first week the car broke down (only 5 years old) I took it to the shop 5 times in 3 weeks and poured thousands of dollars into it. I called this dealership to explain all the issues and they said they couldnt do anything for me. It was a complete and total lemon. Needless to say Amber who sold me the car told me it had run flat tires, when it fact it did not and when I asked for a spare tire kit that she promised me she said I didnt know they werent run flat. Isnt it your job to know about the car you are selling and not claim false information? The whole experience was slimy and creepy, I definitely learned my lesson not to buy a warranty, complete and total waste of money and time and they werent in the slightest willing to work with me.

Called in for an appointment to address an issue the the trunk latch mechanism and was able to get an appt the next day, and a Saturday, no less. Greeted professionally as I drove up. Processed quickly, and expected to have to leave the car there for the weekend, but no. They fixed the problem, which means they had the part or got it quickly, and also texted me the results of a safety/mileage diagnostic where I could select which services, if any, I wished them to perform same day. Then got the final text mid-day to say it was ready to pick up. My experience could not have been better! Very easy and convenient!

I love Hyundais. I have been dealing with Hyundai in Seaside for about 5 years now and, honestly, the service was never great... before today. Amanda and Alma were extremely professional, helpful, and attentive. I was so pleasantly surprised. They are the kind of people that keep customers coming back. I bought a new car last year that, for some reason, doesn’t work with the hands free command button. When I first bought the car, I brought it to Hyundai’s attention and they did not want to help and just told me that my car must not have that feature. I know this isn’t true because I tested the same model that does have it. Amanda went out of her way to try and solve the problem and when she couldn’t figure it out said she would reach out to corporate on my behalf. Again, 5 star service.

Without a doubt, my experience at Premier Hyundai is the best I’ve ever had at a car dealership, and I’ve had some good ones over the years(although those were when my credit was good). I’ve had some bad ones too, but since we all know about how bad they can be, I want to highlight the good that these people exude, especially their friendliness and honesty.Someone with my credit situation might have some experience in the area of rejection, and I couldn’t help but laugh at myself on the way down to see about a car- because I was expecting more of the same. The only reason I did go is because my car had just broke down -again- and a bit of research(googling “car loans for horrible credit”)led me to several options that I knew I didn’t want(read: giant blowup gorillas out front and websites that left me feeling desperate)......and Premier. I’ve never owned a Hyundai and wasn’t exactly pumped at the thought of doing so, but then again, they do make the Genesis, so I knew the company had at least a semblance of a soul, lol, plus, maybe they would have some cool used cars.When I got there I was helped by a receptionist, who alerted Matt, the sales manager, that I was there. Matt, Dylan, Jorge, Thomas, and both receptionists of whom I neglected to get the names of we’re all fantastic.Matt was undeterred at my low expectation of success, and confidently searched out workable solutions without overpromising.Dylan set me up with test rides and had good instincts into what I might like, as well as providing great conversation and attentiveness without being overbearing.Jorge was making everyone laugh, including myself, and although we didn’t speak for long, his presence alleviated the last of my dissipating anxiety about the whole thing.Thomas was skilled at the paperwork side of things as well as very patient with me while I figured out some insurance matters.The receptionist that shall remain unnamed for now and I had a great conversation that made me feel much more at home and at ease.Seriously though- go see Matt if you’ve resonated with any part of my little story here- his professionalism, positivity and I can’t stress this enough- honesty- we’re top notch and I am so glad I went down and made some new friends at Premier Hyundai.PS-Hyundai has much cooler cars than I thought, and I LOVE like LOVE the car. The customer service from the finance department was horrible. You should not have to feel discrimination when you’re the customer. The finance manager located in the Chevrolet side was rude and discriminatory. I left feeling very upset. They don’t get that they need the customer to sell cars, don’t drive the customer away. Only if he wasn’t rude or talked down to me— I would have just bought the car.

The Hyundai Sales Manager Raul, needs to learn better costumer service. I tried to buy a used 2019 White Elantra 28,000 miles, that my granddaughter took a liking to after test driving it. I asked him to give me a break on the price $14,900. A very good price under Blue Book for this particular vehicle already. He told me that is the best price within 200 miles, and he couldn’t. I asked for any discount, anything, and he said no. The next morning I noticed he dropped the price $200 on line $14,700, but no one called.Feeling Kinda miffed I decided to see what used cars BMW had, lo and behold, a 2019 Sonata SE 18,600 miles, priced at $15,800, also Avery good price under Blue Book. After I asked for an anything off I bought it for $15,500. + tax and license, $800 more than$14,700., but almost $3,000 more luxury and car, than the Elantra........Thanx Raul, I’m very pleased that you led meet to this purchase! I will never attempt to purchase a vehicle Premier again, nor will I allow any of my family or friends either!

I needed a new coil for my engine, the piece costs 90 dollars at the autostore but for their whole service was going to be over 400 dollars, and when i said that Id rather fix it myself they had already fixed my car without my consent and they had to essentially rebreak my car to let me take it home. I felt that because I am a woman they assumed they could financially take advantage of me. Im heavily skeptical that they messed with my car more. Go to a mechanic DO NOT let this hyundai location service your vehicle. They couldnt even look me in the eyes when I picked up because you could tell they were trying to scam me. Just awful

I had such a nice experience here. I just bought a new car a few months ago, and had to take my car in because I thought my brakes were bad. But they were not, and they were so understanding and only charged me for the oil change I will definitely come back to the dealership from now on!!!
