I’ve bought a lot of cars over the years. I’m very savvy about shopping but am still rarely impressed with a dealer. I searched the country looking for an F250 and finally found one here. Long-Lewis of Selma impressed me. In a time when other dealers are pricing cars way about MSRP (some $20,000) this dealership still gave me a very fair price. No games and I was in and out quickly in my new Superduty. Brittney French was my salesperson and was great to work with. The entire staff was very friendly. This is a dealership I trust. And that’s rare.

I bought my new car last month in this company. At first I was not sure if they could give me what I want but they did their best to look for the exact model and color of the vehicle I was looking for. It took a little time but I understood the effort they did. Anthony from sales always answers my call even on his day off and vacation. Matt kept me updated of the situation and made sure I have the car I wanted. The prize was not that far from the market value I expected. They do not put any extra hidden charges in the cars prize which I am impressed. My budget just fit on the prize. During the day of transaction, the people their were very friendly and accommodating. Anthony explained every step and before I signed every paper he showed. Eric did a great job in explaining the whole thing about loan bank payment and vehicle registration. They were excellent. Plus the one thing I was so impressed was they let me take home the new car with me on that same day even if it was still not fully paid by the bank. I was so surprised and happy because I did not expect to have it that day due to some bank payment process. I really needed the car and there they handed me the keys to my new ride. I would strongly recommend Long-Lewis to anyone I know who needs cars. I might probably come back here someday to buy another car even if Im in another state. To the staff of Long-Lewis, continue with your excellent service and doing beyond what is expected.

Poor management! Only good thing good about this place was their mechanic Johnathon Owens, he’s the best mechanic around and that’s why we drive 2 hours to take our vehicles directly to his personal business!

I purchased a car from Long-Lewis in Selma AL, and it went great. The workers were friendly and made you feel comfortable. And my salesman Travis was the best.

Ive taken my truck in 4 times to have the air conditioner repaired to the tune of $18,000.00. It still does not work. A diagnostic was performed each time and parts replaced ( every ac part has been replaced except for two valves in the dash). When I took it back again I was told they would run diagnostics on it and the the valves in the dash are probably the problem. To replace them would cost an additional $1,800.00. I stated that I shouldnt have to pay again and was told that I would! I will never do busy with them again and, if asked, will recommend against them. VERY DISSATISFIED!

Great customer service toward the sales department. However, employees of the service department lack professionalism and common courtesy. During each visit, I have been unsatisfied as they have failed to meet the proper requirements of servicing my vehicle. Horrible experience ever.

I was taken care of by Chris in service and Mike in the parts department. These guys went out of their way to help me with my concerns.
