Apparent heater core issue (wet floorboard/losing coolant). Was told it all checked out okay, and is just condensation from EVAP coil not draining properly.... Ran hotthe very next day (losing coolant/wet floorboard)... 2 days after reporting the issue, and my polite request to speak with a service manager has yet to be returned... For $150 an hour and 50% parts mark-up, I expected a LOT more.UPDATE: Service Manager called and sent a wrecker to transport the truck to the dealership at no cost... They claim further inspections still pointed to the same issue, BUT the service contract miraculously now proposed changing the heater core... After clearing up a pretty drastic pricing discrepancy, the work was done at a reasonable price (for a dealership), and the truck has exhibited no problems since.I changed the review from 1 to 3 stars because the general staff are honestly friendly and eager to help. The overall experience, however, was exasperating due to the numerous (sometimes frustrating) calls, pricing, and multiple visits required to repair the vehicle.Im sure its a fine place to take your car for routine service - if you dont know how to change your own oil, or replace a belt and alternator. If you need something more than routine work done, I would recommend paying close attention to their suggestions and prices. And if you dont personally know anything about working on vehicles, Id definitely recommend getting a second opinion on what needs to be done before spending your hard-earned money.

I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences at this service center. Today I went in for an appointment to get my distance sensor and cruise control fixed. They had to special order this part for my car that I bought two weeks ago at the same dealership. They originally told me that this would take about two or three hours. I ended up being there for over five hours. My customer service advisor kept saying they were working as fast as they could that the machines were not working properly he even told me at one point that they were test driving my car. I could see my car through the service window inside the dealership the entire time. I knew something is wrong because my car had been sitting there for hours with nobody touching it and when my service advisor told me that they were test driving my car I went back and saw my car sitting there again. So I went up and asked him is my car being test drive it he said yes and I told him but I can see my car it’s been sitting there he said no that’s not your car somebody else’s car. Turns out I confirmed that that was my car because the guy working on it was the same one that drove it up when it was supposedly fixed.I drove away from the service center upset but thinking that my car was fixed only to find out that the same exact issues I came there to get fixed we’re still happening five hours later after it was supposedly fixed. These guys seem incompetent they’re liars they don’t tell the truth they missed lead me and I’ve had a very very upsetting experience I highly recommend you do not take your car to this dealership I don’t buy a car with this dealership. Like any other major car dealership, they lie to you either about what your car needs, and how much time it will take, and then overcharge. It doesnt surprise, its and industry standard. Go to a local mechanic or a used car lot instead, better deals and more honest workers.

I have purchased two cars from this dealership, both of which Ive maintained using the dealerships service center, and Ive had nothing but problems. They crashed my new truck into a concrete pole less than six months after I bought it (they did repair it). Multiple times Ive scheduled a 7 AM oil change and have not gotten my car back until after 5 PM. They recently quoted me $3,500 worth of work on one of my vehicles. I took it to a local mechanic who showed me several items they quoted me were completely unnecessary and was able to fix the remaining items for less than 1/3 of the price. Most recently, I called and made an appointment for a check engine diagnostic. When I arrived, they said that they didnt have an appointment for me, that they didnt have anything available for 2 weeks, and they were going to charge me $150 just for the diagnostic.I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership nor use this service department! I used to be a Kraft loyalist, and now Im done!
