Very shady place of business! Be aware! It’s no wonder Uhaul pulled their business from here.

Decent facilities. The owners are very good people.

We used U-Haul for our move from Wesley Chapel to Spring Hill. There is no drop box at this facility. We did the mobile check in/drop off and a man who was dressed in athletic shorts and an old t-shirt came to the gate and said that there was a $20 fee to drop it off after hours. I said that is fine and to add it to my bill/credit card. He said that he would only take cash. I called the 1-800 U-Haul number multiple times and they informed me that I should never be required to pay cash to drop off my U-Haul. We tried to use the buzzer to talk with him and he refused to come back to the gate. The last representative I spoke to informed me to leave the U-Haul by the gate with the keys in the vehicle. While we were doing that, he came back to the gate and he starting screaming at us and said that he was going to call a tow truck if we left it there. We said that we would be willing to pay the $20 cash if he would provide a receipt... he said he wouldn’t work with us and we needed to leave. I then called U-Haul again (I believe this was now the 4th time calling) The U-Haul representative was very kind and advised us to take it to another location. Again she said she had never heard of needing cash to drop off the truck. Shady business for sure.

I rented a storage unit here. The unit was very clean. I am able to access the contents of my unit 24/7 with my gate code. Good prices and friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend to anyone needing to store their items, RV, or Boat for short or long term. They have locks, plastic covers, boxes, rope, and other supplies available to purchase for convenience. They are also a U-Haul Truck Rental. I havent rented a truck yet but it helps to have one located so close by.

Yogi is the BEST! I would suggest anyone to use their storage facility or to come rent a uhaul from them. They are always willing to work with their customers and are always so helpful!

WOULD GIVE 0 stars if that were an option. My fiancé and I had a contract with Uhaul to drop off our truck and trailer here after our move. A man at this facility refused the intake. He was telling us to go to another location which was quite hard to understand with his strong accent. Uhaul is taking care of the issue and I’m sure was not too happy With this ignorant and uneducated representation of their company. I would be hesitant to utilize anything that would be associated with these people due to their lack of customer service and refusal to abide by a written contract. BEWARE!!!

This place doesnt have climate control so all of my stuff was covered in mold. Im new to Florida and I didnt have any idea about how hot it gets, so next time I will definitely get climate control unit

Yogi, the on site manager is the man. Probably the only reason this place never gets robbed. The place down the road has no live on site staff and was robbed while I stored there!

This was the WORST place I have ever dealt with. After arguing with the lady, she said she was going to call the police. Please do I said.She shut the gate and would NOT let me out. So I called the police and let them know I was being held agents my will. The officer said it was not the first time they were there.I would NOT deal with this place.
