I received excellent service from Mario and David. I had my exhaust flex pipe replaced in September and Mario was very knowledgeable and made provisions when my part wasnt available. David gave me a ride to the movies while I waited to have my SUV repaired. Best auto shop around.

Manager was able to get my vehicle in and looked at while I waited and then called and told me the estimate and that it could be done that day. (Received a response from Top Value that they were teying to get 5 stars vice 4 and I must say that based on the helpfulness and forthright honesty I experienced they do deserve 5!)

In my experience, these guys are hard to beat. Mario, the manager, and the techs I have met through the years are knowledgeable and sincere. They do a good job of diagnosing the problem and getting the job done in a timely fashion. Ive taken both American made and foreign brand vehicles to them for service and have been pleased with the results on each. I have always felt that they have been honest about the repairs and the prices seem fair so I really cant see any reason to go anywhere else.

Muffle man and Genthe both wanted 1200$ for a new muffle to fix my 17 Silverado. With that being the only option both places gave me I came here last minute and they offered me duel exhaust that would be the baffle issue and save me 500$. They did it in 2 hrs while I enjoyed applebees by myself during the covid pandemic. When they finished they let me view the weld job while it was still on the hoist. I wouldnt say they had YouTube worthy welding skills but I was definitely please with the work they had done. I had an option of different tips to have put on as well. Truck sounds and looks better than it did from the original exhaust. Definitely worth checking out if your having muffler/exhaust issues.

Was charged 125 for 20 minutes of work. I paid it cause I needed it done. Well not recommend or ever go back. 2 bolts and some pipe dope....

My wiper motor and transmission went on our car. They couldnt get the part yesterday but I took it back early today and it was done in about 20 minutes! I was very impressed! Overall the price was fair

I was greeted by Mario extremely fast he looked at her car and called me about 15 minutes later with the quote for repairs, price was great so I told him to go ahead and complete the work. Mario and his crew fixed up my Camaro that had been mothballed for 12 years. It is now up and running like a champ. Very quick with the work, knowledgeable and prices about what I had researched. Had part of my exhaust replaced along with catalytic converter and oxy sender. quality work but they charged me I figured about 40% to much for labor. Will go some where else next time. Its sad, I always went there for repairs.

Quick service! They do charge way lot more for parts than they actually cost in the real world and claim they cost that much because they are good parts. If you can wait and get good parts from outside, you can get it fixed at any place for decent price. Rest up to you.

Had my car towed here after work on a Wednesday because my brakes went out. I got a call early Thursday morning with what happened, what was needed and the quote. They had to fix 4 of the 7 brake lines, calipers, rotors and pads. They had my car ready for me by 5pm. The guys are very nice and Mario is great. I cant thank them enough!

Complete scam artists. Charged me 1300 dollars to do an exhaust, and a few other things. But said they had to put new converters on it because by law the have to. Which Im sure is true, however a decent human being would have suggested I had someone fix it without the converters because it is possible. I clearly didnt drive a new car and cant afford much but I trusted them and they fixed it. 3 days later it over heated. Took it back and they said my head gaskets blew. Come to find out they werent. Just a leak. A problem they caused Im sure. I dont know how they sleep at night ripping people off out of hard earned money.

Went to Top Value a couple of days ago thinking my daughter need a rear wiper motor. They got the wipers working at no charge. They could have charged me for a motor but were honest and didnt there was just a wire loose. Mario and his mechanics are great. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a honest machanic. I walked in like a dog with my tail between my legs. I still havent learned my lesson. Bring my car here to get it fixed. Its like coloring your hair at home, messing it up and then going to your hair stylist to fix it!!After multiple visits to other shops, and $500.00 + invested, that noise (rattle rattle ping ping clunk clunk) was stilling coming from under my car. I walked in and Mario was so very nice. He always has been. I explained the chain of events that took place and what had been done to my car. I was a mess. Mario had a very calm and professional way of dealing with me and assuring me that everything was going to be okay. First thing that I worry about is money. How much more am I going to put into this 2006 Fusion? Hours later, I get the call from Mario. Thinking the worst and hoping for the best he delivered the news. Some of the hardware, was loose/missing from whomever did my brakes. He pulled off both tires, brakes, rotors, greased them, replaced hardware etc. and his cost was VERY affordable. So, if you are looking for an honest mechanic with reasonable pricing, please see Mario.

