Beware of the person lorene, she was very nice initially and we spent over $4000 . She placed the wrong order of our mattress but charged us the higher price and when we went to the store to let her know what had happened she totally ignored us and said the other person will do a even exchange. It was horrible customer service, not once did she apologize for her mistake and to make it worse made us feel like we had done something wrong. We have been buying with Mattress Firm for last 15yrs and this is by far the worst customer service we have received. Definitely will not be coming back to this store.

Vanessa Brewer helped us pick out the best mattress for our needs. She was extremely nice and very knowledgeable about all the products available. We were able to take our time and sample many different mattresses. In the end, we were very pleased with the service and the products.

They make promises they cant keep. Told us a delivery would be on 5/23 but neglected to tell us that the mattress had not even been manufactured and we should expect another4-5 weeks for delivery, this was even after receiving 2 emails confirming the delivery date. Not to mention store policy that refunds will be 7-10 working days after the item is returned to the store. Hard to return something not received. Hoping they return our $1785.

Before I even walked in there was a women sweeping off the windows and was very friendly and greeted me. I already knew what mattress I was going in there for and tried two because the guy (Ryan) gave me options and walked out with the one that I wanted and also bought a mattress protector because the salesman offered one. The mattress that I wanted was in stock at a near by mattress firm that he saw on the computer, called to confirm that it was there. Gave me directions on how to get there, went to the other mattress firm (tomball pkwy and 2920) and the two men who greeted and helped me were quick and great. Good and quick experience overall!

Memorial Weekend and MF was offering some decent deals. The rotating manager at the 99 location was very professional and answered all our questions. When it came time to putting the deal together we were hesitant but put a deposit to hold the terms of the deal. Upon returning a day later, we had to deal with another salesman who completely contradicted everything our first manager promised. Next thing I knew everything was changing. Now sales is about integrity, this last minute change was completely frustrating and gave me the feeling of being in a three card Monty about to be swindled. After threatening to walkout, everything was finally Put back as it was originally. I did close the deal but this overall process has me a bit Leary. I gave this a three stars as a combination of both visits. Let see how the delivery and trial goes.

There was no pressure to make a purchase even though I knew exactly what I wanted (or at least I thought I did) when I went to the store. My sales person was Carl Boley, I must say hes very knowledgeable of his job, no pressure of trying to steer you away from what you thought you originally wanted. His explanations made all the difference. We purchased two mattress from this location. After being told they would be delivered to the store in time and then they were not we where forced to pick them up from the warehouse. Once we got them home they did not work for us. We where told we could return them to the store if they where unwrapped but when we went to drop them off we where greeted by a awful manager who said they wouldn’t return them that I would have to have them picked up from my home for a pick up fee of 50 dollars!!!!! After much arguing they finally returned them. It was awful! I will never be back to this store! Ever!!!! I do not enjoy arguing with stores and this was far more head ache then it was worth. Glad it’s over
