Great, friendly service, very quick exam portion of the visit while still addressing any needs or concerns. I was able to use my insurance to pay for the exam and two boxes of contacts and left paying 1/3 of what other offices have tried to charge. No bullying over dilation or extra services offered. Most pleasant/painless eye exam experience I have ever had and will definitely be a returning patient!

Andre was amazing. He helped us get the right frames and lenses for my husband and I. Very knowledgeable about the whole process. Awesome customer service with him not just a regular customer but treated us as a person with specific needs. You can tell Andre enjoys his job.Annibal was very prompt in greeting us into the business. She was efficient and knowledgeable.Dr. Holiday was prompt and answered any questions that we had.

All the staff at Visionworks went above and beyond to help my child understand the whole process of the exam step by step. It was very comforting. They also had so much patience when it came time to try on a million glasses. They are compassionate, understanding, helpful and above all just amazing!

They dont stand behind the products they sell. I paid over $500 for a pair of glasses 5 months ago and now the paint is coming off the frames in various places. I have not dropped them or treated them badly. The manager basically said I was lying about how I have treated my glasses and would not offer me any solution except for giving them more money. I have purchased my last 3 pairs of glasses from Visionworks and will never purchase from them again. Sad that companies now days could care less about customer satisfaction.

Andre was amazing helping me pick out the perfect frames! He was so personable and patient even picking out some that he suggested based on color, shape, etc. The doctor was also great to work with and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this place as it was a terrific experience.

This location was not rated highly on Google, but the location was close so we gave it a try.The staff was extremely friendly and efficient.The Doctor was very personable and thorough and excepting to all questions posed by me and my wife and daughter. When finished with the exam, Andre took great care of our glasses purchased and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. This overall experience was exceptional and I wish other locations and companies mirrored service like this.

Prompt service to my Appt. My Optometrist was excellent. He was candid about contacts for me. The vision test for glasses went well. I am overall pleased with my dr, staff, and visit. I will go back in a year.

My initial experience was very good. Great in fact.Edit: I was not given complete information on the first type of contacts I tried and had to order another kind. The second ones I received are not working and I am now awaiting a response to be able to get this matter rectified.

The staff were very nice and efficient, and the Dr. was very kind, also very efficient but still thorough in her examination. As a first time customer, I will definitely be back as VSP insurance was accepted vs. the private office I have seen for years. My appt was at 12 and I was out in 40 minutes (just contacts). Then of course I headed next door to Panera for lunch!

Was charged over $ 200 for contact prescription.Just for them to give me the wrong prescription.I was still seeing blurry.My glasses was -3.00 on each eyeBut contacts was less strength for whatever reason.It was my first time getting contacts so I didnt question it. I called in a month later and was told that if I was another exam it would be another $200When somewhere else and spent another $200I gave them my current prescription which is not more than 2 months old. And they questioned the numbers that visonworks gave me.Guess what?? My contacts are the same number as my glasses. 🙄This place is obviously money hungry and does not care for patients.

I was very pleased from the moment I walked into Vision works.Every one was very professional.

The doctor was great and gave me a lot of information. The person who helped with my contacts did not know what she was doing. She could not subtract 150 from 200. That’s basic math in my opinion. The guy that helped with my glasses was better but said my insurance didn’t cover something when my mom has the same insurance and it was covered.

We went there to purchase 2 pairs of prescription glasses. As soon as we walk in we see big signs stating, Buy 1 pair get 1 pair free. Wow what a deal, Not. After 30 minutes of looking at frames we go up to ask about the price and the prescription. Their Buy 1 get 1 free price for 2 pairs of glasses was over $700. And they were Not friendly at all. I think we will be taking our money/business somewhere else.

Customer service has gone completely downhill esp over the last 2 years. My 2 now 2-grown kids all have. been going there since it l first opened.If it weren’t for the fantastic & reputable eye Dr we surely would be elsewhere.

Had a great experience here. Initially had an issue with my insurance eligibility, but the rep got on the phone and got it fixed for me. After that, my wait was maybe five minutes. Everyone that worked with me was incredibly friendly and helpful. The sales rep helped me figure out the best way to handle ordering my glasses/contacts price-wise. Ill certainly be coming here again for my next eye exam.

