Really great place to buy tires and get your car serviced. They sell new and grade 1 used tires. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend them!

Took care of everything. After repairing my tire they put the tire back on and put my spare back under my truck and all that in under 45min. Very affordable and very nice young men.

Fast and friendly service. Technicians throughly checked out my gently used tires, Ive been having problems with 2 of them they keep loosing air. The technicians could have told me anything and try to sell me new tires. They told me that I needed to drive more. I wasnt even charged for the service. This is my permanent tire shop from now on. I could go on and on about tire shops Ive been to in the past. How Ive been ripped off for services I didnt need. Not these guys I highly and strongly recommend them. Especially if youre a woman. 👍🏾😃

This place is exceptionally reasonable and the girl at the front desk is extremely nice and very very helpful. They also do other types of Car Care other than Just Tires. I plan on using them in the future! I highly recommend.

Stripped my oil pan screw by putting it in too tight. Now I can’t get the screw in or out. Thanks a lot, you cost me a couple hundred more dollars to get a new oil pan.

I don’t live in Suffolk I only work here. I live about an hour away. While on my break from work I looked up places on yelp for tire services because I’ve been commuting on my donut for about 3 days. I found a place on yelp called Ecomax I called this place to find that it is actually called ride time auto care located right next to their old location. I asked if they had my size they said they had two left. I then asked about there tire prices and went with the used tires which are $20 more than I pay in my own area, but, because my donut was balding I needed one fast for safety reasons. I bit the bullet and went during my break to get the tires and had them put on. For one, the customer does not get to see the condition of the tires you are buying they take your key and take it to the work area of which you are not allowed in unless you are invited. That being said I was in and out in about 20 min, my job is about 5 minutes from the tire shop, so when she said all set, I paid and left and went to my job about an hour passed while at the job and when I went to my car to retrieve something the tire that I just purchased had completely flattened. When I examined what happened I noticed this used tired had a hole the shop patched poorly which caused the tire to slow leak. I am disappointed in the lack of care taken in providing a good service. Places I generally go to show the tire and test it in front of you new or used. Now I have to drive an hour back home tonight with a bald donut and less money than I started with for a horrible product. I called back but by this time they were closed, how convenient. I will never waste money here again unless reimbursed for the bad product they sold me.

Took my Honda Accord for tires and alignment. Good used tires and l was also recommended to get rear alignment which I kinda knew I needed. Got it all done in a timely manner. And the price all together was very reasonable. And everyone was friendly. Thxz guys I appreciate your service and would recommend yall to anyone.

The service I received from this establishment is amazing the front desk Clerk Heather was professional, friendly and explained her love for helping not only military but other civil service members. They were very busy when I brought my car in for work but ensured me they were going to work diligently to get it to me in next couple of hours and they did just that! I would recommend them to ANYONE. You won’t be disappointed! They treat you and your car with care and respect.

I came in this establishment on a Friday and not only was the staff friendly, knowledgeable, and provided fast service but they had a great selection of used tires. I came here for an alignment and two used tires. Needless to say they found something else wrong with my car. It was nothing major. I believe they said I needed a tire rod. The price that I had to pay for the service that I received was great. Under 250.00 dollars. They are truthful and have great prices. I will definitely be coming back here.

Actually was looking for a different place and found their garage. I was really happy to find a shop so close to my house that had a used tire in stock in the size that I needed. Not only were all the gentlemen in the shop super nice, I got a great price on a used tire that is almost brand new too! The technician was fast and efficient, I was in and out in under 20 minutes! I have been going through these guys for about 2 years now and around 8 tires from wear and tear to flats and this is the place to go. Military owned, military discounts, amazing deals on great and reliable tires, and I have been in and out in less than 15-20 minutes. I have never done an online review before but this place makes me so happy to do business with, I feel like they deserve the respect and accolades for how well and friendly this business operates.

Technician was great, and more knowledgeable than anyone I’ve ever talked to about tires. I live 2 hours away but busted a belt in my tire while in the area. He pulled the truck in and put 4 new ones on right away. After 4 years of no answers why my truck had a shake, it took him about 30 mins and he was able to tell me why. You’ve got a great guy here in Steven.

I called around Suffolk looking to get 2 used tires before I travel back to Alabama and ECOMAX Tires had the best prices around. When I arrived, I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner. She took my tire off and put the new used one on in no time. They are great with affordable prices and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area or traveling through the area and may need a tire.

Been here a few times and usually leave happy. Picked up a tire on January 23 cause i had as tire blow out. No problem they have reasonable tires and reasonable prices. How ever when the tire went flat three days later (Jan 26) the only identifiable damage being where i had to drive approximately 1/4 mile they refused to honor the warranty stating it was a road hazard i was given a half hearted apology and the offer to sell me another used tire at full price. I would rather pay three times the amount and get decent service than deal with shady customer service. I wouldnt return here for anything.

I work up late meet my wife for lunch and noticed not only a nail in my tire but also a huge hole and they were excellent at mounting and replacing the worn tire with used one that looked brand new and prices was AWESOME 👏🏽 !!! We just drove into town and we were on vacation. We had a flat in the front and this was the closest place that we could find that was still open at 5 on a Saturday. He didnt have the correct size tire, but found one close to it and used. For $40 and 10 minutes they put the tire on the back and moved the back tire that was there to the front. We also received a wonderful recommendation from a man there (employee or local, not sure) that told us to check out the beach by Fort Monroe in Hampton, VA. We found Outlook Beach and it was absolutely perfect for our two young children. It was our favorite beach and the one we stuck with for the remainder of our trip. Now we are home and the tire got us home. Thank you guys!!! Very much appreciated.

Just wanted to say I went there minutes before closing to get some tires mounted and balanced that no one would do due to the size or wanted to charge $180 which is rediculous and the owner himself did it for me at a great price. He knows his stuff when it comes to the tire and wheel game and will help you out if needed. Dont hesitate to go there if you need something done.

My experience with this shop was horrible!!!!!! How u charge $5.00 to check tires and charged me $3.00 for air in one tire???!!!! Thats robbery! I will NEVER EVER BRING MY CAR THERE AGAIN!
