Customer service is great. Nice supply of shipping materials. Only complaint is that I have a 5x10 unit, but it has a column in it taking up some of the limited square footage I have.

Searcy U Storage was absolutely great. We manage to do everything over the phone on the initial rental and they also had four carts that you can use to get all of your stuff to and from the storage unit that you have rented. I will definitely use them again if I need another storage unit.

They were extremely helpful in providing information, and ultimately in finalizing the details remotely. Our walk through was thorough. The facility was clean and well maintained. Everything has gone smoothly since using this place for my storage needs. Only knocking down a star because one of their moving carts broke on me. Thankfully a friend was there to help me as I was holding all my stuff up so it wouldnt collapse on me.Other than that it was an easy process to get a unit, the unit is easy to get to, and it is never crowded when I go to my unit. I use Sherwood U Storage for work. I work all over the state and rely on Sherwood U Storage to receive packages for me. They take my packages to my unit and send me a text anytime I have a package arrive. I recently had a package get misplaced (FedExs fault) and the staff went out of their way to see what could have happened and located the package in less than 24 hours. U Storage Sherwood is a great location. Right near two main arteries in NLR it makes sense to store my camper there. I hitch it up and hit the road for another state park weekend. I recommend them.

I was able to rent a storage unit and a Uhaul truck at this location. Helpful and friendly staff. I was unsure about the size of a storage unit that I would need so I was given the opportunity to see the available storage units and offered guidance on the best unit for my items. I was concerned at first about the freight elevator but once I saw how big it was, I was okay with having a storage on the second level. I highly recommend Sherwood U Storage.

They are a very good storage place, But they are too expedience for thesize of the storage.

The current employee 20-25 year old is was rude. I rented a truck the business needs to be separate. I called and said I’m moving out of storage and was told no need to sweep. There was not much like a handful. Upon returning the rental truck my friend went to use the bathroom and that your representative handed the trash to my friend. On a different note oh they’ll prorate you coming in but they will prorate you going out matter fact don’t ever miss a payment they’re ready to sue within 30 days you’re getting served with papers so I would recommend somewhere else oh and the price went up 22% from $90 to $110 a $20 increase three years Unbelievable double inflation rate Google it “ $90 in 2016 is worth $99.33 today”. And what are you supposed to take your stuff out and move it somewhere should be firm and or no higher than inflation rate! I don’t know something needs to be done not being able to arbitrary change it!

I’ve used this storage facility since 2018 and I chose it based on the location, the 24hr access, the fact that it is climate controlled, and the feeling of security I have for it. The staff was very helpful when I first needed a unit and I’ve never had trouble accessing my unit after hours. While I’m living out of state at the moment, I’m so happy I never have to worry about my unit there because I know it’s well taken care of.

Heres your wisdom for the day: Dont ever EVER use U-Haul - especially this location. Theyll promise you discounts and services and ensure theyll work with you on prices, then randomly charge your card on file for the FULL amount (zero discounts)! We would have used another carrier if we werent told the final price would be discounted. Literally the most dishonest business practice Ive ever experienced!
