Our tire started to separate on our way hometown Mobile Al from Orlando. I have an odd tire no one ever carries it. Tire Kingdom order me a new tire and had us back on the road within an hour and a half. They were polite and very helpful. Thanks y’all!

I bought four tire at tire in 2019. Also paid for and extra three year aliment package. I took my truck back to the three time to get and aliment and was told each time to come back another day they were too busy. I tried to get them to drive me to work (office was close by) so I could leave the truck with them; no they couldnt do that its a liability issue. So I paid for ailments in advance but I but never got them. Not a One...Bad service...

Went in for fixing a flat, rotate, and oil change. week after getting car back, noticed a lug nut missing..that they replaced with a standard nut. a guy was complaining while i was there about them losing his locking nuts so probably common here. car was driving weird. checked pressure in tire that was fixed and balanced. a max 30 psi tire cold read 38 lbs! i had been driving for nearly a week on this on freeways. outside air temp was below 70f and car had sat all night. 38 psi! ok what else can they screw up? checked my oil level cold... over filled by about half quart. not impressed.

Came to these guys today in a desperate pinch as my luck made it so that a spare started leaking air super hard a day after the tire that it replaced blew (yesterday). I was recommended by Mike from quick lube (I broke down at the gas station next to there) and I don’t quite remember the name of the gentleman I worked with but it just so happened they had a tire in my size in stock. I have a 2008 Acura TL so I’m kind of used to most places not having it in stock but a real miracle happened here and I was able to get a tire same night in about 45 mins. I went from thinking I’d be stuck leaving my car somewhere over night and having to get a ride home to driving away with a new tire and I am very grateful for that.

Great place. Ive used them over 4 years and numerous visits. They have been through a few managers the last few years but they have always been very receptive and done quality work. They are willing to answer questions and sometimes look at things outside of their normal scope of work and give an educated opinion which I value a lot. Its convenient to my neighborhood. One positive critique: if Tire Kingdom would expand their service options, I believe they would have even more business.

This was my first time coming to this store and the manager Jose literally made my day. Not only was he very efficient getting my car checked in but he was also having to do literally for other things at the same time. He is a hard worker I can tell he cares about his business. He took the best care of me and I will be going back from now on. Honda wanted me to leave my car all day long. Jose fixed it in an hour.

This morning I went to another franchise because I was having vibration while driving. I was told they didn’t know what what wrong with it and to come back Friday when the “master tech” is in. I’m glad I didn’t wait. I called tire kingdom and spoke with Todd, he said to bring it in even though they were closing in an hour. From what I was describing, he thought it may have been tire separation. Dalton took my Jeep for a test drive. I was told all 5 of my U Joint bolts were loose and took the time to show me what was wrong, they explained what happened/what may happen. They probably thought I was being emotional but they have no idea what I’ve been through and currently going through, I just started crying. Todd was giving me all options possible. Dalton ended up tightening the bolts and took my car for a test drive and came back to tell me it drove like a Cadillac. Which only then brought me happiness tears because they literally just saved my life just by tightening some bolts. They were completely amazing, cared more about me and my car than to hurry up to clock out and go home. Not all super heroes wear capes, thank you both Todd and Dalton. It may have been “small” to them but it was huge to me.

The managers were great both Todd and Tony. I only took one star away because they rotated my tires when the thread was too low. I wish they had let me know I needed more tires before the free rotation or let me come back for it at a later time. Other than that it was a great experience.

For what the service manager has to put up with and the crew that he has to support him, Id have to say that Im highly impressed. Thanks for staying profession and humble through the chaos! Tallahassee needs more managers who care as much about their jobs and are willing to go the extra mile!

They never try and get you to purchase services you dont need like some other places. Even after moving across town, I still drive here for my cars services. I originally took my car to pep boys because my ac wasn’t working they said the repairs would cost me 2K! I brought it to the guys at Tire Kingdom and they found the real issue and saved me 1800 dollars! Plus they were super friendly and quick!

