Walked in with a flat tire, walked out with a new and extremely reasonably priced tire as mine was not repairable. I had to go during lunch time and due to how these types of things usually go, I told my boss it might be a few hours. I was in and out in under an hour. Nobody tried to sell unnecessary parts/labor - very good experience. Thanks again!

It really depends on who you catch, and what kinda mood they are in. You can be in and out in under an hour. Or wait for over an hour just to get your car back for an oil change.I have had better experiences at the Monroe St location. This one is just easier to get in and out of.

They were awesome! Took care of us at our appt time & got us going back on the road quickly. Chris was knowledgeable and explained everything how our road hazard coverage worked. Would highly recommend this Firestone location.

Being single I have had a few bad experiences with car repair shops. I have been taking my cars here for several years & I have never been disappointed. They are extremely thorough & detailed. Always friendly & helpful. My daughter lives in Michigan & when Covid hit, I started driving up there. They always check out my car from top to bottom for me. I have had no problems the 5 times I have driven up there. That means more than I can say.. They may not be the cheapest but I would put them up there with the best. Worth the money. I highly recommend this place.

Bad experience purchasing a certified used vehicle from Boo-ware Toyota. Rotors were squeeking, which Peter Toyota falsely clarified was a pedestrian warning system.....Thank you Firestone for listening and making right what PETER BOULWARE refused on their own certified vehicles.

I was driving from Tampa to Houston and experienced a flat tire Saturday evening (a very bad time for a flat) I found only 4 tire shops open on Sunday morning. Despite it being a quick tire change and me being at the front door at 8am the first three tire shops told me no, they where all booked up for appointments and I had to wait until Monday. Dustin at Firestone, my last possible option was also booked with appointments, he also had only one other employee working on Sunday morning. Dustin acknowledged that I was stranded, hundreds of miles from home and couldnt go anywhere without his help. He could have said sorry im all booked but he did not. Dustin said I cant promise you a time but I can get you back on the road I was literally on the road in an hour! I transport cars on the weekends and my company did not even notice I had a delay. He was also very professional during this time and talked about business with me relating to current events. Attendant refused to put on a mask to serve me after i politely asked him to. He walked away and made me wait for his coworker, who was wearing a mask, to help me. I dont know his name, but he is a mechanic. Keep your politicized opinions about the pandemic out of the workplace, dude.

I dropped my car off for a serpentine belt to be changed. I let them know I wasnt in a hurry and they called me back quickly to let me know it was ready! Service and price is really good. They beat Pep Boys pricing by a mile!!

I am very disappointed with the service. They replaced my front headlight with a bad headlight. I understand this can happen, however, they refused to refund me for cost of the headlight even questioning my integrity saying that they could not be sure that I was returning the headlight that they installed. They lost a customer.

My car engine stopped running, and would not restart at the intersection next to Firestone this morning. The employees promptly responded. One of them walked a battery out to my car, and within a few minutes I was back on the road.

I had a lot of issues with my tires and the alignment in my car. Everyone was nice to work with, especially Sharon. Although I had to bring my car back a few times, the issue was dealt with in a timely fashion, and I was given a discount for my troubles. I will definitely go to this Firestone again in the future.

Service Manager Sharon is courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. She keeps the place running well. It is evident that the mechanics respond well to her. The waiting area is kept clean but I didnt spend much time here. The location is right across from Target and Chick-fil-A. Shopping and eating beats waiting at the wait area. But if I have to wait here, it is a pleasant place to hang out.The price charged is reasonable and service is prompt.

Great customer service! Brought my car in on a Sunday morning,Had a cracked radiator and some other issues and they fixed it in less than 10 hours! Best customer service I have ever received from a car repair business. The lady who helped me, Ashley went out of her way to get the parts I needed on the same day. I was definitely impressed! I will be giving them my business in the future!

Edit: Sold me brake pads that were too small and they totally knew that. Had to have them replaced due to squeeling less than a year later.Friendly staff, easy to deal with. They dont try to pull anything on you like a number of other places. They provide you with multiple quotes on tire prices. Easily my go to place for problems.

I stopped in to have my oil changed about 1:30 in the afternoon; thinking Id be better off than going to a Minute Lube type of place where they try to sell you a bunch of stuff you really dont NEED... HOWEVER... by the time theyd finished changing my oil & filter it was between 4:30-5:pm!Ill NEVER go back to Firestone Complete Auto Care!!!

