11/1/2021If you want to go somewhere and you dont have insurance to pay for your glasses, this IS the place to go. Kayla and Dylan are the best employees. They helped me get every discount out there to make it affordable for me to get 2 pairs of glasses. They really care about their customers. After getting my glasses I quickly was not paying attention and lost a pair, I went back really upset and Kayla was very caring and showed me empathy and helped me get another pair. This is my eye glass place forever, Thanks Kayla!

I’ve purchased glasses from other eyelabs and received great customer care. The branch in spring assisted me with filling some external frames I brought in and also applied some pretty good discounts since I was paying out of network with my insurance. Kayla was very helpful throughout the entire process. She’s very personable. She went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased before walking out. (Thanks Kayla!). With another applied discount good for 30 days, I’m now looking for another pair.

I was going to give this place a one star, I got my contacts labeled wrong (left eye was right, right eye was left) I took it back after 30 days as I thought maybe it was a mistake from me the manger, “Kayla” came out shouting at me that it was not a mistake by them and that it was my own issue. After I persisted that something was wrong she allowed me to get retested, checked my numbers and they were mostly the same. She then came back with stating the employee that had given me contacts they had issues with so now it became that employee fault, they didn’t have the new trial pair she gave some bogus ones which I could t see at all. All week I waited for the new ones to come in and she never called me back or updated me. Today I went back to the shop and met with Dylan the general manager he advised me Kayla no longer works there, he looked up my account gave me the new trial pairs apologized to me and he told me he was going to take care of the new pairs Kayla wanted to still charge me for it saying she will make me a deal and charge me for one box only although it wasn’t my fault. Thank you Dylan, for amazing customer service you saved a loyal customer from going else where!

Had great service from Leslie. She honored the price she gave me when I first met with her after I returned a few weeks later. Unfortunately the store did not have a great selection of titanium frames but they had plenty of stainless steel. I got two pairs, one for work the other for going out, at a great price with all the bells and whistles even with my really high script. Waiting on my glasses to come in but if theyre good, this is my new eyeglass place.

Came here for a contact lens exam on 9/11, and everything was great! The appt reminder texts were helpful, check in went smoothly, and Yvonne was super helpful explaining what my insurance covered since I had a new provider. She also let me know the wait time for my order, along with a promo for 60% off my glasses if I came back with 30 days. 10/10 would recommend this location!

Visited this place with my wife to get her eye exam and a new pair of eye glasses. Will was extremely helpful and had great customer service. Great customer service is not very common today, so, i am very thankful we had Will to help us out. We both left really happy with our experience and excited for her new glasses.

Just had an appointment everything was great. Kayla helped me out a lot, she made sure I was comfortable and pointed me in the right direction. It didn’t take long at all, pretty much in and out. I will be recommending friends and family, and Kayla is the go to person for assistance, thank you.

Kayla took very good care of us. She explained everything in an easily understandable way. Even though they were short staffed, she communicated while helping others. Definitely will use this location and recommend to everyone I know.

Kayla was absolutely amazing in helping me with my glasses breaking after 9 days of getting them. Considering this is my first eye exam/glasses ever, I did not know what to expect. The doctor I saw, via video, was very hard to understand, and was almost robotic. My original appointment was on 08/15, my glasses were promised by 8/29. Come Saturday, 8/28, my Status changed to “in production” to “delayed”. I attempted to call the store via the phone number for google, and it sent me to a customer service line. After hearing from agent that my glasses had shipped, and they should be ready tomorrow (8/29). I waited and never heard anything on 8/29. I called again, trying to reach the store. Customer service line again. I finally got the number to the store from him (again different than what is shown on google). I got in touch with someone from the store, who said, no, no glasses were here, but they should be here tomorrow. Finally today, 09/3, nearly 3 weeks later and nearly a week after my original promised date, I got notification that my glasses were ready. I went in and received my glasses. I told the lady helping me about the delay, and her response was just “we’ve had a delay in shipping”…no other explanation, no apology. I tried on the glasses, and they were crooked. The lady tried about 7 times to fix, each time still being crooked, she finally enlisted the help of another employee who tried multiple times, and her quality control check was sitting them on the table. She finally told me one of my ears was higher than the other (even though I tried on about 10-12 pairs at my initial appointment and we’re perfectly straight). She finally got it at an acceptable level (by bending my glasses)after trying 4-5 more times. Are all eye places like this? I don’t have a comparison, but this experience was horrible! Also, after reading the reviews, I’m fairly certain that the majority are fake reviews, as they all use similar verbiage, and nearly all mention an employee by name. Check out the reviews here for yourself. Very strange.

Kyleigh was so helpful! She and Dillon did a great job of working with me to get me the best glasses for me! I really appreciate them and this business for making this a great experience! I recommend you give them a shot!

Yronne was my Representative that helped me with my son first time glasses. She was very helpful and worked with me on prices and we were able to find him the perfect glasses with the perfect price. We left with my son super excited about picking them up after him not even wanting glasses. We will definitely be returning back to buy him a second pair.

The overall experience was great! The place was clean and the process was easy to obtain my contact lens prescription. They did have some trouble because they couldn’t find the promotion that was listed on their website. The lady who was helping me kept saying that the price was way more expensive then what it was supposed to be (like $150 more expensive). I’m glad I brought up the website to show her because she went and got the manager and she was able to put it in. She was extremely friendly and very helpful.Overall, the experience was good and quick. Just be sure to know what you are coming for and be prepared to show any promotions.

This location not only has great deals but employees also. Will, John, Kayla, and Dylan provided me with excellent customer service—overall I am very satisfied with my new glasses & contacts! I would highly recommend choosing this location if you’d like a great deal & friendly staff!

From the moment I walked in Leslie was so welcoming and friendly. Once I was up in line, she took initiative to answer any questions I had and even initiated answers to questions I had anticipated. She then kindly led me to Suzy who was welcoming on site. Suzy generously explained coverages and prices and answered any questions I had as well. She efficiently and effectively communicated everything I had to do throughout my eye exam and gave me some time to pick out lenses of my own until I was ready. These two ladies, employees, and overall company have a warm and quaint demeanor that makes me want to continue coming here for occasional eye exams! What a fantastic experience!! 😃👍
