We are from Georgia and had a brake situation and we took the car in and Ryan did everything in his power to get it fixed. Unfortunately the part did not work so he refunded our money. We could not have asked for better service or nicer people. Kudos to Ryan and his crew!

At first people were being nice and fixed my both my rotors were making a sound. They fixed it. All good. Until my engine light came on. So I paid over $100 for them to see what is wrong with my car. They told me I got it fixed. Then my ac stopped working. It looks like someone cut the cord for my windshield fluid. More and more issues. Not going there again.

I took my truck in On April 1st. Because my truck was misfiring and the RPM gauge was moving up and down. I was told it needed spark plugs and ignition coils which were about $500. After about a week or so the truck started doing the same exact thing but this time WORSE! I took it back and was told to drop it off and leave it. So I did at about 8am. After waiting and waiting and no phone call, I called them at 3:30pm only to be told that the issue isnt the work that they did to my vehicle. That it was supposedly some engine valve that they dont handle. Funny how they FINALLY know what the issue is $500 later. Dont waste your time on this incompetent group of people. Thank me later!

Very quick and dependable work

Dont know what they are doing. Took my truck elsewhere. Claimed it needed a $400 master cylinder and kinked the lines trying to get it off. I took it to a local brake shop. It was NOT the master cylinder it was a leaky brake line on the frame. So I had to get that fixed as well as the additional damage they caused trying to remove the master cylinder that wasnt even bad in the first place.

Needed some air for a low tire. Michael arranged to get me in and out quickly so I was on time for work. Thank you

Traveling though town and had a low tire pressure indication. Stopped at their shop and explained the problem. Although the sudden cold weather was the likely cause of my problem, they promptly put air in all of my tires. However, the problem tire still indicated low pressure. One employee asked if I had recently had tires put on which I had done several months ago. He determined that the tire sensors had not been reprogrammed into the truck computer. He reprogrammed the truck to coordinate with the tire sensors and problem solved. All of this at no charge. That was great, but I was highly impressed with the employees quick diagnosis and solution. I highly recommend this business.

The mintue I walk in I was Greeted and told I would be with you in a minute, got and oil change for my hummer, service was very professional the mgr.gave me the remote too the t.v and said look at what you want I felt like I was at home.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This location participates in a number of deliberately dishonest business practices in order to force a sale.I stopped in to see if they could patch a nail hole in my tire. The tire had a very slow leak but was fine to drive on. They quoted me 30$ “if they could patch it”, took my keys, and pulled my car in. He came back 20 min later and told me it wasn’t patchable because it was in the side wall (not actually in side wall but close enough to be a problem). This was totally understandable, but I asked why it took so long to figure that out. He brings me into the shop to show me the tire removed from the rim and the nail pulled all the way out.1. Deliberately incapacitating a working vehicle to force a sale.He told me I probably need 4 new tires since it’s an AWD vehicle, I said absolutely not. He offered to sell me one of the same exact tire (needed to get from a “store across town”) at the price I originally paid for this one. I said ok. They put on the spare and told me to come back later for the wheel with new tire (once it was delivered). When I came back they put on the wheel and had me pay and sign. I didn’t get any paperwork just signed the screen when I paid with my card. I received an email invoice with my signature copy pasted into the signature box with the date. When I received the invoice I noticed a different tire was sold to me, this was never mentioned to me and I never signed any documentation saying this was the case.2. Forging a signature on electronic documentation.3. Deliberate bait-and-switch tactics with alternate products.None of these issues are of such concern for me to do anything about it, but I will not be going back and I cannot in good conscience recommend their business.

This tire shop sold me four new tires I didnt need and let me drive away in a very unsafe vehicle. I will never go back to this place they dont care about customer safety.

This location is great and the best in Tallahassee. I brought my vehicle in for a rear brake job and a potential battery after another location told me I needed one. Mike and my technician took their time inspecting the vehicle and determined that the the battery tester was originally hooked up to an external test post, because of that, the original test on the battery was not accurate. Mike determined that my battery was actually measuring above what it was rated for! Because of this, he was able to save me $113 on something I did not need. As this location is close and convenient to my office, I will continue to return to this location for services. I HIGHLY recommend this location if you are in the Tallahassee area, even if you are on the other side of town, IT IS WORTH THE DRIVE.......

