Poor communication and scheduling, but two stars because task was complete eventually.Task: Hitch InstallationDetails: Scheduled a hitch installation via phone two weeks out. Arrived on scheduled day and told hitch has not arrived. Rescheduled for a later date. Hours before second appointment, I called and hitch had still not arrived. Had to keep checking in until the hitch arrived. Understand the issues with supply chain currently, but wish there was some communication that appointments were moved.

Very quick and professional. In and gone in about an hour for a hitch installation.

Had to return truck to same site. There were several site nearby. Tire pressure was very low in rear tire.
