Great staff with timely and competent service. The facility is well set out and signposted. The site is clean and uncluttered, and the pricing reasonable.

Paul was very friendly and responsive over the phone and understood how to handle my storage needs. I also like the location as it is located in a centralized area near many stores and people around. The price is more reasonable compared to other businesses in the area and I feel secure in storing my belongings there.

Very friendly staff that are easy to work with. We purchased a travel trailer that was being stored by the previous owners in a covered space. We had the space transferred to our name and only took about 10 minutes. So nice.

My family stores at both of their properties. These guys are great! Best customer service ever from Tim and Paul. We have RV storage and an inside storage units. Bathrooms are clean, space is clean, we always see them driving around the lot cleaning and checking on things. The office is covid safe too and it made my move to sherwood so much easier! Thanks guys!

Customer service on the phone was great... I paid and reserved the spot on a drive up 10’x15’ unit for the next day. I went in the office the next afternoon to pay for another month in advance and to put my lock on my unit. We get to my unit at the other location and someone else’s lock was already on my unit.... I was surprised that there was nothing sentinel storage could do and that they were really gonna try to ask me if instead I would take an inside unit. “No, I reserved a spot yesterday”, I said ... “isn’t there another unit available... because I was under the impression that I had reserved the second to last drive up unit for that size.” She goes on to tell me, “that other unit has already been reserved unfortunately by someone else.” “Well has that person moved their stuff into another reserved persons unit?... because that’s what happened to me, and I’m here right now”, I said. After wasting 30 extra minutes she finally agrees to give me what I paid for and corrects the mistake they made in giving out my unit to someone else. 6/10 experience because at least they made their inconvenient mistake right in the end.

Great folks to work with. Friendly and helpful. Clean facilities. Bathroom on site! We’ve occasionally need to stored items before during home builds, but this was the best experience.

Very responsive and kept their commitments! Which is extremely important to me.Sentinel staff recently proactively reached out to me to let me know there was a problem with my boat cover. I reacted immediately to the issue, which I was previously unaware of. Sentinel’s early warning saved me a lot of time and effort in repairs vs if the issue had been left undetected for an extended duration.Thanks again Sentinel Self-Storage!!

I have been a customer of Sherwood Sentinel for quite a few years. It started when I needed a large unit due to moving and a place to store ALL of the stuff from my house. Then a part of my life came up suddenly where I needed to switch careers but had a couple thousands of dollars worth of materials from my previous career that I needed to quickly find somewhere to put it all until I made a final decision about what to do with it. I came to Patti and Katie (works in the main office of Sentinel) in a panic about seeing if they could help me find another (my second) storage unit to hold all those supplies. I cant say enough about Patti and Katie! They have ALWAYS been very helpful, answered all my questions, greeted my phone calls in a positive and welcoming manner every time. One of the things that has most impressed me is that if I need to go into the actual office to ask a question, pay my bill or whatever...they always cheerfully greet me AND always do it by with that little extra touch of welcoming me by greeting me by my first name, not many people do that anymore! I cant say enough about Sentinel and the ladies that have helped me. If you are looking for a welcoming, VERY CLEAN, and local (they have two separate facilities in Sherwood so they can help find something that will best fit your needs) storage facility, I cant recommend Sentinel highly enough! Lastly, what a great way to help support your local community of Sherwood! Thank you for making the hard job of moving my household and then the unexpected career change and finding a place to store all those materials an easier process. Thank you again!

The storage areas are clean . The property is well taken care of. Seamus was very helpful and friendly . This is THE place if you need another garage.

Sentinel has been a great RV storage unit for us. They have all the amenities we wanted (pull through parking, RV wash space, fresh water, grey and black tank dump, propane, vacuum). If we ever need RV storage in the future we would use them again.

These guys are the best. You wont find care and professionalism on the same level anywhere!

From the time we started renting until now [6 yrs] we have had nothing but troubles. Our roof leaked and all they did was put aluminum up, they never fixed our unit. In fact they were kind enough to tell us if something was damaged we had to use our insurance they wouldnt pay for any damages.Weve also had our price increased every year weve rented from them. I will never rent from this company again. I do not recommend them. If you do expect price increases and apathetic maintenance.

This is a very clean storage. Ask for Katie. She is very knowledgeable. Manager with excellent. Peoples. Skills... This place has good securities. Cam and high fence. Barb no hanky panky goes on there at nights. Or when the office is close