Overpriced and unreasonable. I went to Top Value for an estimate to install a drivers side seat belt. I had already bought the part and just needed installation. I dropped my car off and was told by Mario that it would be “a couple hours worth of work” quoting me $95/hr for labor. I called around to a few different places a and had it done in 30 minutes for $40.Not to mention, when I went back to pick up my vehicle from Top Value, they mistakenly charged me $300 for work on a different vehicle. Now, I have to wait a week before getting $300 reimbursed back into my bank account. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE

I came the first time for muffler work, then steady work on my 2 cars. Stolen catalytic convertor, shocks, struts, tune ups and more. Even when I give them a lot of time to complete the work, its always been done by the end of the day.Today, they fixed my rear hatch in no time while my other car was in for service.

I called around looking for a place to have breaks done early this week. Called Top Value and spoke with Mario. He not only said come in whenever it works for you, which was an hour later in, he began right away. Offered donuts, coffee, water, and just a wlelcoming environment. Got me in and out way shorter than predicted and work was prefect . Alao much cheaper then all other local places that I called. So my boyfriend has a 01 silverado that had a lot of problems that we could not figure out what was wrong with it. We went to 5 different auto repair shops and all they did was have their heads up their butts and had the vehicle for over a week. Until a friend of mine told me to take it here, guess what not even a few hours they found out what was wrong with it. This place is a go to for sure for any car problems you got. Now his 01 silverado is driving way better now thanks to Mario and the mechanics!

Went in to get 2 flex pipes replaced. 2 and 6 inch. They told me $300! My response was, its a 4 bolt assembly why so much. He told me to go to auto zone to get the parts and do it myself! LOL went 2 blocks away to Muffler man and got it done for half the price!!! Very rude and over priced!!!!! SCAMMERS and i got the parts for 25 bucks with 125 in labor!!!

Had to the exhaust system replaced on a Ford Escape. The manager walked out into the parking lot and we talked about what was needed. He was very friendly and helpful - everything was completed in less than 2 hours, and the price was less than the original estimate he gave me.

Tried calling to see if I can bring my car in, the phone rang like 8 times before someone picked up the receiver and immediately hung up. Ive been here before and had decent service, but I will never give them my business again. Wildly unprofessional.

These goofballs tried to charge me 350 to 600 dollars to do an exhaust on a 98 mustang today.. I immediately laughed and walked out.. keep your business.. Ill keep my hard earned cash.

I went in for a estimate to have from the catalytic converter to the tail pipe replaced and Mike told me it would be like $600 for the converter plus $200+ for the rest of the exhaust system. I drove my car to another place within walking distance of Top Value and they replaced everything for $239+ tax. I will never go here again, not refer any business to them.

This place will try and rip you off. My car wouldnt start so I had it towed in. They called me to say the fuel pump and module was bad which would be $1,300 to fix. This seemed extremely steep after some research. I had it taken to another place where they determined it was the battery and got it working right away. I have never had anyone try and take advantage of me this bad. What a joke of a company!

I had been going here for yrs nd because of a bad experience went somewhere else. I had been told my spark plugs and wires needed to be changed so I went to a Top Value closer to my home. That was a big mistake after sitting around for 2 hours the shop closer to home stated that they couldnt have my car done even though I made it very clear I needed my car done by close. And after they said they could not have my car done and all they did was look at it and tried to diagnose the problem and even that was wrong they charged me even though their sign states free estimates.Anyhow called the Southgate location and asked for a price on the repairs and with the diagnose I was told by the Flat Rock location and Mario said bring it in and let me look at it and I wont charge you.Come to find out I had a cracked vacuum line repaired and back on the road in an hour.Mario and his crew rock.

I love these guys. This is the third car (Kia, Explorer, Taurus X)I have taken to them and they have never jacked me around. They have always been fair in thier prices and there work has always been great. I have had to go back one time in 5 years to have it tweeked, but no one is perfect.

Went in last month to look at some electrical in my car usually I fix the problems on my own but it was electrical well I went in and paid $90 for a diagnostic and they told me it was the the fan module, bought an new fan and everything and only paid 115 for it put it on and still the fan wouldn’t kick on they were going to charge me over $500 to fix the problem, so I ended up testing the old fan and it worked perfectly fine, so now I have a toggle switch running trough to my fan because these guys wanted to up charge me for the wrong reason so I’m down 90 for incorrect information they are a scam that will try to upcharge you

Had a brake sensor checked for repair . They said My brakes where bad . Cost of repair was $900 with fixing sensor& replacing brakes & rotors..Had second estimate. Cost $135 dollars . My brakes have 60 % left on my brakes .They repair brakes sensor wire .Beware of this place . Get a second estimate.

Made the mistake of getting quote and not checking with ORielly Auto Parts. Top Value was $100 higher difference in Flex pipe cost. Get price first. Then determine if Top Value is worth it.
