I called ahead of time and spoke to a female workers who schedule the appointment and said the price was $55.00 for the exam. The day before the exam I received a call from male worker and confirm appointment and price. I then call the same day of the exam and asked what was the price without dilating my eyes because I had my toddler with me and can not do that part of the exam, the lady on the phone said $55.00 with or without dilating the eye. I agreed and drove half hour to this place to get an eye exam. I arrived for my exam and the heavy set older women in the front desk did not even acknowledge me, she just ask me to fill out paperwork, thats it no hi no nothing! I had exam done with OP. When I come out to the waiting area an arrogant male asked me if I wanted glasses. He then tried charging me a ridiculous amount of money for anti glare and change the price of the exam from $55 to $65. I explained exam was $55, he acted like he did not care and I had to pay $65.00. I asked if someone else works there, he said no just me and the lady next to me. She flat out lied and said she never said that to me and he did too. He totally refused to honor the original price they gave me. I asked to speak to the OP, she did not bother to even come and speak to me. He said OP said to credit $10.00 without even bothering to come out and discuss the situation with me. If anything i should of pay less because I did not get my eyes dilated. Horrible customer service, where do they find these people!! I was willing to buy frames anti glare and the whole nine yards but after this rude experience I will take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone who likes to be treated with respect. I will not spend my hard earn money on this place.

Prescription glasses and eye exam. Dr. Mc Murdo is very thorough and professional. Kevin helps you pick out your frames. Have used them for several years now. Would recommend to anyone.
