Everyone I ever had to speak with was super nice and so very helpful. They were so friendly and it was like chatting with a friend. The facility is clean and easy to navigate. My only negative comment is having an overhead light in the unit would be helpful but even without that I would use CubeSmart at the Belshire Village location again if a storage need arose.

Absolute life saver! I found this storage facility through CubeSmart, during the last few hours I had left to get everything out of my house for the new buyer. The facility is clean, climate-controlled and everything I could hope for to store my possessions. They were available, easy to sign-up, easy to deal with for billing, just a calm oasis in my sea of chaos! I highly recommend this storage facility. Great people to work with too.

If you’re looking for a great storage facility in Spring Hill, I definitely recommend Bee Safe. Julie is incredibly professional, organized, and kind. The facilities are well-located (by WalMart), extremely clean, and fairly priced even for the XL units. It honestly looks brand new! Great cameras and security, climate controlled, month to month leases, and the loading area is accessible with double doors and an elevator. Super easy online reservation and simple booking. Check it out- you’ll be glad you did! Two thumbs way up!

Lynn is wonderful, just wonderful, to work with. Bee Safe storage in Spring Hill TN is clean, organized, and unbelievably convenient. I’m sure a large part of that has to do with the exceptionalism displayed by Lynn. We will definitely be staying on with them for a while... HIGHLY VALUED AND RECOMMENDED.

We were looking for 3 large storage units for our items. Right when we walked in we were greeted by Julie and she was GREAT! She gave us a tour and showed us the best units for us! We will definitely recommend this place and tell them to ask for Julie!

All storage places are not the same! Bee Safe is incredibly clean, fresh smelling, and easy to access. You won’t find this level of customer service at one of the National chains. Lynn is very friendly and helpful. They make the miserable ordeal of moving a bit less stressful.

Due to my large family and my job I have used multiple storage facilities throughout Tennessee and other parts of the country. My experience with “Bee Safe Storage” has been my best yet. The manager of my units (I have three) Julie has been nothing but incredible. She even helped me move items from my storage truck into my units during an emergent situation. Now that’s incredible! Lynn, who is Julie’s superior, has also been very helpful and supportive as well. I cannot recommend them more highly. They are the best storage facility that I have worked with over the last 20 years. Customer service has been great. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The ability to borrow their rental truck has come in very handy on multiple occasions. Our experience with Bee Safe has been awesome. Rental process and paperwork was quick and easy. Love that they have a moving truck to use, It has come in very handy over my last few moves.

Wonderful storage! Excellent customer service too. We’re in limbo until our house is ready and have a peace of mind knowing our belongings are safe and secure until we can move in. Hopefully we won’t be moving again for a long time and especially during a major holiday like Thanksgiving, but they have helped make this transition smoother for sure! Highly recommend!

I encountered some difficulties with payment trying to move out, and my rate was raised and billed before the notification letter came in the mail that my bill was being raised, but once I brought those issues to Julie she was able to help me and solve those issues, rather quickly after I had them. I have just had the most pleasant experience with Bee Safe storage company. I have never had to rent a storage unit before and working with Julie, at the front desk was such a pleasure. Those we dealt with were prompt, courteous, easy to contact, and they called back to answer any concerns we had. Wonderful people to deal with. The unit was clean and entry was easily accessible.

Best storage around. Ive rented from others and they are dirty and they dont keep things fixed if need be. Also the rest room (which may not be to import) is always spotless. Some of the other nearby places bathrooms look like a ghetto gas station ones. The staff here is also great and friendly not like some Ive dealt with at other places. One downside is the lighting inside the rented space which I was able to deal with by adding two battery powered motion sensor led flood lights. Overall this is without a doubt the best storage facility Ive rented from.

Bee Safe Storage is a superior storage facility in Spring Hill,TN. It is new, clean, safe, and very easy to rent a unit. We were able to get the size unit and location that made moving less stressful. The building is all climate controlled with a constant temperature of 78 degrees.Lynn, the manager, is friendly and helpful. If you have storage needs this is the best Spring Hill has to offer! This is a really nice storage unit! I am more used to the outdoor types, and have always been worried about my belongings. However, I feel that my personal items are more secure here and the climate controlled units are a must for certain items.

Moving is already stressful enough without the stress of realizing that your new house isn’t ready before you have to be out of your old one.The ladies made this transition so very smooth. They called to check on me and my family. The unit is clean. They even have a truck that they let you borrow for FREE (ish) for 4 hours. (Gas not included and you have to leave a deposit.)