Went to get an oil change and tire rotation, Todd and ( I hate I didn’t get the mechanic name) but they were wonderful. Any questions I had Todd or the mechanic answered. Both were knowledgeable. I’m extremely satisfied with their services. I was told, it would’ve been an hr wait. However, they started immediately.

The manager at this location is awesome. He told me the amount of time it would take to service my vehicle and took me right in when I arrived.They got me right in and out in a good amount of time for me to get on the road to travel and it wasnt a long wait.I will definitely use this location for my next oil change and rotate/balance service on my vehicle.

Horrible customer service. Came to appointment to get an excuse on they arent doing oil changes today and cant reschedule any appointments.

My wife took her car to the dealership and had oil/oil filter changed as well as air filters. She went straight to Tire Kingdom to get tires and they told her she needed an Oil change and filter while she was there.You have a good business and do not have to be dishonest. Why ruin your credibility by lying.

I have been using this Tire Kingdom for 5 years. In the last six months or so the guy that is usually at the front desk giving quotes, taking sign ins, etc. has left. Customer service has gone down tremendously since he left. I have been there three times since for two different vehicles. The guys in the garage have been rude, the manager at the front does not care, and the pricing has either changed or they do not care to explain the quotes they give.I have previously recommended this Tire Kingdom location to several people. I will not do that any longer. After my last appointment there I was asked to review the appointment online their website since I set the appointment on their website. I gave them a poor review. Corporate reached out for more information. I told them and they were concerned, however, that does not seemed to have changed the way this store operates. I will not burden their garage employees with my business any longer.

I came in for my 3 month warranty alignment check which the store in Zephyrhills, FL recommended after installing struts and tires. They were quick and courtious. Asked questions to see if they could have me be their customer for other auto services.

I ended up with a flat tire after a rough day at work. I called about 30 minutes before closing to see when theyd be able to fix the flat. Freddie and Ridge were able to fix it right away. They were super courteous and went out of there way to help. They made my awful day much better. Thank you both!

In the last few years Ive gotten three sets of tires on three different vehicles as well as some alignment work from these guys and as long as Im in Tallahassee I wont go anywhere else. Everyone is very nice and once I even got the pleasure of watching one of the employees happily fill up the tires on the bikes of a middle schooler bicycle gang. Dave has helped me the most and has made it clear his mission is to make sure Im satisfied with my purchase. If you have had a bad experience here you need to step back and take a long look in the mirror every once in a while.

Really great management and service. They are always very honest about their prices and don’t push anything. They are always very helpful even with just a small problem.

Ask for DAVE (Manager) if you visit. Good customer service. Dave will not make a promise he can not deliver, but if he says it will take 3 hours, but I will get it fixed today, he means it will take 3 hours but it will be fixed CORRECTLY TODAY. They always have tire/oil change coupons online, and I have used them many times.

An edit to my original comment. I scheduled an oil change and came in early and they werent busy so they accommodated me. I spoke to someone my previous visit about an alignment and it was to my understanding I paid for an alignment that was never done to my vehicle. I stated to the manager, Todd,hey my car is pulling and his response? Its $75 to do an alignment. I explained what was told and he was totally dismissive. After my oil change was completed he stated that I would need a new hub sensor on the front passenger tire. $400! I fact checked him and explained that you didnt need to replace the hub just the sensor and he was all your vehicle stated. Sir, just because I am female does not mean you can take advantage of me! I said do NOT do anything else to my vehicle I wanted a second opinion.I called Powerhouse and the owner picked up on his day off. He checked my vehicle out and stated absolutely nothing was wrong. He even checked to see if Tire kingdom actually changed my oil! The manager called me afterwards and apologized stating that there was a duplicate make year and model of my car. Same color too and that they had a mix up. Funny thing was, the bay was empty. A bunch of liars who will take advantage of women and attempt to break things to make you spend money for what I am guessing is their quota. If I learned anything is that I will have my service done at Powerhouse Tallahassee because they took me serious and didnt judge me based on my gender. Lesson LEARNED.These guys are great. Theyre really in to help the customer and your vehicle. Will totally recommend people to go there!

