I’ll give this guys only one star beginning with The customer service and a quote they give me lol $7K dlls to rent a truck one way ??? I only need it for 3days max and they want me to keep the truck for 8 days that is insane. Hopefully the president of this company see my review and track down Who dropped the ball lol 😂

Came from Minnesota in a 16HC, truck had some minor issues but nonetheless one of my better Penske experiences. Associate was fast and professional. Would recommend this location for your rental purposes.

The staff at the location didnt know what they were doing. However, if you call they are willing to correct the mistakes. I guess people in Oregon are to incompetent to think for themselves.

They dont have no body in Sherwood location and you call the number and somebody answer from Home Depo to tell you you have to do it on line and you follow the instructions and again somebody from Home Depo Sherwood answer to hear the same thing do it on line
