Called frantic with what could have been (wasn’t) serious symptoms. The office staff fit me in that afternoon which was wonderful. The diagnostic equipment is top notch state of the art and Dr. Teoh was patient and explained everything. I left knowing my vision was not compromised and confident that if ever I have a vision problem I have a place to go for help..

I had the best experience with Teresa she took care of me from start to finish. Very experienced personnel and courteous to give you help with what you are looking for. I ended up buying some Gucci frames and the timely fashion I got the lenses was all the worth the wait. Highly recommended for the knowledge Teresa the doctor and staff provided during all my testing and examination and choosing of my glasses.

I was skeptical of visiting because I have not had good experiences with Woodland’s medical practices. I’m so very glad I visited. Dr Teoh was extremely thorough and explained in detail every test and results. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. The fees are very reasonable. You absolutely will not regret visiting this practice.

Love this office! The staff are very friendly and treat you like family. Dr Teoh always spends a great deal of time asking about where do you have trouble seeing in your ordinary day to day life. From computer work to cooking to seeing the car odometer. She tweaked my prescription this year and recommended different size frames so I could see better with progressive lenses. Very happy with how much better I can see now!! Highly recommend this office.

The doctor was so thorough! I came there with some contacts on from another doctor that I couldn’t barely see and had to wear readers. She totally changed my prescription and found the balance to be able to see far away and close up with no readers! I highly recommend.

Best visit EVER. I went here because they offered a good deal when I was price checking. It’s a very far drive for me but after my appointment I will never go elsewhere. That was the best visit I’ve ever had and Dr. Tammy Pham was fantastic.

Dont bother, they require a mask even if the Governor of Texas says we dont need them. I have asthma and cannot wear a mask that is why I have put off going until the 11th. They are still going to make you wear one.

Dr Teoh is awesome - she not only takes her time but actually remembers your history and takes that into consideration. This team also works with you and takes all the time needed to ensure you are completely satisfied with your eyewear (and they have a good selection of multiple styles and colors!), sending your lenses back multiple times if need be to get them perfect. I definitely recommend this office!!

From the minute I walked in the door I felt welcome. It is a very clean office and they make sure to sanitize, sanitize, sanitize! The whole appointment was amazing. My Dr. Teoh was patient and explained everything so I could understand. She took her time making sure everything was perfect for my new lens prescription. I then spoke with Giovanna, the team leader, and she made sure I did not walk away until I found the perfect glasses and exactly what I need for lenses. Coming out of my appointment was a breath of fresh air knowing how well taken care of I was and knowing I have had the best eye care I’ve ever had in 20 years. Dr. Teoh even debunked a few things other Optometrist’s throughout the years have told me. I’m thankful I made my appointment with The Woodlands Eye Center! I will definitely be back!

Not only is Dr. Pham amazing always assuring that your eyes are healthy and she will go the extra mile on everything she does! Had an outstanding experience today in my annual visit to The Woodlands Eye Center. The staff was extremely helpful and provided me upfront, straightforward answers to questions I had regarding insurance and cost. Waiting area was beyond pleasant, not that I had to wait more than 1 min to be seen. Dr. Teoh is awesome - professional, efficient, and down-to-earth friendly. I’ve coming to this office since 2012 and I always have a great experience. The whole staff is very friendly. I’ve seen both Drs. and recommend both. About Covid concerns: Everything is sanitized, both staff and patients must wear masks. They space patients nicely with scheduling (never really a wait even before Covid).They also have a great selection of glasses. They are great with kids too - ages 6 and up (must know the alphabet).On a separate and more serious note, my husband came in with concerning eye symptoms - turned out to be a very rare condition (nothing serious) which Dr. Pham diagnosed right away and had him seen at UofH the next day. We were so impressed and grateful.

Dr. Pham was very thorough and extremely professional! I would however like to recommend to all future patients, the staff should go over insurance coverage with patients PRIOR to charging them. This will help avoid sticker shock after services are completed. Just a recommendation.

Great location and wonderful services! My kid has been treated by Dr. Tammy in correction her vision with Corneal Molding. She is now free from glasses and is able to do her daily activities without them. She has 20/20 vision after wearing them every night. I highly recommend!

The staff is very attentive and friendly! Unlike many doctors today, Dr. Tammy didn’t seem rushed, or try to get me in and out. It was a very personal experience - almost as if she cared more about her practice and our relationship, than getting rid of me and going onto her next patient. I was satisfied with the service when I went there but then I moved farther away and needed to find a new doctor. I asked for my old prescription (as I had forgotten) and they refused to give it to me. After arguing with them they finally did! I paid to get that prescription and it’s mine. Why they couldn’t just email it to me to begin with I’m not sure but I was so offended an annoyed. I get that now that online services exists is becomes harder to be competitive but that’s not how you get and keep customers. I’m more than annoyed and would like an apology.

Super friendly staff. Dr Pham is a very good Dr. and Mr. Truc always resolves every doubt we have and is patient enough to go through with us on every detail we ask about. Great service. We have been coming to this place for the last six years and will continue to be their patients.

In and out very quickly. Doctor goes over everything in detail and makes sure you understand all issues. Truc always goes out of his way to make sure my glasses are in tact and cleaned before I leave. Also very knowledgeable and not just there to make a sale.

By far the best optometrist Ive ever been to. Dr. Pham found that Ive been wearing ill fitting contacts (for the better part of 12 years now) at the recommendation of other doctors at various other optometrist offices. She took time to find the lenses that fit me well and Ive had zero issues since. I will never go to another optometrist again.

Could have been 5 stars but was informed my glasses could take up to 2 weeks. Really?? I’ve had multiple pair in days rom many other providers. This seems excessive.