I have been here three times each was a positive experience.The first time they fixed a major brake issue I had, it was expensive, but it needed fixing.The second time I got my oil changed.The third time my drivers side view mirror was snapped off by a car wash, I bought a new one off the internet and took it here. One of the guys on the staff quickly screwed it on for no charge.I never had any issue with the staff and was never left waiting for an excessive period of time and plan to use their services again today.

My roommate and i made our way over to tire kingdom on a sunday afternoon, unsure of what was wrong with the tire on her car. it was unexpectedly flat but there were no signs of any punctures, so.. it was a mystery!! luckily, we were greeted by Todd, who took it upon himself to help us solve our dilemma. less than an hour later, we were all good to go! Todd was fantastic, not only in fixing our tire but especially in making us feel comfortable and looked after during our time in the store. he talked to us about his travels to italy and cracked some jokes with us until the car was ready. the car is riding *smooth as butter* and we are two happy campers. thank you Todd !! :)

I usually go to Tire Kingdom to get my oil changed changed and Im pretty satisfied with their work. However this last time was a little disappointing. While they got me out within the hour I was dissatisfied for a few weeks. When the tech went out to check my mileage he came back and said you have a blinker out. I said yes I know, I need to price one and I left it at that. I gave him a coupon that was for a conventional oil change and a tire rotation but they never rotated my tires but marked off on the floor unless he did. The Tick also had the nerve to tell me that I needed new tires and still did not rotate my tires as my coupon said. When I open the door to get in my car the sticker that they normally put in your window was sitting on the floor, the old one from another place (not even the same company) was still in my window, so I went back inside the store and ask the tech was it supposed to be in my window? He said, oh he didnt change it?(-sure he did, i decided I didnt like the way he wrote the numbers and just erased it.) The ticket initially checked off that he checked everything and replenished everything or topped off fluids or whatever. As I was leaving I asked about the blinker... he never gave me a real qoute, simply said,you could get those lights for a few bucks and put them in yourself, its simple, just pop that panel out inside your truck and replace it. To his credit he did go to my car to see how easy it would be for me.to replace the bulb myself.....only it wasnt easy.So long story short I walked away with no tire rotation, no fluid replenishment, no real qoute on a bulb and being lied to about something as simple as a sticker in my window.Very disappointed

I called Tire kingdom while having a bad tire emergency. I wasnt expecting them to be able to help because it was so late in the day. Not only did service advisor Freddie Bell help out with my emergency, but gave me such a deal on 4 brand new quality all terrain tires balanced and installed that I just could not refuse. Despite the fact they had several cars being worked on he still took the time to help me out in my time of need. I will not forget that, Thanks again Tire Kingdom.!

The manager was very friendly and helpful, but the service technician are obviously not trained. I took my car in to get an oil change. When they were done. Im glad I decided to check my fluids. they had only changed the oil they had done nothing else!!! I paid for the full service. I had to go back in get the manager. The service technician 2 of them could not give the manager a straight answer whether or not everything was checked so the manager checked everything and found that they had not done anything but the oil change. I was hoping this would be a trusted place to take my vehichle, but I will never go back now if they cant do a simple oil change correctly.

I took my car in for a brake change, however I knew there were some other things wrong with it, such as the shocks and struts. The Service Manager was great in the service that he provided me, however after I left the shop I realized that my brakes started squeaking. These were brand new brakes that were put in. Clearly that car was not taken for a test drive to ensure that there was no noises. The technician to me is clearly not a professional. I was quite disappointed on the mechanical work. I would not recommend this type of service again. Also when I took my car back at 7 pm the mechanic was already gone for the evening.

I went there to purchase some tires when I heard this loud crash, I looked out to see what it was and thats when I seen the employee was driving the vehicle. Im not surprised this happened per I have been here before and seen this employee doing burnouts in the parking lot. I think im going to shop somewhere else

They are rude. Don’t do their jobs right. I drove away wit my car still messed up. And when I brought it back they didn’t do anything at all for another 4 hours. One employee even lost another customers car keys

It took 3 1/2 hours to get tires then on the way home it felt like my truck was shaking apart.. Will not come back
