Larry was so helpful. We haven’t bought a Mattress in almost 20 years and didn’t know where to start. He was so patient with us and didn’t pressure us for a sale. It was a pleasant surprise!

Good overall experience just dont buy their bed sheet! Over priced and you can find the same bedsheet on Amazon for half price. You can not return the bedsheet, even if you did not open it. I think Jody was the sales guy.

Sales staff was on point. Delivery was on point. Install was a little off. I had reroute wires, disconnect one router, tuck wires properly, and scan the actual router in the smart base to be able to use the sleep app. Instructions were on point but i felt that the installers should of walked me through it since the instructions read “installation is now complete”. Oh, i had to reboot the primary router for my smartphone to finally connect to it. I bought the blanket bundle and what i received was incorrect. I had to drive to another store to pick up the correct bundle. Should of went to Mattress Mack. He has never let me done. That is what i get for trying to shop near my home.

I had a family friend go here because they were looking for a new mattress and I recommended this location. Feeling pressured, she bought and paid full price for the mattress but never left with it. After leaving the store, she changed her mind and called to cancel the order. She found a better deal at Walmart and they even delivered the mattress to her door. THE OWNER CHRIS TUCKER REFUSED TO GIVE HER A REFUND! I understand that may be the policy, but if the customer never leaves with the product it technically isn’t considered a return. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

My wife went back to the store and was helped by the associate who wrote up the order and made sure all the discounts were applied that we could get. It was quick and painless. This store is a joke with no return policy whatsoever. Just bought a mattress not even two weeks its falling apart,. Thank God just paid it off straight to the garbage. I ordered a mattress and adjustable base over the phone from Josh Beckwith. I was debating between 2 mattresses and he answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. When I asked him for his opinion, I felt he gave a honest answer and his true opinion not just a story or what he thought I wanted hear just so he could make a sale. As for the purchase itself, I felt like I got a good deal on both the mattress and adjustable base. Mattress Firm did price match the base from another website and they also price matched a mattress protector from another different website. They are one of the few in person stores that offer a free 120 day trial most of the other stores offered 90 day trial or added a fee for the trial. The 4 star rating is because Im still waiting for delivery and Ill see how that goes, then Ill make an edit if needed. The customer service provided by Josh B. is 5 star all the way and for that reason alone right now I would recommend Mattress Firm.
