This is THE BEST auto repair shop I have ever been to! I called them when my car stopped driving and they had it towed to the shop for me, which was such a wonderful service in and of itself. They did a diagnostic and figured out that my alternator and battery needed to be replaced, quickly called me, and reassured me they would have my car back to me as quickly as possible. Their prices are more than fair. And they are so incredibly nice and a joy to talk to! I will never go to a different auto repair shop again!

I went to Powerhouse LLC for an exhaust install, it was a EXCELLENT experience, they done a meticulous job and took the time to level everything, tied off, and tucked the wires. and the clamps are propely rotated for clearance. they worked on the install together, which you dont see often, and they were genuinely excited to work on the car.. They even helped me recover my old parts... Job well done..Im happy with the install, and Im happy I got it installed at Powehouse LLC. I should have paid them more, and if I ever see that Terminator Cobra on the track, Im gonna back out and turn around.

My 16 Nissan Maxima check engine light came on and I had made plans on taking my car to the Nissan dealership after I was told that my car indicated that I had a malfunction PCM or ECM. My brother knew the owner of Powerhouse Auto and reached out to him. He told me that I needed to be there @ 8 am to have a diagnostic test done to see what the issue was. Once I arrived @ 7:50 am I was greated by Mr. Philip whom made me feel at home right away and assured me that as soon as one of his mechanic got there he would have him conduct a diagnostic test. Within 20 min Barnabas the mechanic, informed that it was an indication that I needed to replace the battery not the PCM/ECM. Oh how grateful I was to hear the news. Barnabas talked me thru the codes that was showing up and assured me that it was nothing serious. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Jim the owner, and let me just say it is not often you find someone who goes out of their way to help others when in need.Thank you Powerhouse employees, I will definitely be back and will recommend your business to others

“It’s not perfect, I can’t live with it” prior to making the most minor adjustment to my tips before finishing up his best-in-class job.Initially came in wanting 5” tips out the back- his professional advice warned me it could melt the plastic in my diffuser due to heat off the tips with no resonators. We found a solution in 4” tips and I couldn’t be happier with the quality job Jim performed. Jim and his staff are by far the best I’ve worked with. Earned a repeat customer for jobs to come.

I had my belts replaced in my Honda last week and the service was incredible. They were up front about the cost and very reasonably priced. They were honest and informed me that I was given a wrong part for my vehicle and were able to install the correct part and made sure I had the original to return to the auto parts store. If there are any repairs needed for my car, I will be bringing it here to get it fixed!

We were driving to meet our daughter and 2-year-old grandson halfway between our two homes, three hours away from either house. About two hours into the trip, our daughters van started to wobble. She let us know that she was having problems, then slowly made her way to our meeting point in Tallahassee. In the meantime, we researched where we might take the van to have someone look at it, and decided on Powerhouse Auto, based on their good reviews. They were wonderful! They examined the van and drove it around for awhile to make sure that it was safe for her to drive it back home, which it was. The guys at power house were great. I took my car in for plugs and coils and had a squeaky steering rack. They would not give me the car back until they were fully satisfied. They could have used a inferior grease on the steering but waited until they had the correct materials.Great price and very professional.Would highly recommend them.Thanks for the great work guys!

I came to Powerhouse Tally for a Stillen cat back exhaust install on my 2008 Nissan 350Z and I could not be happier. It sounds great, no leaks, the install was done quickly and I was able to wait in a very comfortable waiting room. The price was very fair. Very personable and reliable service, more reputable than the other various local chains nearby. They knew right away what my issues were with my car and were able to get everything fixed quickly!

Jim took the time with me to discuss my sons vehicle that had a complete engine failure. Although it turns out I’ll need to refer to the manufacturer for repairs, he took the time discuss my situation and took several hours out of his day to research if there were options for a refurbished motor that could save me money for my sons auto repair. I can’t say enough about his responsiveness and going over and above to find a solution that could have saved a customer money even if the ultimate response was for me to refer to the dealer for repairs. First and foremost Jim and his team are absolutely amazing! I took my car to a dealership in town and they quoted me $1800 to replace my exhaust system due to someone trying to “cut off my catalytic converter”. Looking for a second opinion I took it to Powerhouse Auto at the recommendation of a co-worker. And thank goodness I did. Upon inspection, it turns out that the would be thieves tried to cut off my muffler instead of the catalytic converter as was told to me by the dealership. Jim and his team got under my vehicle and within 15 minutes and a steady hand, Jim fixed my exhaust and it only cost me $20 and a handshake. This is local business at its finest and I highly highly recommend their services!

Jim is very nice and beyond professional, you can tell that he take what he does very serious! My car had a problem with the muffler that he stated was quite unsual, but even so he still went out his way, brainstormed and did some research so that he could make sure my car was fixed properly and with care. I dropped my car off at 8am and it was ready by 11am, very fast service and reasonable prices. I definitely recommend this shop and will always keep powerhouse in mind whenever I need my car looked at for whatever reason. Once again, I appreciate the outstanding service, now I can get on road without any worries.

I can’t say enough good things about Jim Parker and the guys at Powerhouse. The thoroughness and care put into every job is inspiring to me in my own life and work.His guys STAYED AFTER HOURS and worked into the night to get my truck back on the roadIf I could give 6 stars I would.This last experience with them is what pushed me over the edge to write my first google review ever.I brought in a f550 that needed all new rear brakes. I was given what I expected to be the typical price for the job and agreed to it. Nothing about that job ending up being typical. I had a tremendous amount of water in the rear axle and had heated the bearings up to the point of damaging them from a lack of lubrication.Not believing it was as bad as described I stopped by and oh what a mess. Gallons of gear oil and water all mixed together dripping out of the drain plug and axle ends.Not a problem for Powerhouse.They quickly adjusted the quote to cover all the things I screwed up and got right back to work. Nothing on that truck is normal sized. Jim didn’t charge me any extra to get the specialized tools ( like extra large everything ) that he’ll probably never use again to quickly get me back to work.In the two weeks since the work was done I’ve put 4,700 miles on the truck without a glitch.
