Thry dont have alot of knowledge but they sure do charge alot. Look for parts cheaper. Good luck if you lost door key its $500 just to get an electric key fob and get it programmed no key they dont make keys so you would have to have locks changed can you say GET YOUR HAND OUT OF MY WALLET??? $1000. plus labor OHHH YAHHH

Amazing customer service and their products are very unique and well informative for what you are getting.Some people were out in the front protesting over the Jaguar ipace but its their own ignorance and that is what brought me to write up this review.I appreciated the thorough work of the employees here and when I need my next car I know I will be back here.

This had to be be one of the best buying experiences ever. Julian helped us from the start with a no pressure approach and it certainly helped us find the vehicle that was right for us. We would definitely be open to making a trip out of our way to see Julian again for future vehicle purchases.

I cant say enough good things about the folks at Jaguar Monterey. Vincent and his team (Julian, Tom, and Ray) were wonderful to deal with, gave me a great price without needless haggling and stuck to their word when it came time to sign the documents.I shopped around at number of luxury car dealerships, including Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Audi, and Tesla, as well as other Jaguar dealerships, and Vincent and his team really stood out.

Very disappointing! My husband took our car to get it serviced, and I had left my Prada sunglasses on the drivers side door the previous day. He drops off the car the sunglasses are there, he picks up the car the sunglasses are gone. He tells them that his wifes sunglasses are missing, so they look around and tell him that no one has seen them and to go check at lost and found. He goes to lost and found and they have nothing, they tell him they will have Mike ask around and he will call him back. Mike doesnt call back in the next couple of days, so he calls the dealer and they say Mike is not there and that he will call him back. This goes on for a couple of weeks; Mike is never available when he calls, and he never calls him back. Finally he calls one day and Mike is available; he tells my husband he asked around, and no one found them or has seeing them, and that was it, they washed their hands and my sunglasses are gone no one responded for them. $300+ sunglasses just disappear from a customers car while taken to get a service done, and no one is held accountable? And management just says: we dont know, we havent seen them sorry! Jaguar of Monterey you could have handled it better!That same day they gave my husband a very bad diagnosis on the car rotors. They told him he needed to replace the rotors as soon as possible because he was almost out of breaks and he needed to do that before rain season. It was going to cost over $3000 for the work. My husband panicked about not having breaks, so he asked a mechanic friend of ours, who works for Lexus, to check it out and our friend said that the rotors had barely any wear and that we had breaks for at least another year; he also said that the way we drive it, we might have breaks for two more years.Be careful with the diagnosis they give you on your car, ask for second opinions. Should we have not asked, we would have ended up paying over $3000 for unnecessary work!