Staff was knowledgeable. Had to fix low grade spark plugs on my car to a higher grade. Prices could be a little high. But not nearly as high as Pep Boys. Engine diagnostic $85, Firestone was charging about $50. Do your homework first, better yet, always work off of referrals.

These guys were great! I was searching through the online stuff to find a good deal on tires. Thought I had found it, and set up an appointment, only to discover that my online order was not exactly what I was looking for, probably due to the guy behind the keyboard, but none the less. Talked to the guys there, told them what I was looking for, they got it all strait. Drove out 3 hours later with a new set of truck shoes! Thanks for the help! See you in 80,000 miles!

Change in management occur sometime ago, addition of new management personnel who are knowledgeable and service oriented has increased positive interaction. Life Time alignment has been good for me, may not be the choice for everyone.

The employee that helped us was amazing! Even though we sat there for 3 hours due to a miscommunication over getting my tire to the store, he was very polite and assured us that he would get us back on the road as soon as he could. He was even kind enough to run over to target to get a bag of ice to put on my daughters milk that was inside the car.

Take your business else where, the first time I came to this location I waited for 3 hours with an appointment and ended up leaving because they kept saying it was backed up. Today I walked in to get a standard oil change and she told me that under the law she’s can’t give me a standard oil change because it’s not what is recommended for my car, even though it was previously done with standard I would now need a full synthetic oil change. Then she said she would do it for me this time but this can never happen again.... so if under the law you can’t do the standard oil change yet you are willing to do it for me this time ??? You would still be breaking the law according to your previous statement. You must not really take the law that serious and just want people to feel force to do the most expensive oil change. I don’t mind paying it but dont give me a false under the law excuse......that you obviously don’t follow if you’re just going to do it this one time......

WAY overpriced on repairs! Axle repair was supposedly $1200 and paid $400 elsewhere. Wonderful staff though...!

They fixed my tires and did that well. Although they wanted me to get the most expensive tires, I got the least expensive one.My check engine light was on, they told me I needed to get 2 things replaced that cost hundreds of dollars, and a new gas cap. I didnt do any of those repairs, but after I left, I tightened my gas cap and the check engine light went off. Seems like nothing is wrong now.Also, they said I needed something for my A/C that costs $500. But, they just added a refrigerant, and its been working fine ever since.I doubt that I needed all of those repairs and I would be careful if they recommend anything expensive.

.Firestone replaced my girlfriends brakes and she had a appointment it took all day and in the end they didnt properly torque the calipers down and the one bolt backed and out a Lil while the other fell out completely. On a different trip she got tires with a appointment it took all day we ran errands in the area and every time we drove by it was just sitting in the same spot

I’m furious !!!!! I’m a repeat customer ! I drive from wakulla to come to firestone ! I like always made my appointment for 2pm today ! For an oil change and tire rotation ! I go kill time at goodwill come back at 3:15 my car had not been touched ! I ask he says “someone can do it soon, I ask how long ? 30 to 40 min ! So I tak my keys and leave ! This is not acceptable !!!!! People make appointments for a reason and no One even told me they were running behind ! My time is valuable ! I have been a customer for years and today I am beyond furious !!!!!!

Very poor service, got brake job done, and they made noise,took back, they did some shaving, still made noise. Took back again, they indicated it was rear brakes. No more brake job from them. Daughter took car for an alignment, still out of line, she took back, they indicated tires needed balancing. Very poor service always another problem when they work on your vehicle. Been going here for years, I guess its time to move on.

Horrible!!!! Do not take your car here!!! I took on in for a tire alignment. When I left I got in my car and the check engine light was on. The light was not on before they services it! I called them and they said they would do an analysis on it. Obviously they caused something to happen in the courtesy check process that they didnt even tell me they were doing!!!

Set an appointment. Show up half and hour early. 1 1/2 hours after the set appoint time they still haven’t even looked at my car. Decided to get my tire somewhere else.No respect for customer’s time.

I showed up on a Sunday morning five minutes before they opened. The line was already 7 people long and the clerk was telling the guy in front that he wouldnt be able to pick up his car until Tuesday. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Reliable, and positive towards women.

I paid for 1 brand of tires and got a different brand. I paid for an alignment and my car still pulls to the side.

It took them two and half hours to change my oil, then they tried to get me to buy a tire that I did not even need, .

They corrected the problem I came in for on my vehicle on very short notice without an appointment. I cant complain at all.
