Jonathan was great! I had no idea what kind of mattress I needed and he was a great help! He showed me mattresses at all different price levels so I could pick what was a good price for me! I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

We just purchased our king size mattress that we have pondered on for far too long. Preston was great about giving us different options and so patient with our indecisiveness. Him and Trenese gave us so much guidance and comfort to ensure this was the purchase worth making. It took us over a year to FINALLY make the purchase because we couldnt decide on a split king or standard king and Preston definitely made it so easy for my fiance and I to come to an agreement after so long! Upon entering the store I was greeted by Trenese. She was so helpful and sold me exactly what I wanted. I felt the store prices were reasonable and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

I had reviewed this store poorly early last week due to our order we placed in early May being very messed up. We called the store in July after our home closed to get delivery and was informed our mattress was not in stock. We had been told on several occasions by the same people everything had arrived and was awaiting our instructions to deliver. We are currently sleeping on the floor. After many discussions early last week with Trenese, I agreed to take down the poor review if they would make a partial delivery of what was in stock on Sunday to our lake house before noon. I have this agreement in an email with her response. On the copy of the email is David Records who was responsible for the order being messed up and also very rude during my follow-up calls. Laurent Preston is also on this email copy. On Thursday of the week, I emailed this entire group to ask for a contact number to call if any issues with delivery as we had to be back in the Houston area early afternoon. The email did not get a response. On Saturday evening we received an automated text stating the delivery would be between 5-7pm. I then emailed this same group and updated them and stated please be aware this has to happen before noon and if not, I will be posting another review of your poor execution (no response). We left the lake house at 1:30 PM. Around 1:45 PM we received a call from the driver Alex stating he would be getting to the home in the stated delivery window of 5- 7. We informed him of the above agreed delivery. The driver was the first person to tell us he was so sorry and no one had ever ask the warehouse to deliver before noon or he could have made it happen. I then sent the same email back to the same group stating I would be posting this review today. I guess they could care less as still no response. Please stay away from these people and store as very unreliable on their word and execution. (This is Kevin Martin doing this review)Update, I have emailed John Eck. I have not received a follow-up from the Trenese or the team or anyone with Mattress Firm as of 12:26 PM today. This is crazy after I have paid for the mattresses, and they have been informed on Sunday they did not deliver as promised.Update, after being finally called this afternoon by Lauren the District Manager, she was rude, unprofessional, & did not display any empathy for the situation. I advised her to have her boss call us. Emiliano Gonzalez the Regional VP for Lone Star division called. He was kind, showed empathy, and was very concerned about the way we were treated. I sent him all the emails and text evidence and he definitely saw our story checked out. He got the situation straight in about 20 minutes. This is after us waiting for resolution for over a week. All our mattresses will be delivered on Friday at the exact time we asked. He gave me his personal cell # (something David & Trenese said would never happen lol) and told me to text him at midnight if I had any more issues. Thats how we run our business so that is so much appreciated. I hope at this point he cleans house with Lauren, Trenese, & David. I would not want them working in my organization. Nick Saban says it best high performers dont like low performers, and low performers dont like high performers. Those two types cant exist in a great organization. I think you can figure out in this group who the high performer & low performers are lol.

I had such an awesome experience shopping for mattress, we had Kevin Thorpe helping us out and he was so knowledgeable and profesional made super easy for us to pick and choose what matters we needed. The guy is awesome recommend him 5 starts for the service provided.

I loved the fact that you can walk in and will be guided to try the different types of mattresses based on your needs. Preston was so helpful in the process and sold us exactly what we wanted. Awesome customer service, great knowledge of products, and very friendly to answering questions pertaining to customer needs. The store itself is very sanitary, and is welcoming.

Harriet was simply a gem! My husband and I went in with some idea of the mattress we wanted and after she listens to or wants and needs she encourages us to try the mattress. Im gonna be honest I was not feeling it now after she directed us to a mattress she felt met both our needs and price point. We went back and forth from firm and plush she had pillows to try and give us that ahh feeling. She took care of us listen to us both have us try them as long as we needed and even kept an eye on my kid exploring in the store, lol hey toddlers! Thank you, Harriet! Just spent 3 hours with Josh, going through 6 different mattresses and 4 different pillows. He was the absolute best! So patient, most importantly, extremely knowledgeable! He had answers for everything, from exact differences in degrees of cooling per mattress/pillow/cover to which way is better for sleeping based on my body type.If you want answers and being able to make a truly informed decisions, just ask for Josh! We are truly happy we stopped into Mattress Firm after visiting Rooms To Go... it was such a change of scenery and a much better experience with Harriet! For starters she wasn’t pushy and really listened to what we were looking for. She made a few suggestions and hit the nail on the head. We bought 2 split kings as we have an adjustable frame. My husband chose one to his liking while I chose a different mattress... that is the beauty of a split king. I also ordered a Queen mattress for our guest room. There was a hiccup with delivery as they were a little behind no problem we didn’t need them right away. When delivery day came I was so disappointed and frustrated as the mattresses were rock hard (nothing like the ones we tried in the showroom) as I stated earlier I also ordered a Queen for the guest room that is the exact same mattress I ordered for myself. Thinking and expecting it too to be rock hard I went upstairs to lay on it and surprise it was perfect!!! So now I’m thoroughly confused because it absolutely wasn’t the same. I called Harriet and she made a suggestion to go to the Shenandoah store and try a split king floor model they had and it was fabulous! So we swapped out our original for the floor model and have been sleeping peacefully since. Thanks to Harriets quick thinking and problem solving abilities we are ever so grateful and customers for life!!! Thank you thank you thank you Harriet for saving the day!!! You are awesome!

I cant believe Im writing a review for a mattress store, but I have to recommend this location. Curtis was so helpful and friendly when we came to test out the Purple mattresses. We werent expecting to buy that day, but he offered a deal we couldnt refuse.Shana and someone else I spoke with were very professional, quick, and went above and beyond to resolve an issue that was no fault of their own. There was a small snafu with the delivery whereby my local warehouse didnt have the right model for the delivery day, so Shana arranged to have a different (better) one sent temporarily until the one we ordered came in so that we had something to sleep on.This was the exact opposite of what I was expecting to get from a mattress store.
