Weve taken our cars here a few times and have not been disappointed. Jeff is a delight over the phone, always super friendly, and very warm. Prices are great, and we love how quickly they get the work done! Edit: brought my car in again before a 500 mile road trip and I was blown away again at how quick, professional, and friendly these guys are. Only place Ill take my car aside from my own dad!

When I pulled in to your station one of your workers told me I needed my back brakes done. This is without the car making any grinding bosses. This is without him taking the gun caps off.. This is without removing the tire or inspecting the brake pads. This man is was trying to scam me and take advantage of me because I am a woman. Absolutely disgusting way to try and take advantage of your customers. I will never go back there again.

Took my 2020 Mustang GT for Borla catback installation. Got me in and out with a great fit and finish. Typically use them for repair so this was a nice change.

I would recommend this Midas location to anyone!! My husband hit a pothole on the freeway and ended up with a few problems beyond a broken rim and needing a tire replacement. The mechanic was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the other problems and ordered the parts right away. The parts came in 3 hours later and he was done repairing the car 2 1/2 hours after that. He was very quick, thorough, and diligent in repairing my husbands car with care. He even gave him a military discount without us inquiring about it. We will definitely come back for any care needs in the future. It is truly difficult to find places with great, sincere customer service so I just want to say thank you to the mechanic that gave us the sense of security knowing our car was in great hands. I don’t remember his name, but he worked on the 2019 White Charger Scat Pack on 5/14/19. Please make sure he knows we send our gratitude.

Fair, honest and quick! I had brakes done for a very reasonable price. It was a Saturday and they didnt rush me or make it seem like the work couldnt be done.

The whole crew is knowledgeable and very honest. Their work is quick and quality, but not rushed. Southgate Midas is the only place I trust enough to bring my cars.

Jeff got me in on short notice, and had my car done in two hours so I could get to work. Very honest people, good pricing, Tim’s a great mechanic and knows what he’s doing!

They got my muffler fixed in a timely manner and didnt overcharge. They did a really good job and the car runs much better from it. My car is a heap and I am grateful that they only fixed what i asked them to as there are probably a hundred other problems under it that need addressing. Thanks guys.

The inspection they did was even though complimentary but still was very detailed and the exhaust fix job they did is perfect. The prices are right, neither cheap nor expensive.

Ive been here multiple times for repairs, oil changes, and assistance with towing from a towing service down the road that they refer to. Theyve always been friendly and reasonable and are very good at knowing the turn around times.

The guys there are so nice, and very helpful!

Wanted to charge me $500 to replace spark plugs and coil packs. Scam mechanics. Googled it and did it myself. Took 30 mins.

A portion of my wifes tailpipe fell off on her way to work today. She drove to Southgate Ford where we purchased the Escape. $97 for the tech to tell her she needed a new exhaust system (middle and rear sections) = $1267. She took it to Southgate Midas instead for their estimate. No diagnostic fee and out the door for $208, no need for a new exhaust system. Tailpipe replaced SAME DAY at Southgate Midas (thank you Midas for honest service for a fair price). Also, they didnt have parts in stock but called and got them and vehicle was ready by the end of the day.This is not a one time GREAT JOB AT AN HONEST PRICE. 20 years ago when a Honda dealer told my wife (then fiancé) that she needed $850 in brake work, Tom put it up on the lift at Southgate Midas and showed me no leaks in the brake line and a lot of life left on the brakes- telling me that he wouldnt recommend any work at the time. Every experience over the past 20 years has been similar. Highly recommended but more importantly highly trusted.

Very disapponted. Made a 730 am appointment to get oil changed and tires rotated.Got there on time. I was told I would have to wait because a truck was on the lift they use for oil changes. I tood employee I was assured the day before that if I came in at 730 I would be taken care of quickly. I took 2 hours off work to be there.He said take it up with the guy that made the appointment.If he wanted to keep me as a customer he could have said sorry about the inconvience...and maybe give me a coupon for a discounted oil change. He didnt really care. I will not be back. (I can see why more and more Midas shops are going out of business, they dont really care about their customers)
