Joshua Beckwith killed it! I just moved to Texas. And needed two Queen sized mattresses for my kids beds. When we walked in, I told Josh exactly what I needed and he showed me exactly what I was looking for. No hassle, no trying to sell me what I didnt ask for. I respect this man. This mattress firm has wonderful beds. King, queen, full, twin and even more on their website. Ill get my 2 year Olds Car bed from him through the online store! Very clean store, pleasant inside, very welcoming feel to it. They have a refreshment fridge as you walk in, that was a nice thought because it gets hot. The customer service was fantastic but didn’t have all the Mattresses I wanted to try. There were some Sealy Mattresses at this particular one they didn’t have. However, I think i will be very pleased with the one I got!!!

Our buying experience was all around excellent. Our sales person, Michael, was so nice to work with and was extremely helpful. We came in over the course of a couple of days, and they do not pressure you at all. We decided to come back and purchase from Michael after visiting other stores with pushy sales tactics. The whole experience from selecting the mattress, additional items, and financing was hassle free and quick. We got a better deal in the end than the other stores were offering and will definitely return if we need a new mattress in the future.

Easy experience. We came in and were warmly greeted by Michael Hoffman. After proper covid precautions were in place, we discussed what we had in mind, Michael listened and help guide us through the store. He talked through pros and cons of each mattress we asked about based on our needs, made recommendations, and we found our mattress.From a customer service side - it was great. We had our young daughter with us, and that can turn dicey quickly. Michael was patient and kind with her, pointing out the LEGO station and helping her work the remotes for the adjustable beds. This review is a little different because this review is about a follow up after I had purchased a mattress from one of the Magnolia stores. I called this store by accident and got ahold of Larry he is such a wonderful representative and has awesome customer service,definitely a value to mattress firm. I purchased a king sized mattress and an adjustable base initially but the base kept making a loud clicking noise. Larry was very knowledgeable about his products, he let me know that I needed a different base that could hold a heavier mattress. I wasnt happy about this because the current base I had more bells and whistles so he got me two of the bases in twin so I could keep the same base. I will be shopping every time I need a mattress and is highly recommended!!

Mike at the front office was great ! My wife and I enjoyed doing business with them. They told me a delivery date and the date was met. They even called me the night before and then 20 minutes before they arrived at my house. The delivery team was very quick and very thoughtful for covering their shoes with protectors before walking in the house. If I could give them 6 stars I would. My husband and I were looking to buy a mattress for a few months and finally decided to stop in Mattress firm by our house. We ended up getting the Purple 3 mattress and so far we love it. We’ve had it only 3 nights now, but we can already tell we’re sleeping better. I have nothing but great things to say about this location and Mattress Firm in general!I ordered a $400 mattress on sale from around $900. You do get what you pay for. Luckily they had the 120 night trial so we returned it. We went in store and fell in love with the Tempur-LixeAdapt Soft King Prime. We absolutely loved it except my husband got very hot at night. He is already a hot sleeper so honestly that’s our error for not getting the cooling one.We had already exceeded the switch out policy but Michael Hoffman, the manager there was gracious enough to let us switch it out for the Tempur-Luxebreeze Soft King. We of course had to pay the difference and the restock fee but we were happy to do so!Michael Hoffman was such a pleasure to meet! I wanna go back just to chat with him. He is truly a great asset to Mattress Firm. He knows what he is doing and I never once felt pressured in to choosing a certain mattress the many times I have gone in.Michael, I hope Mattress Firm is taking good care of you because anyone would be lucky to have you work for their company!