My favorite place to repair, oil change ..etc. due to the wonderful staff. Mr. Mike Bryan is a blessing, with his professional expertise, honesty and friendly demeanor. Mr. Dustin is also awesome, giving me wonderful treatment, and I cant say enough about him. I always feel special when I visit, even for advice sometimes, and my car is getting the best treatment.

They do maintenance on both of my cars and I only ever need oil changes. (Have never ripped me off.) They have a credit line which is useful if you need like tires and dont have the money

This Tires Plus location is great! Ive been a Tires Plus customer for several years and am always guaranteed to get a great price and service. The past two times Ive taken my car to the Apalachee store, the customer service has been outstanding. David, the manager, was so helpful and patient. He took the time to show me what needed to be fixed and then explained everything in detail. He really made an effort to ensure that I was satisfied with the service I received and went the extra mile locating parts for my car. I will definitely be a return customer!

Took my car for a oil change and to get tires rotated, cause i purchased tires from them. after getting my car back it started to run bad. i assumed it was running bad because it was old, 2009, with a lot of miles. well after getting worse i did some research online as to what was wrong... well the fact that there was no oil in the motor was the cause. i was charged for a oil change and they forgot to put oil back in my car. my car now runs good after i refilled the motor. i know it has no leaks cause there is no oil where i park and the car does not smoke. will not be back there cause they have messed up three times now and the first two where on my wifes car and now mine. poor excuse for service.

Booked an appointment online to have 4 new tires put on. They had a 59 minutes or $59 back promotion going on. I dropped my car off about 10 minutes before appointment time and was told it would take about an hour and 15 minutes..... No big deal, I didnt even bring up the promotion. Walk down the street to grab some lunch and get a call asking if I had my lug lock keys. I bought the car used and didnt have the key and told them that. 30 minutes later I get another call saying its going to cost an additional $45 to take the lug locks off. I ask why that wasnt mentioned when speaking to the same individual 30 minutes prior. I proceed to call two other close by shops that I already had similar tire quotes from and ask if they would charge me. Of course neither shop would charge me when Im buying 4 new tires. I call tires plus back and tell them they can either do it for free or Ill go elsewhere. They agree but say it will take additional time, which I understand. Total time for new tires was about 3 1/2 hours which I really didnt mind that much. Then they tell me they couldnt test alignment because my bushings are shot, but at no time try to convince me to replace them. Seemed weird as they usually push all they can on someone. I go to wash my car after and notice my hood isnt latched all the way down.... which makes me wonder why they would need to pop my hood in the first place. Then the next day my car starts overheating out of the blue. Coincidence? Its a possibility. Im not going to go as far as to say they did something intentional, just found it very strange when looking at everything. Even taking that out of the equation I didnt appreciate the attempt to get an extra $45 out of me for something that two other places would do for free. I wont be taking my car back here in the future.

Just wanted to write a quick review of my great experience with Tires Plus and their employee, Michael. Sunday morning, before 9 my sensor alerted me to the fact one of my tires was low and needed air. I wanted to make sure there was not a leak or other problem as I was about to drive the 5 hours home. Michael checked the tire pressure on all my tires, added a bit as needed, then jacked the car up so he could inspect the tire in question. He was confident the tire was just a bit low and should be fine. He wished me well travels and didnt charge for his service or time. The least I could do was leave a review to let others know.

Reasonably priced oil change, and they didnt try to upsell me that my car required synthetic oil instead of conventional like some other places in town. Also, their multi-point inspection didnt come back with a dozen exaggerated or false problems with the car, only some suggested work, and when I said no thank you, that was the end of it, no high pressure sales tactics to be had. The associate was also very friendly and helpful. I would visit this location again.

Employee Mike is always super helpful and friendly.One of the main reasons I repeatedly go back to tires plus for all of my vehicles, they honor their warranties without issue.

The store manager Mr. Mike Bryan was very honest and knowledgeable of what I had already discerned that needed to be repaired and replaced on my truck and the prices are very reasonable and the staff is very courteous I recommend this place for tires and brakes and mechanical repairs etc.!!!

