I’d give no stars if it were possible, this place is a joke!! Do not, do not waste your money or your valuable time!! They take parts off your vehicle and do NOT PUT THEM “ALL” back on!! Watch them if you must take your vehicle there. The owner, Mel, he does not return phone calls to his customers!! The communication is very poor. You take your car in and they “say” the next day, well the three times we have tried them (and we’re stuck with our warranty to go back) all three times has been a three day wait. THIS TIME, we noticed the part they did not put back on. How many other parts did they leave off the other times. Sad, a Christian business without the Christian standards.

I took my car here twice about the flow masters I had bought from here and installed. And the whole driver side muffler and tailpipe where it was welded came loose and just hanging there. The same welded area I had them redo the first time where it holds the tailpipe up.. Now I have to go back a third time smh. Its frustrating

I was lucky enough to find this place about 8 years ago when I stopped in to get an exhaust pipe repaired. The price was lower than I was expecting and the owner (Mel) was knowledgeable and genuine, so I kept coming back. Ive found these guys do good work at reasonable rates and perhaps most importantly, theyre honest. I have never left the shop feeling like I had just been ripped off, which is not something Id say about any other repair shop Ive been to. Theyve saved me a good deal of money over the years and I will continue to recommend them to friends/coworkers.

Had an unfortunate (my luck) and unique twist arise from what have been a seemingly simple fix. This left the team at Mighty Muffler with a problem that just did not have a quick or simple solution. I was promised my car back the next day, which turned into 3 days. Doesnt sound good right? Well starting with Chris, who beat 2 other estimates by over $1000, then ending with the owner Mr Mel who personally stayed late to make sure i got my truck back, that was the kind of personal services that I appreciate and needed. on that third day, as it was going on to be the 4th day if he or someone from his team would not help me. As a recently single father of 3 boys, logistics are just a normal part of the daily juggle, and this sure looked like it was not going to end well. Well it did!. Thanks Mel! Great job, great staff, and much appreciation for that personal touch that just isnt seen too often anymore!

Every time I brought my Corvette into the dealership for repairs, I would have several more issues within a week. Great customer service from great people! We had a small hiccup with defective muffler, but thats just where the story starts. They went to every length to make it right - to the point of even taking a loss. In the end, were happy with the work, even more so the experience. I wont go anywhere else.

We recently went to Tallahassee for a week, and had car trouble. Mighty Muffler was recommended as an honest mechanic. We took a chance, and I am so glad we did. The owner and his crew are just fabulous. They were bluntly honest about the whole process, gave us our options, and went above and beyond, even helping us out with an unrelated AC issue. I cant say enough good about them. We plan on keeping them as a permanent and trusted resource. I would recommend this group of people to anyone, but as a woman, I would definitely recommend them to other women. Ladies, you know how it is when you try and get your car fixed. Honest shops are very hard to find these days. Honest shops with reasonable prices were something I didnt know existed anymore. They took care of my problem and did it in the most efficient and cost effective way for me. Anyone who has given less than five stars for mighty mmuffler delusional about how diag fees and car maintenance works. I will be taking my stuff there for anything from now on! Great great people!

:PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!I took my car to Mighty Muffler for transmission issues. They said that it would take about 3 to 4 days for it to be fixed. So after three to four days they had just started working on it so it would be a few more days. After a week had psssed. The car still would not work and they did not know what was wrong. Another week passed and they still did not know what was wrong. They had my car for 3 weeks. Which caused me to have to rent a car and spend over $800. In rental fees. They sent it to Nationwide Transmission for it to be rebuilt and the gentleman at Nationwide Transmission said that it was their fault they made a mistake thats why it wasnt working after the first and second time trying to fix it. My husband and I asked the owner Mel if he could take something off of the price since it was their fault and I ended up spending so much on the rental but he refused. We were not asking him to not charge us anything but just that he would be fair. I feel he was heartless and did not care that they inconvenienced us. Please do not take a chance with them like I did.YOU MAY REGRET IT!!!

Had my car towed in (they have a deal with a local towing company for affordable towing) because it was unsafe to drive. Their service is fast, honest, and affordable. I highly recommend Mel and the other fine folks down at Mighty Muffler.

