I went to them because my car was lighting up the EPS, ABS, and one other engine light error and mentioned to them that I had recently gotten my battery replaced from autozone and that a few times my car acted like it didnt have a battery in it at all and my brother pressed down on the battery and it would turn on and said maybe something was installed right or was loose.. they had the car for TWO DAYS and I had to call them to check on it multiple times and they told me I had low voltage and needed a new battery. I reminded them (spoke with Nick O) I got it replaced recently and they cleared the error messages thinking it must be wrong and said they couldnt find anything wrong and sent me on my way. A month later I started having issues again. Bring it back to autozone and ask for a new battery and they said the battery is good on their end but the voltage is low and say it must be the alternator. I bring it to take 5 and they do a simple 5 min inspection and realize the battery connection was just loose (LIKE I MENTIONED EARLIER AT HYUNDAI) and tightened it and said everything is good to go now.VERY disappointed in the time I lost at hyundai. Theyre supposed to be better than a take 5. This is my old car too, so I was without a car for 2 days while they tried to figure out what took take 5, 5 MINUTES TO FIGURE OUT.
Theyll get the job done, but theres plenty of red tape.
Great customer experience
