Great experience. The Dr. was running behind but still took her time with me and thoroughly answered all of my questions. The lady at the desk who did the initial tests and images was knowledgeable and friendly. I regret I cant remember either of their names. The price was reasonable as well. I have seen various Dr.s in this practice over the years and have always had a good experience.

My husband and I have gone to Dr Mallard for many years. He is authentic, patient, answers all questions and I feel confident in his care. His office staff is amazing as well. As a 65+ patient, I’ve been pleased that he looks at the diseases of the eye as well as getting an excellent eye exam. And he’s so convenient with an office both at Walmart in Spring Hill and one in Columbia.

Dr Mallard is excellent and up on all new practices. His pleasant staff always set up appointments and make everything run smoothly.

This is my second year 2020 with Mallard Eye Care. From start to finish I give them an A+! The receptionist was so awesomely 👌 nice. Explaining everything making sure you understood. And Dr Mallard Id recommend for your eye care needs.Dr Mallard examined,explained and told me what I needed to know without any extra testing. Hes caring and compassionate about all his patients, from masking up and even offering you a mask if you dont have one. Dr Mallard and theoffice staff make sure all protocols are followed for yours and their safety. I ❤💯 Mallard Eye Care. On this years 2021 appointment it was thorough. The only thing I didnt like was Dr Mallard dilating my eyes and I told him I was by myself. He told me it would only be for a little while distorted. Let me tell you I knew better and let him do it anyway. Omg I had to drive home plus had an appointment in Franklin and I managed to get to both places safely. Thank God not a lot of sun. This made me feel like he wasnt caring or listening. But I will keep them as my vision Care just wont be any dilating without a driver.

We have been seeing Dr. Mallard and his associates for several years now ever since I moved back home. Their practice is cozy and efficient. We are seen on time and scheduling is a snap. Retinal photos are offered here amd I make sure to get them taken yearly.

Appointments are easy to schedule. Office staff is always friendly. Dr. Mallard is always thorough and explains things clearly.

It’s really good to go to a doctor that actually cares about your eyes and not just about how much money they make. This is an excellent place to get your eyes checked

Mallard Eye Care has provided my eye care since 2014. They accommodate my schedule and are very thorough when checking my eyes. You only have one set, so you need to feel confident when choosing your doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Mallard for a vision exam or treating your eye for an infection or injury.

The staff are friendly and professional. I have a couple of extra tests that have to be done on my eyes each year. So, my visits are fairly lengthy. But, I feel appreciated and confident that I am getting the appropriate care. Ample time is spent listening to and responding to any concerns that I have. This was my 2nd visit. I’m sure I’ll return to see Dr Mallard again next year.

I just saw Dr. Mallard for the first time. He and his office were fantastic. He did not pressure me to get any specific contact, but gave me lots of options and trial boxes. I brought my 4 kids in there and they were so accommodating and didnt seemed bothered, even though I had a rough 3 year old. I will recommend them to everyone in the area. Family friendly, fast, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Gosh, I had just paid 3 times as much at another location in Spring Hill and couldnt see diddly out my glasses. The other doc said my astigmatism was so bad it was impossible to get them right.Dr. Jeter got me to 20/30 and I can see better than I have in 20 years.I would definitely recommend and will go back when I have any vision needs.

I saw Dr. Mallard because of a severely bloodshot eye. He was very thorough in his examination, completely unrushed, and very helpful. He displayed a sense of personal concern for my well-being and explained cause and treatment patiently. I learned a lot about eye care during my visit. If I ever need assistance again he will be my first choice.