Robert and Darren really know how to repair or fix anything automotive.....They are ace mechanics. Mel is honest and upfront, which is very hard to find these days. I love this shop their super knowledgeable, professional, dedicated, and prior armed forces!I called them about a custom exhaust install from the ground up around noon, dropped my truck off during lunch, and within a few hours I picked up my vehicle.Personally I believe that speaks volumes about the staff and owner!I received an excellent true dual exhaust system set-up with superior pipe bending around my custom suspension, no rattles, exceptional weld marks, and the exiting of the exhaust behind the bumper was remarkable.I truly had to think the shop because people fail to realize the time and effort it takes to skillfully make a custom exhaust look OEM while remaining tastefully and aesthetically pleasing to the eye.Support your local businesses and take your vehicle to Mighty muffler!!!!!!

I went to Mighty Muffler because of a rattling noise in my Jeep. The jeep dealership was not sure what the problem was and their solution was to change me $500 and replace the entire exhaust system. I came to Mighty Muffler and within an hour of dropping off my car I got a call saying they found the problem and it would only cost $90. The guys there seem very honest and professional. Definitely will go back for other work.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE ELSE. I have a 2002 Honda Civic Lx. I took my car to Proctor Honda because my car would randomly shut off while driving. Proctor had no idea what might be causing the car to shut off. They sold me an electric load detector which did not fix the problem. The mechanic was clueless. I went on Google and thoroughly researched thisProblem. It turns out the camshaft position sensor was one of the things which can shut the car off. I purchased one on eBay and decided to get someone to install it because I thought I would have to break the valve cover gasket. My wife suggested Mighty Muffler. I was a bit hesitant because I was of the opinion, If the car manufacturer cannot find out what is wrong, why would another shop know any different. I was dead wrong. The guys at mighty muffler listened to my story and said they would look at the car. The mechanic installed the sensor and even test drove it trying to get it to shut off. It did not shut off. I should mention Honda didnt even bother test driving it. I highly recommend Mighty Muffler and will be taking my vehicle to them for any future repairs.

Went in with a cracked exhaust manifold, and instead of going with an $800 manifold/cat assembly they were able to weld it shut for about $275. Thats held up for over 2 years now - quality work. On the way out Mel let me know I had a wheel bearing going bad in my left rear, which Id heard but hadnt investigated yet. He offered to order me the part, but said I could just go through AutoZone or whatever. Didnt try to upsell me the install or charge for the diagnosis. No unnecessary work done nor did they do anything I didnt agree to. Great, honest service and competent staff. 5/5 will always go to Mighty Muffler for jobs too big for me.

Mel at Mighty Muffler has professional and friendly staff! I have a full exhaust system that needed to be installed on my 2000 Acura Integra Type-R. I didnt want to go through the trouble of DIY, as I had some extra parts that needed some extra attention. Reasonable shop prices for the work that needed to be done. Id would say this is best exhaust shop in town, as I was recommended to come here by THREE different people! If its a Domestic, Japanese, or Euro, and you need youre exhaust system done right come to Mighty Muffler!

I took my vehicle in for a new muffler. They installed a Walker SoundFX muffler (telling me it would be more quiet) - and it was still just as loud as the muffler they just took off the vehicle. In addition, they didnt use a muffler that fit my vehicle, but had to cut the pipes and weld it onto the vehicle. I went back about a week later because I was unhappy with the loud sound, and they said that a resonator would help reduce the sound. So they cut the tail pipe and installed the resonator near the end of the tail pipe. I STILL had a rumbly vehicle - very very unhappy. My husband finally purchased the correct muffler (Walker QuietFlow that was made to fit my vehicle) and took it back to Mighty Muffler and had them change out the mufflers. They did, but the resonator was still on there. We were still unhappy with the loud rumbly sound from the resonator, so my husband took the vehicle to a different muffler shop to have it removed. The repairman stated that it was NOT a resonator (like I was told it was), but a Glass Pack muffler that was put on my vehicle - and that it should NEVER be installed at the tail-end of the exhaust pipe. So he removed it, put a proper tailpipe back on, and viola! no more loud rumbly sound. Mighty Muffler charged me $110 to install a $29.00 Walker SoundFX muffler, while telling me it was a premium muffler. Then they charged me $80.00 to install the resonator - which was actually a Glass Pack muffler that can be purchased at cost for $12.00.If you want to be lied to, and spend money on parts that are NOT what they are supposed to be, then go to Mighty Muffler. Otherwise, stay away from them and go somewhere reputable.

Had an O2 bung welded in for a great price and they were super quick about it. Will do business with them again.
