Vanessa was such a joy. She listened to my rather unique circumstances for a mattress I had to buy my son with disabilities, about past beds that worked or didn’t, about the circumstances about the delivery, etc. She pointed out a few bed choices I may like and pointed me to other beds from that bed that may work the best. Ultimately I found a very good one. Also I am immunocompromised and was scared about going shopping to begin with. I was very relieved to see she was wearing a mask and I felt safe the entire time I was there. I highly recommend her and this location.

I called my local Mattress Firm to see if they were able to locate my previous order from 2015 and did not receive any help. I decided to call another location and spoke with Ryan. He was so nice, and I patient and listened to what I was trying to accomplish. He was able to locate my order from 2015 which I was very thankful for. My husband and I went to see him later that night. He understood our requirements and did not try to upsell on a more expensive mattress. He was very respectful to our budget. We tried different mattress and ended up with one that was over budget by my choice. I would highly recommend Ryan and the location off of I45 and Sawdust. In search of a mattress, we stopped into Mattress Firm for a casual look to see what they had, and were greeted by Ryan Smith, a most knowledgeable and the most helpful salesperson by far. Ryan asked the questions about our sleep habits and positions and then briefly gave us an education about firm vs. soft and shared other details that helped us make a much better decision than we otherwise could have. He then let us test different mattresses to feel the differences.Ryan was not pushy at all, as you might feel from some salespeople; he just gave us good information tailored to our needs and let us decide. (Yep, he sold me when he had my wife lay on a mattress and then with a remote control elevated the head and foot ends of the bed!)Finally, the follow up delivery was stellar! We got the notifications for delivery just as Ryan said we would, and the guys showed up when they were supposed to. They were courteous, wore their shoe booties to protect the carpet, set up the bed and mattress, verified the remote operation for the bed lift functions, and were done. In and out within twenty minutes.A good place to shop and buy! Thank you Ryan!

No pressure & lot’s of information. Salesman was very knowledgeable about products & how they affect you body, especially your spine and neck. He asked about my budget & did nothing try to upsell anything. He was very systematic in approach to give me the best chance to really compare the products. A very informative & pleasant experience.

Karin was exceptional and patient while we tried out several different mattresses (on a busy day). Came back a week later ready to buy and she was there to take care of everything. She was very friendly and informative about all the mattresses we tried. She checked on us frequently even while caring for other customers.

Karin was great while we were in store. Since we paid, everything has been awful. If I could give negative stars, I would. We have been waiting over 4 weeks, every Friday, we are told, yes it’s on tomorrow’ truck for delivery. They will call you when they’re an hour away. On Friday, while waiting until after lunch with NO COMMUNICATION, we have to make multiple phone calls only to be told, your bed is not in stock. Then why were we told the day before that it was on the truck going out for delivery the next day?? This last time, we cut our vacation short to be home for our new bed, excited to FINALLY receive it. Now, after 5 phone calls and waiting all day, we’re told again that it’s not in stock. They have my money. I have no bed. Only promises and lies and the worst customer service

Even during covid times they were very helpful with explaining the different types of mattresses to my son and myself. After we wandered off to the clearance and special bed in a box area they were still very nice and helpful and made sure we picked the right mattress. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch or a hungry atmosphere.

Randy hooked us up! We came in initially 5 minutes before closing, and he took the time to help us out rather than kick us out. He was really helpful and informative, showing us different styles of mattresses and answering our questions about brand and quality. He hooked us up with an excellent deal, which we came back a couple days later to pick up. Then he gave us a deal on a mattress protector (which you should absolutely invest in - and buy from Randy!) and helped us bring the mattress out to our truck. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing from Randys Mattress Firm location!

We have extreme back pain due to disc issues. The employee knew exactly where to lead us and never tried to make us spend more than our initial budget. We appreciate their patience as we narrowed down a mattress and frame. We are excited for the mattress to arrive Monday and to finally get some relief.

We havent actually slept on our mattress yet, but Julia is the best at customer service ever! I wandered in just to ask a couple of questions, and ended up buying a mattress to be delivered out of town. Then I called back and added another one. I ran into two big wrecks on the interstate and didnt make my delivery time, but Julia was on the phone with me all day, trying to figure out how to get those mattresses to me. She gave me her personal phone number and kept me posted on what was going on every step of the way. She is truly the most customer-conscious employee I have ever encountered. I hope Mattress Firm realizes what an asset she is to their company. The most stressful day ever was made just a little bit smoother because she cares so much about her customers. Never mind that when we did get the mattresses, the power was off..... we will try the mattresses in a couple of days and I ordered a third one today! There are many choices as to where to buy a mattress, but employees like Julia are rare. I will buy there again just because of her!!

William was a pleasure to work with. Informative and knowledgeable but most importantly listened to our concerns. We went back and forth to another nearby store not only to try other mattresses, but also to check pricing and sales incentives. William encouraged and understood with a smile. We ended up making the trip back and although they didnt need to beat the price they offered incentives and made us feel comfortable with the purchase. It was a pleasant experience.

My wife and I randomly dropped in to do some research on a bed to compare to Rooms To Go. Not only did they have more selection, their beds were the best value in comparison. We happened to come across the Black Ice mattresses while browsing and chose to go with it. Kevin was great in helping us. He knew every detail there was to know about the beds we asked about, listened to what my wife and I were wanting, didnt try to up-sale or pressure us, just gave facts and insight but did offer his suggestions when asked. Very conversational though, haha, but it was nice to be able to just have sidebar conversations without being redirected to the sale.

Randy spent a lot of time with me going over all the different mattresses that were available, their features and benefits and helped me choose the right one based on my own personal wants and needs. I never felt like he was trying to hurry me up or close the deal before I was ready. I ended up purchasing a beautiful new hybrid Tempurpedic mattress with an adjustable base. Whenever I called in to the store after my purchse, either Jerry or Randy remembered me and answered my questions and made any updates that were needed upon my request. When the delivery drivers came they were also exceptional. If youre looking to buy a new mattress and you want to be treated like a valued customer, get what you really want and not feel pressured to buy the most expensive one in the place.... go see Randy and Jerry! I guarantee you wont be disappointed. You can not put a price on quality sleep and finding the right mattresses for your personal preferences will be a life changer!

Went in looking for a box spring and mattress topper and left as a first time buyer of a new mattress! I stopped by another mattress place before Mattress Firm and I was very turned off by the cocky attitude I received from the help in the store. I went into Mattress Firm and instantly felt better and welcomed. Trenese is fantastic! Super personable and helpful. She made me feel extremely comfortable (no pun intended) with my purchase. She was genuinely helpful and in no way pushy and just trying to sell me something I didnt need.
