Spring Hill Eye Center is the best!!! I have seen Dr. Jung for years and I have always received very professional and personable care from him and his wonderful staff! They have always taken the time to answer any questions or concerns I may have! The office is very clean and well kept with plenty of reading material! I would highly recommend checking out their modern array of popular frames in the optical! I have always purchased my glasses from the office and I receive many compliments on the style and I love the way they fit! Spring Hill Eye Center has been the greatest eye care experience and I would recommend Dr. Jung and his staff to anyone who is needing eye care!!!

I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Jung. They take the care to insure that your experience is a very positive one. Having been under another doctors care for years, I was a bit reluctant to change but was glad I did. Dr. Jung took the time and found that my past prescription was in fact too strong. My vision is now 20/16 and I can put the reading glasses on the shelf. The staff are also a pleasure to deal with. The folks took a great deal of time to assist in finding the right glasses for my wife and I. Keep up the great customer service.

We had a child with broken glasses today, leaving her unable to see for her school and therapy this morning. Spring Hill Eye Center changed that!! In less than an hour they had a brand new pair of beautiful glasses made for a little girl to Shine Bright again!!Spring Hill Eye Center is a phenomenal community partner, and TherHappy couldnt be more happy :) :) :)

I have gone to Spring Hill Eye Center for many years, I can’t say enough good things about them. From the time you are greeted by the front office staff to the actual exam with Dr. Jung, you are treated with respect and courtesy. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They really go out of their way to make the whole experience terrific. I have worn glasses my whole life and have purchased glasses from many places, SHEC has, by far, the best selection of glasses. I am always getting complimented on the several that I have purchased from them. I would never go anywhere else to purchase glasses. They have something for everyone and everyone’s pocketbook.

After reading some positive reviews, I decided to bring my 6 year old daughter for her very first eye exam. She seemed to be holding her books a little too close to her face, so I thought glasses might be necessary. Dr Jung saw her promptly upon arrival which was great, but thats where the positive ends. He was not at all personable and never asked my daughters name or any questions to make her comfortable. He got right to the exam, which would have been fine, until he proceeded to put drops in her eyes. He did not explain what they were for or ask my permission to do so. When I asked what the drops were for, he said to dilate her eyes, and it will wear off in a couple of hours. I explained to him that she needed to go to school after the appointment, and he seemed unconcerned. I then said that when I have an eye exam, I always have to say whether or not I want my eyes dilated because it makes everything very blurry. I asked why he didnt ask me, or at least explain what he was going to do beforehand, and he just shrugged it off and said its important for the exam. I was unhappy to say the least, but decided to bring her to school and informed her teacher that she would be unable to read for a while and should stay in at recess, but that it would wear off in another hour or so. Well, I picked her up from school 6 hours later to find she still could not read, missed a test, and was complaining of a bad headache and things being blurry still! I called the office and spoke to the eye tech named Pat who was very sweet and informed me that it could take over 24 hours for her to see clearly again and be able to read or tolerate bright light! Needless to say, we will not be going back. This doctor is NOT recommended, especially for children.

Everyone there was very nice and helped me quickly. They were also honest with me when picking out my new frames to help me get a set that would look good on me.

I took my older daughter here and they were very good with her and set her at ease throughout the process. When I tried to take my younger daughter here, insurance had changed so I have to find somewhere else. they do not take Cigna insurance.

Intelligent, professional, and friendly care received at Spring Hill Eye Center. From a thorough eye examination to the selection of my new prescription sunglasses; all were done with excellent care. The highest of recommendation for Dr. Ian Jung!

The worse customer service ever. Especially from Kat who was down right rude when putting my information in the computer and then the way I was talked down to, over a referral, never once asked me how important it was to see him today. Completely nasty old ladies that were snobby. Better work on that your customers will slowly die off. Oh and if you had been nice I could have easily paid for the visit, I also have care credit. Needless to say I will not be calling for a follow up.

The staff hover over you like you are going to steal something and treat you as if you are a kid. They only sell the demo models from the shelves and expect you to pay full price still, WHICH IS OVER FULL RETAIL AFTER THE 50% OFF! They more than double the price of all frames and then run a 50% off sale to make it seem like you are getting a deal. She even pulled out a large bin from under the counter FULL of loose frames and expected to find me a new pair of frames from there as she shuffled them around in the giant bin, I just had to walk away and look at the shelves some more, LOL. Finally we picked a pair from the shelves (no lenses needed because by now I realize that I cannot leave something like that to these people but I did really like the frames), stood around for a good 20 minutes waiting for her to finish with another customer. Okay finally she is done, standing there at the counter with cash in hand, ready to buy a pair of frames from her, she hands me two papers to fill out my personal info such as my address, phone and email. She then proceeds to go help another customer who was there for warranty repairs. Stepping over dollars to keep pennies... Needless to say, we walked out and will NEVER go back. Did manage to snap a pic of the frames I liked and when we got home I bought them online BRAND NEW RETAIL FOR $10 LESS THAN THE PRICE OF HER USED FRAMES AFTER THE 50% OFF DEAL! You cannot have 100s of people try on your frames while finger banging them and then expect to still charge OVER full retail price for them. How is that right? It is no wonder small business never survive with business practices like these. Oh and there was a guy behind the counter who totally ignored us and did not even raise his head while I spoke him, what a lose.

The customer service was great and they took really good care of me. I recommend this place to everyone.

I have been going there for years and never ever any problems even when the set of glasses my raybans the arms kept loosing ups they kept ordering and dealing with the manufacturer until they got it right also my wife had cataract surgery though dr Jung you couldn’t ask for a more professional dr and staff i also have diabetes and he take Extra time for the exam with my condition I have an eye doctor for life I have referred many family and friends to him thanks again doc😋