Had a nail in my tire they fixed it and sent me on my way. Next day had to put air in my tire went back and it was a pressure sensor on the tire stem and they replace it at no cost. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Got an oil change today for under 25 bucks. They are always reasonable on price on my tires and brakes needs and wont try to over sell. My only small criticism is sometimes the wait can be a bit longer than I hoped for.

Good tires!!!...however as tire professionals they should take responsibility for the tires they sell by suggesting tires be rotated, when needed, and not let them just wear down and have to be replaced,... makes you wonder whats driving their motivation,.... money or the customer?

Went there around 7:40 without appointment. Started working on my car about 8, finished at 8:30. Nice people and nice work. I went to firestone before, they tried to let me wait for few hours, suggesting me rent a car if while waiting and try to charge me 10 dollars more for turning the flat tire signal off. Omg, it is automatic if you fix the tire!

In march of 2017, I went there and bought four new tires for my car, plus a lifetime alignment. They put them on for me. About a month later one of them started leaking. I took it back up there because I had a warranty. They proceed to tell me that they can’t change the tire without a wheel lock key. Yet they put four tires on a month before with no problem. Fast forward to September 2017, my husband hit a curb and popped one of the tires. We took it back there because of the alignment/wheel warranty. It took them TWO weeks to fix everything. Everytime it would come to the day I would be able to get my car, something else would come up wrong with the car and they would have to keep it another few days. Once I got my car back, as I left the place, the car wobbled worse than it did before I took it up there. Also apparently my battery all of a sudden died while they were working on it, which I had no problems with before hand and they didn’t bother to even tell me. So I was stranded at Walmart after I picked it up. I had to take it back and get the wobbling fixed and had to buy a new battery.. Worst experience I’ve had....

After blowing a tire I needed to get an alignment I set up an appointment for 5:30. When I arrived for my appointment they took me back right at my time! After about 35-40 mins they were done. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I blew a tire after hitting a curb and was worried there would be more damage i asked the technician if there was anything wrong and he came in and told me things he saw under the car and that there were no other issues. The car drives like a dream too! I will be returning for future services.

They lied about my routers because my brakes were under warranty. Went and got my brakes done somewhere else and did not need to fix my routers...

On 7/1 - Web info and Sign on door stated opening at 9:00 am. Was there at 8:45. Store did not open. Called office number numerous times, no answer. Left along with four other potential customers at 9:30 am. Never going back.

I have purchased tires here twice for two separate vehicles. I can honestly say they have great customer service and the wait times are not too bad.

The old bait and switch. They get you in here with false pretenses, then tell you (unapologetically, of course) not only do they not have the product you came for, but neither does anyone else in town. Even though their website said the tire was in stock and they are running a special on that tire.Then they push a more expensive product at you without even offering to order the one you wanted, as if that product never even existed in the first place.

Ive been satisifed with the service there so far. Theyve been able to do all kinds of work, and fixed everything I need. Prices are what I expect, and the service is always done right and fast. My only complaint would be that they try to push their in store credit card on you, and extra services that many people say are unneeded, like fuel induction cleaning and high mileage synthetic oil. Im sure the local guys are required to do this by corporate, so its more a corporate issue than this particular store, I would think.

Just found out the tires Im paying for here have about a $40.00 markup ea. Compared to the same tire (Nexen, N Fera) at Walmart. Walmart price $ 139.00 ea Tire plus price $ 179.00 ea.

This location is horrible with time management. I would suggest the location off of capital circle ne. They will save you time and a headache.

Never again I try to avoid supporting Walmart which is cheaper and right down the street but never ever again. Blatantly lied to my face about the time it would take then after I got fed up and took an uber home they called me back telling me they were done with the car and when I got there they had me sit in the waiting room for 30 more minutes.

The service was friendly, they were pretty fast and the price was reasonable for paying a mechanic. The front staff is pretty knowledgeable as well.

Check behind them. They forgot to put a hose clamp back after a coolant flush and my radiator hose came loose while I was driving and sprayed all my brand new coolant out.Also forgot to put oil back in my grandmothers car after an oil change a couple years ago.