In and out quickly. For those who want or need an indepth exam this isnt your place, but if its a routine visit for glasses or contacts then I highly recommend VW. Everyone was friendly and professional. They were great about looking at your insurance plan and figuring out a price that would best serve your budget but also give you the glasses and contacts you like.

I went online on Friday night and made an appointment for the next day at 12:00. They were kinda backed up so I had to wait about 15 min. No biggie! The Dr did a thorough exam and found out that my vision had improved. They sat down with me and gave me options to save me money on contacts. I have been in Daily contacts for 2 years and they gave me a trial pair of monthly contacts to see how I like a different brand that would save me around $260 every six months. So far I like the new contacts so I appreciated the advice. I was very pleased with service I received.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They’re understaffed and unprofessional. I didn’t have a great first experience with them but gave them another chance when it was time for my annual and I won’t be going back. I’d rather pay out of pocket than go here just because they take my insurance.

Ive been to several other locations over the years, through several different name brands, but the Spring Hill location was by far the best!

The Dr. was using hand sanitizer over her gloves and not changing them and woke with a sty in my eye the next morning. She was good but that bothered me.

I was a walk in and they worked me in with the other scheduled appointments. I thought I was only going to be able to get contacts but they looked more into my insurance and found out I was able to get glasses as well. They worked with me for a long time to find the best glasses for me. Turns out the first paid Kim found for me were the perfect ones! I can’t thank them enough for their help and patience with me!

I was just hoping to get my glasses the same day as has been the case at other places. Other than that, I had an overall good experience.

They had no sense of urgency and did not know what they were doing. They handed me a pile of paperwork by their empty clipboards, so i tried helping them out by filling up their pretest clipboards. (Absolutely zero customers in building) my eyes were hurting so bad and they didnt even put a numbing drop in, just gave me a px. Even told me to put my old contacts back in, after letting me know my eyes were infected. Joe was the only one that was pleasant with me. Will not be back.

Very bad service. There’s no way it should take 2 + weeks to get glasses. The spring hill office should b the last place anybody would go. The manager is such a liar. My insurance paid for almost all of the cost and I have been lied to for over a week. I trusted these people I guess i can continue to go blind while i hafta find sombody else for glasses very bad service i will not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a very easy and extremely smooth experience when I went in. I hated the though of getting glasses because my previous experience wasnt great, that was LensCrafters. LensCrafters made me feel rushed and got my prescription wrong as well as being less than helpful with after care, visionworks took their time, if I was unsure they slowed the process down for me and went at my place, even with my uncertainty they never got impatient with me. Im not going anywhere else for my needs.

I went here thinking I would save money which I did not they were higher than my regular eye doctor and my regular eye doctor gives you over an hour all together exam this place vision works it took all of less than 10 minutes!!!!! wow no wonder my prescription is not right. I told them could not see good he relooked at my eyes another total of 10 minutes or less.... Went And picked them up Im here at work cant see nothing on my computer so blurry! Im so upset I paid for glasses so I can see well thats not what I got. I will be taking these back and I want my money back and I intend to go to my regular dr which is what I should have done anyway. these people do not care about your eyes their just about money!!! And that Joe the way he talks to you like your dumb as hell and he thinks he knows everything trying to charge way over on my husbands glasses until I was persistent on him calling our insurance company which he finally did after being smart telling me in other words he was right and I was wrong.. and never even said oh im sorry you are right.. people can do what they want to but I will never use them again thats why I give them a 0!!!!!

Horrible customer experience.

This place is run worse than the dmv. My appointment was over an hour ago and nothing. They don’t carry anything good and then tried to charge me for an appointment before even putting my insurance info in.

It all went well except it’s taking 15 days for the glasses to get there.

General manager when I went here was rude and had to call corporate because he constantly lied to me and my family.The head office called apologizing and the funniest part is the general manager told the head office I cursed at him, however I had three people with me as I was in the call to verify I did not.
