Guy who “runs” (isn’t actual owner never saw the owner once) the shop tries to make it seem like he wants to work with you but this place is like any other used car lot. They sell cars with problems and make you do the run around to get them fixed. The mechanic they go through is located in Connecticut so be prepared for your car to be away for a few days if something is wrong. My problem was never fixed as well and when I went to an outside mechanic to try and find a faster solution I was denied a refund for the charges even though it was for the initial problem. FIND ANOTHER LOT!

Mike was awesome to work with. He was upfront and honest with what my options were and didnt try to talk me into buying something he knew I couldnt afford unlike other dealers I went to. I drove off the lot with a 2015 Toyota camry the next day and I am very satisfied. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new ride. It’s not a fancy place but the cars are clean and he is very upfront and has a no BS approach. We had to wait about 15 minutes for him to finish up with another customer but he was very accommodating and got us in and out very quickly.

I was having a very hard time getting financed at other dealerships. When I went to Western Mass Cars Mike was up front and honest from start to finish. Same issue. Customer service is AWFUL. They called and said that they will not even try to finance me without a cosigner. Then when I had one I was told they would look into what I would be approved for and call me back later that day (since there site says they can finance everyone). Its been 2 weeks. Do not trust them. Mike is useless and rude.

I have a few credit issues and was referred to these guys by a co-worker and they were wonderful to work with. I met with Mike and he showed me 8 different Hondas and Toyotas that I would qualify for with $1500 down. He even was able to show me a lexus however I decided to go with a trusty old Honda Accord. The car was ready the next day fully detailed and they showed me thje service history on the car as well. Very low key straight up place to deal with without the new car dealership BS. I will be back in a few years once my Accord is paid off and my sister just purchased an Odyssey from them and absolutely loves it.

This dealership doesnt deserve a star for nothing they are terrible Im finacing an 06 civic from him n their has been nothing but problems wit the car n I havnt even had it for 3 months i suggest you dnt shop here or send anyone else over their its not worth it

What a waste of our time!! Surely DOES NOT DESERVE one star!! The worst customer service in Indian Orchard. We had to show ourselves the car. He got easily agitated when asked a question. After waiting an hour in the heat with our 20month old, because Myke decided to drop off his buddy across town. Myke returns, lets us test drive the car, we offer to buy it and BAM, he wants to charge us $250 fee!! For what? Myke cant explain the fee and wont give a 30 day warranty even though by law he has to. Were paying cash for the car not financing it! WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AND WOULDNT WANT MYKE AS AN EMPLOYEE!! RUN THE OTHER WAY FOLKS!!

Garbage dealership you can find in Springfield Massachusetts dont waste your time going there they sell the car to you with a 30 day warranty and if something happens on your car they will not fixed for you the 30 day warranty that they give you is for the inspection that it nothing else after that you are on your own fixed your self it is straight garbage not good at all
