I’ve rented a space for over two years now and never once had an issue. Lana at the front desk gives excellent service. I get reminder calls about my next payment. One time at 5 o’clock in the morning I came in the and the gate wouldn’t open. I rang the store in Lana was down within five minutes. I had a great experience with metro on Barclays. The manager was very helpful, courteous, professional. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The price was a bit high for storage however competitive within the area. Overall good experience.

Had storage space for 15 years at this location and we always found the managers to be very accommodating. Easy to get in and out at any time.

Rented climate control unit for almost 3 years to store excess furniture and family heirlooms while renting a furnished house. Although over time the rates exceed the actual value of the items, the personal value was worth the trade off. The facility is exceptionally maintained as to cleanliness and very rarely seen any kind of insects, animals, etc. The real proof was after moving out even after this much time, there was not a single dead insect, spider web, etc. The staff was always pleasant, would take the time to call if I forgot a payment prior to any late fee or other charge being incurred. Rented other units over the years, but certainly one of, if not the best. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this place for storage. I have used this facility for years, units and boat storage. The property manager is fantastic with communication and maintains this place like no other storage facility Ive ever seen. I can leave town for work months at a time knowing my boat is going to be safe while Im gone.

She works her tail off keeping the property in tip top shape and wont hesitate to stop what she is doing to tend to a client.shr is very personal knowing most everyone by name. Very fast service! Very detailed explanation of business policies. The storage units have adequate spacing for common household items and above! 24 hour access makes it easily accessible to get in and out. Very clean and spacious environment for each unit occupant. Had a unit here for close to 2 years. Always clean and consistent. Under lock down 24/7. Good security here, reasonable rates and very clean. All units are cleaned and painted prior to moving in. Management is always on site as well if you have any issues.

Lana is the best!! I have used several storage units over the years in the Brookville/Spring Hill area. This location will always be my first choice. It is very clean and has 24 hour access. The facility manager goes above and beyond for all of her tenants. Her customer service far exceeded any of my expectations as I had also used the facility years ago. I cannot say enough good things about her or this place. The rates recently increased, but sometimes we get what we pay for. I couldnt as for more. Lana... I will miss you... but Im sure I will be back!!!
