Did a great job all around. The doctor was great, he did have one person that took measurements prior to seeing him that was a bit HRish nightmare but hey its Hernando County so Ill let her slide. The African American lady that helped me with my glasses was great! She picked out glasses and we played to find the perfect ones for me.

Rudest employee ever. Only one working 6/6/19 Open til 8PM. Always great service here but not this time. Attitudes like hers will make them lose customers. I came in at 6:45PM prior to Bible study. I asked if she could help me. She curtly said sir I am the only one here and I may not get to you today. I saw one customer finishing up and one in the back optometrist area. She shook her head and went in the back. Im reporting her to the manager and corporate!!! Bad day or not!!

Loved the doctor but the staff that works for him is incompetent was told not once but twice our insurance was in network even after filling out new patient paperwork and sitting in the waiting area not once did they say out of network not until time to pay! The girl said she left a message Saturday but in the message never mentioned that. The Doctor should be working for a more Reputable company
