What a joke. My wife and I purchased $700 worth of storage units and every time we attempted to reserve their “free” moving truck we were informed that it was already reserved. We then noticed that every time we were told that that the truck remained parked in place with nobody using it.Here it is a Friday and we were unable to procure a big enough truck and we noticed that the truck was here. We asked if it was available and ere told no and that there was a new tenant that needed it. That was at 9 am. We had asked the manager to contact the person to verify they needed it amd she informed us that she had already and they were otw. Nobody showed. It’s now 4:30pm and we just tried to get the truck again and we’re told no quite rudely. When we threatened to take our four units and $700 worth of rentals elsewhere she told us we could just leave now.Completely unprofessional and rude. Putting customers that haven’t even moved in over those that are here and struggling procuring a rental when the truck is supposed to be back at 6pm. We needed it for an hour.Take your money elsewhere. Much better choices out there with much more professional help.

This is a wonderful facility. I love that there is 24/7 access. The staff are wonderful and will do anything they can to help out.

The office staff were amazing even before I came to town! The ladies were funny and friendly. The storage locker is clean, secure and well maintained. The grounds were one of the only that were big enough to maneuver a 26 foot moving truck with ease. The grounds are clean and well maintained Would recommend to anyone!

We showed up one minute to closing and the pretty lady, Jennifer I think, was more than helpful and courteous. I was able to secure a unit even though it was past closing time. They even have a moving truck available to the people renting a unit. Love the fact that it’s a gated and secure location with 24/7 access.

The Spring Hill, TN facility is just wonderful in so many ways. The facility itself is spotless. It is always so clean and neat. The area is super secure. There are security cameras all around. Super customer service! The facility is clean, secure and well lit. They even loan folks a truck to haul things. You cant beat that - unless you get the storage unit for free. I met Brandee, the manager, at a local business expo and mentioned how the storage room at the library is busting at the seams with programming supplies and books for the quarterly book sales, and she is letting us use the unit for free until the new library is built! What community spirit - Morningstar is fantastic!

Since Morningstar took over, they’ve made multiple improvements including regular maintenance (no more leaf piles everywhere), fixing many defective buildings, and significantly improving the security. The office hours are now regular and there’s someone there 7 days a week. Not to mention, they regularly run a magnet over the grounds to pick up screws and metal.

It has been a wonderful experience storing with Morningstar. The staff has been very easy to work with and always doing anything they can to help out. The facilities are clean and great. Cant say enough about this place.

We moved our storage to this location after becoming unsatisfied at our previous storage place. Weve been using this storage for several months and have been very satisfied with the location and the office employees. We like how someone is always in the office when we stop by and they actually do what they say they will, like helping to fix your door.

Great customer service. Brandee and Kim treat you more like a friend than a customer. I have two units and had difficulty moving some of the stuff into one of the small units and Marigold Movers happen to be near by and packed the unit for me so everything fit. Highly recommend.

LOVE working with Brandee and her team! We have a non-profit called ShowerUp and Morningstar has been an awesome place to store our shower kits and supplies to provide showers for the homeless of Nashville. The building is always clean. The automatic lights are flawless and the climate control has never failed. I cant say enough about how much we love working with Morningstar!

Brandee the manager was training some employees and seemed to be dealing with a situation with another customer but she was so friendly and professional. The storage facility is so clean and we are glad to have use of the free truck.

I’m impressed by the convenience, cleanliness and security of the facility... It’s in a well lit area with locked gates and cameras... You’re supplied with a gate code and keys to your unit that’s accessible 24/7... The grounds and units are very clean... I feel very safe at this location, and I also feel like all of my belongings are safe... I highly recommend considering this place!

When Gatlinburg had the devastating fires roll through, I organized a relief effort and collected relief supplies to be shipped to the families who lost their homes. There were so many supplies that I had no way of storing them. Brandee at Morningstar was kind enough to donate 3 storage units to store everything! Brandee and her team worked their tails off helping me move the supplies too! Im not talking about a small amount of supplies either, Im talking over 15,000 pounds of relief supplies! I simply cant say enough good things about them! Really sweet people with hearts of gold!
